"Hampton inn was advertising the hotel like it had a swimming pool but guess what the pool is under reinnovation so there was no pool for my Christmas holiday. Had I known this in advance I would have booked another hotel. The hotel was okay and a good value for the money with the pool but without a pool it's just a hotel in the middle of nowhere without any amenities. I couldn't even really tell I was by the beach because I had a mountain view because I had a mountain view because I had a mountain view. There was no way to really look at the ocean because of course there was no pool and breakfast was monotonous the same thing every single day no variance no difference and basically know meat I would say it was a very substandard breakfast and unappetizing and not really hot. Only canned juices and no decaffeinated coffee. I would not stay here again without a pool. And be careful when you get a room because some of the rooms are moldy and the ice machine are broken on every floor except for in the main lobby. This hotel needs a little money pumped into it and the pool restored to working order. The two queen bedroom was roomy put with no pool I didn't really enjoy my experience. Staff was professional but I'm sure they're tired of hearing people complain about the fact that a hotel that advertises a pool doesn't actually have a pool that functions. The daily fruit options were not exactly what I would call fresh either a little rancid. The attached pictures are of the broken ice machine signs the less than fresh fruit, and the sealed off entrance to the pool."

There was a coffee machine, blender, toaster, fridge and dinnerware in the very clean room with balcony.
Also very close to the (very cheap) bus stop to Chileno Beach and Cabo San Lucas.
I would definitely return.

Facilities were beautiful, peaceful and serene. Room upgrade was a pleasant surprise with amazing beach views and rooftop terrace. Food was great at Alebrije and good seagull but very few vegetarian options. Location next to beach was amazing but not swimmable beach and a bit far from marina and art walk- drivable. Butlers were nice but variable in the capability and function and I don’t think they added much value as they forwarded me menus rather than providing more nuanced recs- they were helpful with tips on parking in city. Amenities were much fewer than I expected to this high a price! Also at this price point I expect all inclusive. We enjoyed our stay and love Cabo but I honestly don’t feel the resort is worth the high price point.
Improve amenities, food choices ( veg) and rethink the butler service and/ or price- to me it didn’t add the value for the price.

The hotel is quite small and appears to be understaffed. The service certainly doesn’t justify the price.
The check-in process was particularly frustrating, as it took a long time and I had to keep asking for updates. When I finally got to my room, it wasn’t the one I was initially promised, and they didn’t inform me of the change until I arrived. (I tipped the staff but he gave me a worse room🤬) I tried to upgrade, but the price they quoted was 7x higher than what the travel agency had offered. When I asked to upgrade through the agency, the hotel claimed there were no rooms available, which I found hard to believe.
On top of that, we had to request a toothbrush 5 times before we finally got one after 4hrs. The food service was also slow, and though the presentation of the dishes was appealing, the taste was disappointing.
The hotel is spread across a large, hot area, almost like a desert, making it uncomfortable to navigate. The only highlight was the golf cart service, which was both efficient and helpful.

We’ve stayed a several resorts in Cabo, and this one is the best! The beach is unswimmable due to the undertow, but the water is beautiful and the waves are huge. The resort is immaculate, not a piece of trash anywhere. The rooms are spacious and comfy, and the staff is great. The drinks are pricey if you don’t do inclusive, but they are much better than what you’d normally find at inclusive hotels. Location is far enough away from things that it is quiet and peaceful, but close enough to walk to the harbor or downtown if you want.

The resort is beautiful and walking distance to the marina. Great service and the restaurants have delicious food. Nice infinity pool overlooking the beach! The only bummer was they wouldn’t honor my two bedroom that I had reserved through Trip.com. For some reason it came across as only a one bedroom. 3 gals in the room, but we managed with the sofa bed. Otherwise the resort is fabulous!

The hotel has gorgeous views as it overlooks Cabo and the marina. The rooms are in need of an update as they are not in the best overall condition. The staff is a mix of very pleasant, kind, service oriented people to downright rude people who have been seen to roll their eyes at guests. The food was good, although some restaurants are better than others. The Agave restaurant was the better of them all and we went for lunches and dinners. The cupcake shop was very nice with a selection of coffee, pastries and cupcakes (although not always fresh). But kudos to Marlen who made the best coffees, thank you!

The Nobo Cabo property is incredibly clean, and rooms are the same way. The service is as good as anywhere we have stayed, and the food is also probably the best all throughout the property compared to any resort anywhere.. Prepare for pretty high prices on the menu, but so long as you are prepared for that, you will find this is the best food overall at a resort you could imagine. The one drawback is that the wind blows pretty hard all the time. Nobu is on the Pacific side of the peninsula, and I'm not sure it ever gets calm, but they say the winter months are different. Great beach for walking but too dangerous for swimming. Unbelievable sunsets!

We have changed 3 rooms in 3 nights due to different problems in the room, but big shout out to manager Clara, she managed the solution very well with good manner.
1st night: cockroaches in the room & hair dryer keep dropping on the floor
2nd night: next to ice machine, the ice machine was broken and kept beeping whole night long
3rd night: the room is perfect finally!
Overall : parties in the resort is a blast! & very good location to view los cabos, the food is slightly above average. The only problem is the quality of the room, is a bit old, there is a lot of improvement in that

Pengguna TetamuIf you want to feel like you are an American in Las Vegas, this is the place for you. Spent 5 nights here only to be close to my favourite fishing beach. This place has loud music playing everywhere constantly, in rooms, lifts, pools, gardens, it’s just too much. Even in their zen zone music is pumping. Every restaurant (if they are actually open) for every meal has lines of 1 hr or more as no reservations can be made. We were assigned a ‘personal butler’ but saw him once at check in and never again. The place was full of Americans being typically loud Americans and the food was very average with almost no authentic Mexican food. It was all to cater to Americans tastes. The staff didn’t seem to care about anything and obviously sick of dealing with obnoxious Americans. It’s way overpriced and I’d never return.

Instalaciones un poco viejas, pero bien por el precio, el concierge de la categoria altitude, pésimo, no vale la pena pagar mas, por recibir nada extra.
Cualquiera puede subir. Ala torre altitude nunca te piden pulseras, salvo para “bebidas premium” que son pocas ademas…
Muchos meseros, pero poca atencion casi nula, cero actividades, bar cierran muy temprano, mucho ruido en ciertos niveles por las ventilaciones, el elevador de l torre altitude no funciono 1 dia. Son 8 pisos.
Buffete siempre lo mismo todos los dias, las cenas en los restaurantes es lo mismo que en el buffete solo que a la carta y tardas hasta 30-1hr en espera aun cuando no este lleno el lugar, hay que traslad**** hasta abajo del lobby a hacer reservas para restaurantes, con el cocierge en caso de altitude, pero nunca se siente ese “plus” de pago extra, habitaciones pequeñas mas que en ll que de ve en fotos, pero cumplen su cometido.
Para temporada alta y lo que se paga, no vale taaanto la pena, para temporada baja y el costo es algo justo.
