"Bon petit déjeuner dommage que le café soit payant pour un hôtel de ce type. Pour le reste c'est correct. Le patron sympathise facilement mais un peu trop insistant sur la vente des produits annexes.
J'avais demandé de faire un trek soft style 3 à 4h à leur agence. En fait, c'était des marches de 6 à 8h difficiles avec beaucoup d'escaliers. Même en étant sportif, cela a été très dur et particulièrement la descente Ghorepani à Tatopani"

PPengguna Tetamu在博卡拉後幾天都住在fish tail lodge。 入住那天是晚上，覺得房間很舊，有些潮，好像不值那個價錢。住了幾天才明白為什麼這是博卡拉最好的酒店。首先，位置絕佳，費瓦湖裡，酒店裡花團錦簇，但房間不多，住店客人坐船進酒店，所以非常清靜；咖啡廳位置，正對着雪山，天氣好的早晨，可以一邊吃早餐，一邊看日照金山（圖二，太遠，手機拍下來，像素太低，就那麼個意思）；還有特別重要的，餐廳出品很棒，而且便宜，晚餐5道菜的set ，才不到200RMB（不能和當地本地人吃的餐廳比價哈），不用擔心鬧肚子了[偷笑]。 出了酒店就是博卡拉有名的湖濱路，各種小店，餐廳，******，幾個景點都步行可達，方便…如果有朋友來博卡拉，非常推薦[強]

FFabian Lemuel Pillay I stayed here for 1 night then left to hike and then came back for another night. One of the most impressive hotels I’ve stayed at anywhere in the world. Professionalism is 10/10 from the security guard to the restaurant waiters to the receptionists to the manager Rozeena. Everybody was just going out of their way. Food was great (I had the chicken tandoori), the hotel has a genuinely good aesthetic with the pool and the lake view. The location is great (ATMs right nearby). The rooms are clean and neat. Hot water ran fine. Bed was soft. Live music in the restaurant. Great guard dog (golden retriever). My final day activity ran over time and they even let me check out a little later after notifying them in the morning. Big breakfast buffet that also runs pretty early so was able to get it both days. They have their own airport shuttle too which was cost effective and easily arranged. Pretty much every box ticked. Would highly recommend if you’re visiting the area and I will definitely be back when I visit Pokhara again.

The staff certainly are excellent, and the pool is nice, but the rooms are very basic, quite dismal, and lacking in anything of quality. Towels were stained and grey from poor laundering, sheets OK but pillowslips stained. The towel rail was fitted askew. The open shower was too close to the toilet so that, even with the curtain drawn, water escaped and I had to dry it before I could use the toilet. I had breakfast on 2 days: starts at 7am but egg station not ready until 7.15 on both mornings. Food, again, was very basic with not much choice and certainly not ‘delicious’.
Sorry, but I rate this as 3*.

PPengguna TetamuLocation is stunning, and to watch the sunrise over the Himalayas from a jacuzzi on the balcony was awesome. Premium room was definitely worth the extra money.. Chef Is great as the Ordered food was lovely , but the buffet breakfast was poorly organised and lots of ítems on the drinks menu unavaulable or sold out, wine not available by the glass, no coke (on one day) and the only drink on the specials board was Tequila sunrise but they had no tequila.Staff are just too nice and meek to ger mad at ,they just need a catering manager. Porter security guy carries all your cases up lots of stairs, managers very friendly. Stay in Lakeside,Pokhara before going to the retreat as to see it all lit up from the other side of the lake is quite a sight and a relief that you have moved on. Overall. probably are nicest stay in Nepal

IIvanThe hotel is not bad for the money. But it's certainly not 4 stars. There is no safe in the room, no disposable slippers. But the bed is nice and the balcony is great. Breakfast is until 9.30 and very simple. Americano is only available for an additional fee. The service is generally normal, but nothing outstanding. It would be more correct to honestly indicate that it is 3 stars, then reality would match expectations.

PPengguna TetamuLocated at the center of Lakeside road. Very traditional design but only have two towels in the room and they look a bit dirty. On the official website it’s written “free airport transfer”, we have asked the reception staff and have been told this service need additional charge. We asked the clarification of the service written on the official website but the staff said “I dun know”. The next day morning we reached to the manager, and has been told this service needs to be reserve one day in advanced and only applicable to the reservation through their official website. If we book through any other online platforms this service wont be available. Caz we extended for one more night and didn’t go through the online platforms, I thought we are eligible for the transfer. Well, this is already a middle class hotel in Pokhara but I don’t find it worth with the service. They should anyway inform the customer during check-in. Also not enough training for the front line staff. Lack of consistency.

MMahadi Hasan RaselGreat experience. The hotel is located in a perfect place. You will be able to see the peaks from your balcony and roof top. The hotel is very clean and neat. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Hotel staff are very friendly. My stay was enjoyable here. I recommend this hotel.

PPengguna TetamuМестоположение хорошее. Вид на озеро. Фото номера стандарт в предложении не соответствует действительности. В нём не жила, жила с видом на озеро. Номера чистые, ремонт был давненько. На свои заявленые деньги норм. Постельное нужно смотреть чтоб было свежее, впрочем, как во многих индийских и непальских гостиницах средней руки.
Ресторан особая тема. Вкусно, казалось что чисто и хорошо, пока не заказала одно блюдо с овощами нарезанными, оказалось, они нарезались на доске после мяса. Одна у них доска. И для курицы и для овощей. Кусочек свежачка попал в мои овощи, и… отказалась.
Надо сказать что персонал очень доброжелательный, старающийся. Тарелку с мясом забрали, пытались извиниться и что-то переделать, но…
Менеджер отеля купил мне билет на автобус ночной до Катманду, посадил на него.
