"The hotel gave us a warm welcome when we arrived. They helped us with our luggage to our room, but I forgot to tip them. Five minutes later, I went downstairs to give them to the front desk. The girl there looked unhappy and reluctantly said, "Thank you!" The hotel room probably had a strong odor, probably from recent renovations. We opened all the doors and let it air out for over an hour before it improved slightly."

"This hotel is located near Lakeside Road, making it very convenient for strolling around. The interior is very spacious, with a swimming pool, sauna, and massage services. I tried two foot baths, two facials, and one full-body massage, and the experience was excellent. I especially want to mention their staff; they were incredibly attentive, providing service even better than some large hotels, without the aloofness often associated with them. The person I took a photo with is the spa manager, who has worked here for 12 years and is a very professional and friendly person! They booked gliding for me, and the price was basically the same as booking it myself outside – highly recommended!"

"I want to inform the hotel manager or owner about my recent experience at your establishment. Our family group booked three rooms on March 21, 2025. While the check-in process was impressive, we had a very unpleasant experience that night. We were kept awake all night by loud people in the garden below. There were two Nepali men and two foreign girls who appeared to be drunk, talking and laughing loudly and playing music from their phones. I went to the reception around 4 am to complain, and Mr. …, the night in-charge, simply replied, "This is how it is, sir." When I inquired if they were hotel guests, I was told, "No, they are just outsiders who came for drinks at midnight." I was dissatisfied with his attitude and response, so I decided to speak with the manager in the morning. We chose to check out early and went to the reception around 7 am, requested the manager, and explained everything while settling our bills. The manager did not handle the situation appropriately and didn’t even apologize. Instead of seeking more details about my dissatisfaction, he seemed to disregard it, which was very disappointing. I felt that the staff lacked the necessary knowledge and training, which needs to be addressed immediately, including the front office manager, or else you risk losing guests and business. I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay at Tuki Resort; there are many better hotels in Pokhara that provide excellent hospitality. Hari Acharya Kathmandu"

"The overall feeling is not as good as the mountain. The service is very poor, and they will keep calling before checking out. The room is relatively damp and the facilities are old. The bathtub is not safe and the angle is very easy to slip. I fell in the bathtub. The lake view is OK. But in fact, there are hotels by the lake. It is not outstanding. The elevator smells very strong. The breakfast is average. The airport pick-up is useless, and the airport drop-off is not available."

"Pros: Very cheap, and the view was quite nice. Cons: The hotel is located down an obscure alley, so you need to be careful walking back at night. The room was very old, and the hotel was dim and gloomy. I ended up falling on the stairs. Summary: Would not recommend staying here. "We stayed in Young’s Stupa hotel during our birdwatching trip in Nepal. It is located close to the Begnas lake in a semi-rural area not far from Pokhara. The rooms were clean, water in shower was warm, wifi was working, breakfasts were fine and the one-man staff was always kind and helpful. If you don’t mind some stairs, ask for a room at the third floor. You will have access to a large terrace with great views of the surrounding countryside. Even some casual birdwatching can be done from the terrace. Admitedly, the hotel seems to remember better times, but its price makes it a bargain worth enjoying."

"The hotel is run by a family, so they are not very professional in terms of having a proper receptionist who can communicate and also they close the desk by 10 30pm which they didn’t inform us. I understand it’s a cheap hotel, but what exactly are we paying for? Even the bathroom had older customer’s used soaps lying around. The trip.com filter said it had AC but it didn’t, the lights barely work. We were two people, only got one towel. The towels also felt dirty. Drinking water and toiletries not provided, just one teeny tiny soap to get by. They didn’t even help take our suitcases upstairs . So many more complaints. Highly not recommended."
