We wanted to experience the beauty of nature and be close to the underground river tour so we booked this place. This place is absolutely beautiful and everything here is organic. The breakfast is served on time in your villa and everything is freshly harvested and cooked for you. If you want peace, tranquility and the sound of nature then this is the perfect place for you and your loved ones. This place is 1.5 hours away from the airport but 7 minutes away from the underground river tour. It was well worth our stay and we will be back. We had an amazing stay at Sheraton Palawan! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly accommodating and attentive, especially the front office team who made us feel right at home. Their smiles and professionalism truly set the tone for our vacation. A very special mention goes to Hassanul Caye from the restaurant — he went above and beyond in accommodating our requests and made every dining experience extra memorable. The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options that kept us looking forward to every meal. The pool is impressively huge and perfect for both relaxation and fun, while the updated amenities gave us that modern yet cozy feel we were looking for. On top of it all, the breathtaking mountain view added such a serene and refreshing touch to our stay. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. Sheraton Palawan is truly a place where hospitality meets comfort, and we can’t wait to come back again soon!

Our family had such a wonderful stay at Funny Lion! From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel so welcome, comfortable, and completely stress-free throughout our visit. The warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail truly made this a memorable experience for all of us. A very special thank you to the General Manager for leading such an outstanding team, and to Janine for being extra patient, kind, and incredibly helpful during our stay. She truly went above and beyond to make sure my questions and requests were attended to. Huge thanks as well to all the rest of the staff members who were consistently friendly abd attentive in every way. We also really enjoyed the food at Hunt Restaurant — definitely on the pricier side, but the quality and taste made it worth it. We originally wanted to dine at C75 as well, but it was fully booked, so I highly recommend making reservations in advance. The buffet breakfast was also very good, although the spread was a little limited. The pool was very well maintained, and we appreciated that water activities like kayaking were included free of charge. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to visit the resort sandbar due to unexpected boat issues. The rooms were comfortable and thoughtfully prepared, with lovely little touches like fresh fruit juice and daily snacks that made the stay feel extra special. Overall, it was such a warm, relaxing, and enjoyable family getaway. Thank you, Funny Lion, for the amazing hospitality — we can’t wait to come back!

What a stay! The staff are so unbelievably welcoming and friendly. Upon arrival you’re greeted by happy members of staff and a welcome drink. Although they give you lots of information at the beginning they helpfully provide an A4 piece of paper with it all on afterwards so you don’t forget. After quite a disastrous day of travel for us, all of it was forgotten thanks to the staff and beautifulness of the hotel. They were also the only hotel we stayed at (we’ve stayed at many while travelling around Philippines) that acknowledged and cared about the fact it was our honeymoon. They also assisted with our booking of taxis and the underground river tour (highly recommend!). On the beach they also offer free kayak hire for guests. Thank you for a lovely stay! Highly recommend this hotel.

We really enjoy the stay. Natuwa din kami dahil the receptionist is a muslim in hijab. The foods are okay. The pool we really enjoy it. And our room with a nice view so relaxing. We will surely be back.

As a hotel manager, I have to say that the personnel and especially the front Office could work in 5* star hotels easily. I felt at home with their hospitality. Special hey to Bret if I am pronouncing her name well. Great job girls. As for the room amenities I would like to have a reading lamp above my head and better working wifi.

University /University dorm partially turned into a hotel with minimal investment. The result is mostly positive. The hotel is very photogenic so it's easy to get the impression that it's much more swanky than it actually is.. I enjoyed my stay, the staff is friendly, it's clean, surrounded by greenery and nice views. Don't let the name Hotel Palacio fool you, don't expect a palace, the hotel is modest but comfortable. Location wise, it's out of town which was no problem for me as I had prearranged a motorbike during my 7 days stay. For those pending on jeepney public transport or tricycle taxis, places like the baywalk are far away. The van I had organised to the airport early morning with the receptionist was punctually waiting for me. Everything was good. Expect a 3 star property and you won't be disappointed.

The hotel itself is well-maintained, likely due to its recent renovations. The elevator, though small, was smooth and always clean, which added to the overall pleasant experience. The bathroom was a highlight—very clean and comfortable, although I did find the water heater a bit challenging to adjust. Each room features a smart lock and a smart TV with Netflix and other apps, which is a nice touch. The Wi-Fi was reliable, even on the highest floor, allowing for seamless browsing. One area for improvement would be the bedding. While the mattress and pillows were decent, a thicker comforter would enhance the sleeping experience, as the provided blanket was quite thin. The staff were friendly and accommodating, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. While this may not be a luxury hotel, it offers excellent cleanliness and customer service, making it a great choice for travelers. I would certainly consider staying here again!
