We stayed here for our honeymoon and informed the hotel beforehand that we were newlyweds. To our delight, they prepared a beautifully decorated romantic room and welcomed us with a delicious plate of fresh fruits. We were truly touched by this thoughtful gesture and felt the warmth of genuine Turkish hospitality. The hotel serves a classic Turkish breakfast, which was both delicious and satisfying. Its location is excellent — very convenient for any tour pick-ups and only a 5-minute walk from the Sunset/Sunrise panorama viewpoint. There’s also a lovely terrace where you can enjoy stunning views of Göreme. The only downside was that the room did not have air conditioning, and the provided fan was not strong enough to keep it cool, so it felt quite hot inside. We even had to sleep with the doors open. Other than that, we are very happy we chose this hotel and would gladly recommend it for its hospitality, location, and charm.

I’m stayed with family at family suite with 2 bedrooms plus spacious living room. Super nice Hot Air Balloon & sunrise viewing in the morning. Very attentive, polite and friendly hotel specially compliment to both Zeynep & Mensure. Both are lovely ladies.Thank you once again for everything during our stay . Highly recommend hotel if you going to Cappadocia.

A beautiful hotel and a wonderful experience. Goreme is so beautiful and this hotel is located not too far from the central places where you can find lots of great restaurants and souvenir shops. The room is naturally cool and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the whole atmosphere at the hotel and the outside seating areas are perfect for relaxing after a long day of touring. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

In general it’s good location, and very close to everything in town. The room is a kind of old school, which is fine. The hotel also provide a good buffet with a lot of options. The mini bar here is superb expensive, and you shall purchase from the neanhy supermarket rater than here

I booked the hotel because of the reviews and i did not regret it at all! One thing i like the most is the fragrance of the hotel; the lobby smells so good and so did our room! They helped us with the luggages and served tea when we arrived-- the check in experience was fantastic! Breakfast was tremendously luxurious and delicious. Tons of options and i didnt even know where to start. I did not capture the breakfast buffest since i was too busy eating. Their dessert is good too! Some turkish lokum,cakes and cookies. Wait, did i tell you that i love their salad as well? Oh yes, definitely need to mention that. Baha make sure we had a great time and even helped to deliver fries to our table before the breakfast time finished The whole team at the dining service were tip top-- they serve us with smile. All in all, the hotel's ambience, cleanliness and nice fragrance made us so comfortable that we didnt want to leave the hotel 🤣🤣 Thank you Grand Suite Hotel! Best cave hotel in Gerome, beautiful room with huge space , and free access to balcony of Sultan suites for hot air balloon photography. Special shoutout to staff Alp , he gave us a tour of the hotel and room and gave us the most needed help when I had ankle injury from hot air balloon ride. Thank you for your service.

The place was clean, warm in a great location. Since I got a bad weather and stayed in the room I can say that the only thing that bugs me is the tv has only turkish channels. This is a factor to be improved due to turkish language has no similarities with English and being hard to understand. I guess because I choose the most cavely room the internet signal was weak and it was difficult to connect. Other than that I want to express my gratitude with the staff that was great.

We enjoyed our stay at Kelebek. We received a surprise of a free room upgrade to a Junior Suite when we checked in, which made us very happy. The room was unique (in a fairy chimney) and had everything we need. In the morning we could come out of our room and see the amazing hot air balloons in the sky. Breakfast spread was excellent too, we enjoyed our breakfast everyday. The restaurant also has a great view. Would highly recommend the hotel!!

Luxury 5 star hotel with very cool decorations and beautiful lobby. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and luxurious too. Breakfast is traditional Turkish which means you are served at the table with many small dishes plus an order of eggs or omelet of your choice. It is a good breakfast. The only thing is that after 3 to 4 days the breakfast can get a bit boring as it is almost the same each morning. Although it is not a so-called cave hotel, it does have a few cave rooms. The view from the hotel restaurant balcony is fantastic! You can see many hot air balloons rising in the morning from the hotel balcony as well as the fairy chimneys as well. It is located just down the hill from the famous Kelebek cave hotel, about 3 minutes walk only. It does not have the view of the whole valley as the Kelebek hotel, but given the quality of the hotel and the great view, I think this hotel is a great choice and value for our visit. Plus you can walk up to kelebek hotel for dinner or drink with the views.

Kita boleh melihat banyak belon panas di sekitar hotel setiap pagi. Sangat cantik! Ini adalah perjalanan bulan madu kami. Terdapat hiasan yang cantik apabila kami tiba di bilik. Biliknya sangat selesa! Pada hari terakhir, kami perlu pergi ke lapangan terbang pada jam 6:30 pagi. Kakitangan memberi kami beg yang berisi Roti Bakar, Buah-buahan, Teh dan sebotol air. Ia adalah satu kejutan yang menyenangkan! Perkhidmatan hotel sangat baik! Ia menjadikan kami kenangan yang menggembirakan di Cappadocia!
