A Big Disappointment Really.. Amenities were Ok.. Nothing much as far as amenities were concerned.. Room Service was Good & Prompt but Service in the Restaurant at the time of Our Breakfast every morning was a bit too lazy and not upto the mark (Might be for the Complementary Reasons,, I Guess).. anyways.. an overall good experience as far as the rooms & bathroom's cleanliness & also the Hotel's Approachability was concerned as there were many options nearby due to its city centred location... Overall Good Experience.. Neat & Clean Rooms & Bathrooms.. Good Delicious Food but very limited options in vegetarian food Also Very Limited options in Complementary Breakfast.. Location is Nice right in the heart of the City.. Good for Shopping enthusiasts.. All the Best for the Future..👍🏻"

"The location is walking distance to lal chowk. It's a quiet road, fairly clean. Decor is nice, room has heater and electric blanket and fan. Warm water seems to be available mornings but mostly not on evenings possibly because of the freezing temperatures this time of year. For me personally it was a problem as i normally take evening showers as well. Every room had a window afaik. Breakfast was highly enjoyable and recommended. Staff are polite and helped me get auto as well on my departure. Overall the experience was pleasant enough and if you only normally take one bath shower a day it would be ok"
