Neues, komfortables und modernes Hotel in perfekter Lage. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt! Ruhig gelegen und nur 4Minuten Fußweg zum See und Zentrum. 10 Minuten mit dem Taxi zum Airport. Das Zimmer und Badezimmer waren entsprechend der Preiskategorie sehr gut. Die Einrichtung des Zimmer war komfortabel und angemessen. Sehr sauberes Bad mit heißer Dusche, ausreichend Handtücher, Toilettenpapier, Seife und Duschgel. Gründliche Zimmerreingung bei der auch die aufgebrauchten Badartikel wieder aufgefüllt wurden. Das Personal im Hotel war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich würde das Hotel ohne Zweifel weiterempfehlen und bei einem erneuten Besuch in Pokhara buchen.

Our stay at Pokhara Boutique Hotel in Pokhara was nothing short of extraordinary. From the warm hospitality to the breathtaking location, every aspect exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for a peaceful and luxurious retreat in Pokhara, i would highly recommend this hotel. From good food at Baithak restaurant to best Sissoo Bar in the rooftop with the best cocktails that is new addition to the property.

This hotel was everything we'd hoped for: clean, comfortable, spectacular views and a warm welcome from Maya and her family. It's clear that much love and attention has gone into Pristine Himalaya, as it really lives up to its name. The food was delicious (Maya being an excellent cook) and the location is unbelievable, with a clear view over Pokhara, the lake and even mountain peaks from our bedroom window. The room was modern and comfortable, with hot showers and a comfortable bed. We got all we could have wanted from that visit, so much so that we extended our 2 day visit to 4 days. Absolutely worth it, as it was possibly one of the nicest guesthouses we stayed in! Thank you so much to Maya and the family for accommodating us! We will undoubtedly return when we next visit Pokhara!

One of the BEST hostels I've ever been. Very comfortable beds and rooms (I tried single room, female dorm & mixed dorm), cheeeap price, very very clean and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Toilets and showers (hot) always very clean. I stayed more than one month in Pokhara and everytime I came to the hostel the staff became more and more friends. The location is amazing, view on the lake and right above the hostel there's a beautiful spot in a small forest for reading/dancing/meditating. If you're sensitive to noises I recommend taking a room facing the backyard, no street noise/music noise from other bars. Love to see you again brothers and didi 😊

酒店設施不算新，但是衛生還是很乾凈。最優秀的是服務，前台餐廳保安客房還有機場接送的司機英文都很好溝通無障礙，態度也好。 酒店在市區往喜馬拉雅山脈方向行駛的小山丘上。房間直接可以看到山景。酒店入口隔壁鄰居養的羊和雞很可愛的。周圍都是當地人的居所，很安靜。 酒店餐廳吃的東西不錯，味道很好。按摩的小姐姐手法很好的。

Great experience. The hotel is located in a perfect place. You will be able to see the peaks from your balcony and roof top. The hotel is very clean and neat. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Hotel staff are very friendly. My stay was enjoyable here. I recommend this hotel.

Como he comentado en algún otro caso, para este hotel las cinco estrellas de la calificación no son suficientes para expresar la excelencia que, para nuestro gusto, presenta. Ubicado en Phewa Lake, Pokhara, para acceder al mismo se cruza un canal en balsa o bote, los que están habilitados las 24 horas del día, lo que permite un entorno único que brinda tranquilidad a pesar de estar cerca de la zona de más movimiento de la ciudad. La disposición de las cabañas es muy original, inmersas en hermosos jardines y con vistas increíbles del lago y las montañas del Annapurna Range, destacándose el Fishtail (Machapuchare) que da nombre al hotel. Las habitaciones amplias, con todas las comodidades, muy limpias y cómodas, lo que permite un excelente descanso luego de los hermosos paseos que se pueden realizar en las cercanías. Muy buenos desayunos y excelente restaurante con oferta variada y muy rica, donde el propio chef nos brindó información sobre los distintos platos, mientras que Prakash siempre estaba atento a nuestros requerimientos, al igual que todos los/as mozos/as siempre atendiéndonos con la calidez proverbial nepalí. También hay que destacar esa calidez y atención al pasajero del resto del personal, tanto de quienes se ocupaban de la limpieza, como el jefe de encargados de los jardines que nos explicó las características de algunas de las muchas plantas que lo integran, Orson (uno de sus ayudantes), recepción y no me quiero olvidar de las personas encargadas de cruzarnos en balsa o en bote hacia la ciudad, todos/as con un denominador común: siempre con una sonrisa en sus labios. A este Lodge sólo le encuentro una “desventaja”… es muy difícil dejarlo para salir a hacer los paseos…

This hotel is wonderful, Goma who services out rooms is fantastic makes it beautiful everyday. The hotel staff are amazing, fantastic and can’t do enough for you! I love this place. You have the lakeside on your doorstep. Shops and bars down the road. I must have to say though Sirjana is the best and most beautiful waitress I’ve ever met, she will make an amazing hospitality manager one day! The culture dancing as well for the evening entertainment is beautiful to watch and can also join in near the end of the routine. Fantastic place, staff and food! Please come to this hotel you won’t be disappointed! 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I recently stayed here on and off between short trips in the area and was impressed by the friendly and attentive service. The staff were accommodating of our bicycles, helping us with taxi, and safely storing our luggage. The hotel is located right in CenterPoint, so a short walk to lakeside and all the restaurants. The staff were all very careful about wearing face masks to uphold COVID19 safety precautions. The breakfast is great and consistent (especially the potatoes), beds are very comfortable, modern lift makes it easy to reach your room when you are tired from trek, and the balcony is great. I definitely recommend a room 3rd floor or above for a better view and less noise from the street. Only suggestions for improvement are: - please brew better drip/filter coffee, instead of Nescafe instant coffee - shampoo and soap in the room are not great (don't foam well), we preferred our own - please include instructions in the room for how to use the TV - please place a floor wiper (squeegee) in each bathroom, as the water tends to leak from shower into main bathroom floor and there is no way to clean for the guest. I stayed at this hotel after an unpleasant experience at another. Rajan at the front desk was extremely accommodating in preparing a room for me at very short notice. At a later time he kindly assisted me in booking an inwards flight. I returned again after trekking. On my two stays I had both mountain and lakeside rooms, both with incredible views. The beds were very comfortable, nice linens and hot shower, all close to Lakeside but setback enough so little road noise. I highly recommend staying here, the service is exceptional from all staff members, and the room was well appointed for Nepal standards at a reasonable cost.
