RUMAANAH
We wanted to experience the beauty of nature and be close to the underground river tour so we booked this place. This place is absolutely beautiful and everything here is organic. The breakfast is served on time in your villa and everything is freshly harvested and cooked for you. If you want peace, tranquility and the sound of nature then this is the perfect place for you and your loved ones. This place is 1.5 hours away from the airport but 7 minutes away from the underground river tour. It was well worth our stay and we will be back. The staff was absolutely helpful and did everything they could to accommodate us as our check in time was 2am. Thank you Sheridan Organic Farm

We had an amazing stay at Sheraton Palawan! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly accommodating and attentive, especially the front office team who made us feel right at home. Their smiles and professionalism truly set the tone for our vacation.
A very special mention goes to Hassanul Caye from the restaurant — he went above and beyond in accommodating our requests and made every dining experience extra memorable. The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options that kept us looking forward to every meal.
The pool is impressively huge and perfect for both relaxation and fun, while the updated amenities gave us that modern yet cozy feel we were looking for. On top of it all, the breathtaking mountain view added such a serene and refreshing touch to our stay.
Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. Sheraton Palawan is truly a place where hospitality meets comfort, and we can’t wait to come back again soon!

A hidden paradise!
Located in a kinda secluded and very peaceful brgy, this beautiful work of art resort saved us from being grumpy after getting stuck in the middle of typhoon.
Staff and their service was above and beyond. With their warm smile and accommodating nature, we couldn’t be happier. We thought they’re the best part addition to this place!
Facility - top tier! Every thing was well thought, from the details to your needs, name it and its there.
Food was good and every day they offer different breakfast selections and wow! Delish!
Pool bar is a great touch too and the cocktails esp the sangria was delicious!
We’re travellers and this is the first time we fell inlove with a resort. It was a great experience and we will definitely be back next year with our family!

MariaAquinoWent here for a quick getaway with colleagues. We really enjoyed our stay here. So relaxing the view is great and the place is clean and quiet away from the busy city. Only con is that public transportation is not available. You can ask for the hotel reception to contact a van though or better yet avail their free shuttle. Highly recommended!

We booked aziza when in still in korea.so when i reach pinas no more hassle.Its a grauation gift for my 3 children since i just 2 weeks to stay in pinas its our family bonding.the moment i step in airport 2 kuya's are very polite they have pick up and drop off which is very convenient.Receptionist is very friendly and amazing always wear a smile in their faces.Instead of booking a tour we decided not to since the hotel having a very good amenities.Breakfast is fantastic pancakes are verry cute.What trully Aziza unique from the people whos working from their hearts

Zentrale Lage in Puerto Princesa direkt an der Straße deshalb aber auch viel Verkehrslärm....
Leider fehlt ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer
Man kann allerdings an der Rezeption den Kühlschrank nutzen. Alles in allem in Ordnung

University /University dorm partially turned into a hotel with minimal investment. The result is mostly positive. The hotel is very photogenic so it's easy to get the impression that it's much more swanky than it actually is.. I enjoyed my stay, the staff is friendly, it's clean, surrounded by greenery and nice views. Don't let the name Hotel Palacio fool you, don't expect a palace, the hotel is modest but comfortable. Location wise, it's out of town which was no problem for me as I had prearranged a motorbike during my 7 days stay. For those pending on jeepney public transport or tricycle taxis, places like the baywalk are far away. The van I had organised to the airport early morning with the receptionist was punctually waiting for me. Everything was good. Expect a 3 star property and you won't be disappointed.

KenDucsWe recently had the pleasure of staying here, and I must say it was one of the cleanest hotels I've experienced in Palawan. The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to access local attractions. However, there was some noise from a nearby bar late at night. It wasn't too distracting for me, especially on the higher floors, so I recommend requesting one of those if you’re sensitive to sound.
The hotel itself is well-maintained, likely due to its recent renovations. The elevator, though small, was smooth and always clean, which added to the overall pleasant experience. The bathroom was a highlight—very clean and comfortable, although I did find the water heater a bit challenging to adjust.
Each room features a smart lock and a smart TV with Netflix and other apps, which is a nice touch. The Wi-Fi was reliable, even on the highest floor, allowing for seamless browsing.
One area for improvement would be the bedding. While the mattress and pillows were decent, a thicker comforter would enhance the sleeping experience, as the provided blanket was quite thin.
The staff were friendly and accommodating, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. While this may not be a luxury hotel, it offers excellent cleanliness and customer service, making it a great choice for travelers. I would certainly consider staying here again!
