"Fabulous location, we were welcomed very warmly and the car was valet parked which was important as it was cold and raining. The room was spacious, beautifully dressed and we were shown our own private balcony with the most spectacular view and this was also very nicely furnished. Everything was as we’d hoped and expected, because the hotel is EXPENSIVE, but we received exactly what we paid for. All the staff were attentive, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the Pandemic has affected everyone and this hotel has had to do it’s best to survive these difficult times. The facilities in the Spa have been cut back to save costs but when we went to use it the place was warmed and treatments were enhanced to ensure we were more than satisfied. Luxury is expensive and we really enjoyed the pampering!!! All I can say is that this hotel and the treatment of their guests is everything you would expect for the price you have to pay. If wehad unlimited money we would stay only here when we visit Kashmir, which I do often to visit family. Even when we do visit family here we often visit the hotel, just to enjoy the gardens and admire the building and the ambience. Although we may not spend one penny on these visits the treatment by the staff has always been the same as we experienced on this visit. One word to describe this hotel FABULOUS."

We stayed at the radisson collection from 16-17 jun e 2024. We arrived at 11:00 am and the check in was smooth and rooms were allotted quickly. The rooms were near and clean. They have indoor and outdoor swimming pools, but we did not use them. The gym, though small, has all the equipment for regular workout. The highlight of the stay was the buffet breakfast experience. Good spread to cater to everyone and the chef was eager to meet our special requests. There is river jhelam riverfront walk in from of the hotel, which is good for morning and evening walks. Memorable stay and would like to visit again.

The staff is exceptionally welcoming, and the food is excellent, with delicious Kashmiri and international dishes. Located right neat UN peacekeeping headquarters. Designed like a Counter-Strike map - yeah, you can surely defend yourself until the troops arrive. Outdated rooms need renovation asap. Absolutely lovely staff and the best food in the whole city (Tabak Maaz is forever in my heart).

Fabulous location, we were welcomed very warmly and the car was valet parked which was important as it was cold and raining. Everything was as we’d hoped and expected, because the hotel is EXPENSIVE, but we received exactly what we paid for. All the staff were attentive, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the Pandemic has affected everyone and this hotel has had to do it’s best to survive these difficult times. The facilities in the Spa have been cut back to save costs but when we went to use it the place was warmed and treatments were enhanced to ensure we were more than satisfied. Luxury is expensive and we really enjoyed the pampering!!! All I can say is that this hotel and the treatment of their guests is everything you would expect for the price you have to pay. The itc heevan hotel in srinagarv is a fantastic property. Very well maintained rooms, spacious lawns, badminton courts, gym and excellent service by the staff. It is close to dal lake and other sightseeing points like nishat garden etc. Overall, a must stay place and we will definitely recommend strongly.

We take the family rooms which are under renovation a little bit. Rooms have good space and things are up to the mark. They have tasty food with simple presentations at reasonable prices. Facilities are good. Lift not there which exhausts us to walk to the 3rd floor every time with stairs. Overall good.
