Чудесное место для отдыха 🫶 проживали 2 семьями с 25 до 30 декабря в самой маленькой вилле, все это время с нами были замечательные Стив и Мухамед. Стив возил нас по всему острову куда бы мы не захотели и забирал нас из любого места, спасибо тебе Стив🙏Мухамед так же позаботился о том, чтобы наш отдых был беззаботным, помогал организовать стирку, организовал нам экскурсию на море🙏виллу убирают каждый день, есть все необходимое для приготовления пищи ( мы не готовили тк на сайри много вкусных кафе). Однозначно рекомендую это место для отдыха, очень атмосферно и уютно, в окружении джунглей ❤️

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt im Kupu Kupu Phangan und können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Die Anlage ist wunderschön, ruhig und sehr gepflegt, ideal zum Abschalten und Wohlfühlen.
Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön geht an das fantastische Team, vor allem an Bank, AD, Micky, San, Aek, Lin, Ziny, Nonoe und Foam. Alle waren jederzeit herzlich, aufmerksam und unglaublich freundlich.
Besonders berührt hat uns der liebevolle und geduldige Umgang mit unserem Sohn. Wir haben uns als Familie vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können das Kupu Kupu Phangan von Herzen weiterempfehlen.

We had an absolutely amazing stay. Fantastic service, beautiful gardens, clean rooms. Upon arrival we received a welcome cocktail and the room had a beautiful welcome display on the bed with a free coconut mango cake. There is a lovely village walking distance from the resort, so you can get lots of different food options. The beach is beautiful and has a stunning view of the sunrise. The staff went above and beyond to find me a firm memory foam pillow on request. I loved the spa treatment- so relaxing!
The only negatives was that the pool temperature in the main pool and villa were both freezing. There were also quite a few mosquitoes around, but the resort provides complimentary mosquito repellent and electric mosquito repellents. The beach is not very safe for swimming due to a strong undercurrent.
Overall, 5 star experience and we would love to come back!

Thomas_The room is clean and nicely decorated in a nature theme, especially the bathroom with the stone floor and walls. The beach area of the hotel is a little bit small compared to the neighboring hotels but still good. But what convinced me most of all is the service. The hotel staff is super nice and very helpful with everything you need. The hotel area is pretty big so there is a cart service that can pick you up at your hotel room and drive you out to the entrance (or beach, pool, …). Very convenient because the street with all the restaurants is right outside the entrance (and a 7-eleven right across the entrance). So all in all a very pleasant experience and i would definitely stay there again.

Great stay, all of the staff were hard working, and friendly but Catalina, Moe and Aaron were exceptional and a credit to the team. Good location, comfortable room,big pool, plenty of beds, direct access to the beach, fabulous sunsets snd a short walk to Haadrin Walking Street, restaurants and its beach. The only negative was that smoking was permitted around the pool, it would’ve been a more pleasant experience if there were smoking and none smoking areas and it was enforced by staff.

Это был замечательный отдых! Невероятно красивый остров, чистейшее море с песком, великолепный вид. Отель находится непосредственно у пляжа, от номера до воды минута! На пляже есть возможность заказать по меню и записать на номер, что очень удобно. Чудесные завтраки, все с тем же видом. Но отдельное слово хочу сказать про персонал и выделить чудесную Mild.она заботилась о нас весь отпуск. При экстренной проблеме со здоровьем у ребенка, оперативно помогла с клиникой и трансфером. Невероятно внимательная и заботливая. Спасибо!
В целом, впечатления от этого места волшебные. Было очень спокойно, что редко бывает в суетливом Тайланде. А здесь райский уголок- нет лишних людей, их просто мало, нет торговцев на пляже, о тебе заботятся ❤️
При этом и с развлечениями все в порядке. На улице рядом есть и рестораны и бары и массажные салоны. В самом отеле вечерами музыканты или другие артисты. Есть бесплатные каяки и сапы

Location is the reason why we choose to stay at this hotel.Staffs r all ok on average standard. Hotel has classes to attend if guests want.Free kayak n standup paddle board fr 1 hr n snorkel mark fr rent. Bf has varied selection,has all u needed. What put us off fr entire stay was the smell of waste water or sewage.When we step into our room building we can smell it right away, n when we r in our room as well,forget about sitting on the balcony to enjoy the beach view outside coz we cant sit longer than 20 mins due to the strong ugly smell. We didnt ask to change our room coz we thought that even the whole floor is so smelly like thid then it wouldn’t make any difference to get on higher floor unless we changed our room type to diff building. So we ended up our 3 nights here without any impression aside frm the lovely beach their located. I saw some guests mentioned about this problem but i didnt think it would b this ugly.

MVCarvalhoThe place is very beatiful with amazing view, but for 4 stars hotel they need to make improvements in general, service, food and facilities.
The hotel is too far from the center about 40 min by car, and the hotel doesn’t provide any shuttle for free, if you want to go to the city for any reason you have to pay.
Breakfast: there is variety of food but I’m my opinion it’s not a good quality, I was expecting more.
Facilities: swimming pool and sun beds is ok, they provide one kind of fabric but isn’t towel.
Room: my room was beatiful and clean, but so dark, bathroom the floor was a kind of tiles slippery and little bit, this is a kind of hazards.

Pengguna TetamuThere is so much to like and a few things to be warned about in this property. The first is that the location, Chaloklum beach, is very remote and will be difficult to get to from Thong Sala pier unless you are traveling with a large group.
However, that remoteness is very much the appeal of this area for me, as it is once of the quietest beaches I’ve ever experienced. The second thing to note is that the hotel rooms shows it’s age, with a cracking bath tile for the jacuzzi and balcony doors that barely work. The hotel room only had one plug as well, and the hair dryer did not work. The last thing I will say though is that the view really is unbeatable; you open your curtains and see one of the most beautiful sights you can see.
