The view from the hotel is pretty amazing but since it's up on a hill, you'll need to hike up and down if you're planning to walk to the town.
Hotel feels very dated, the rooms are cool, but also feels very old. I know it's winter but the rooms are really stuffy even though we had the window opened, and heater turned off.
There's a sign saying to save water, but the shower takes about 8mins for the water to be hot.
There's a lot of steps/stairs in the hotel, some pretty steep ones
The check-in staff was quite accommodating. I booked a suite because the website showed it came with a bathtub, but the first room didn’t have one. They sorted it out quickly and moved us to the correct room, which I really appreciated

We stayed here for our honeymoon and informed the hotel beforehand that we were newlyweds. To our delight, they prepared a beautifully decorated romantic room and welcomed us with a delicious plate of fresh fruits. We were truly touched by this thoughtful gesture and felt the warmth of genuine Turkish hospitality.
The hotel serves a classic Turkish breakfast, which was both delicious and satisfying. Its location is excellent — very convenient for any tour pick-ups and only a 5-minute walk from the Sunset/Sunrise panorama viewpoint. There’s also a lovely terrace where you can enjoy stunning views of Göreme.
The only downside was that the room did not have air conditioning, and the provided fan was not strong enough to keep it cool, so it felt quite hot inside. We even had to sleep with the doors open.
Other than that, we are very happy we chose this hotel and would gladly recommend it for its hospitality, location, and charm.

In general it’s good location, and very close to everything in town. The room is a kind of old school, which is fine. The hotel also provide a good buffet with a lot of options. The mini bar here is superb expensive, and you shall purchase from the neanhy supermarket rater than here

Pengguna TetamuOne of the best hotels in Cappadocia!The location is fantastic with beautiful views all around.The rooms were very clean,spacious,and well organized.The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming throughout our stay.
Our flight arrived very early in the morning,and although check-in was later,they kindly gave us our room at 10 AM, which we really appreciated.We were thrilled with the warm welcome drinks,complimentary wine,and afternoon snacks — such thoughtful touches that made our stay even more special.
Amazing hospitality and service.Highly recommended for anyone visiting Cappadocia!

Pengguna Tanpa NamaWe enjoyed our stay at Kelebek. We received a surprise of a free room upgrade to a Junior Suite when we checked in, which made us very happy. The room was unique (in a fairy chimney) and had everything we need. In the morning we could come out of our room and see the amazing hot air balloons in the sky. Breakfast spread was excellent too, we enjoyed our breakfast everyday. The restaurant also has a great view. Would highly recommend the hotel!!

The place was clean, warm in a great location. Since I got a bad weather and stayed in the room I can say that the only thing that bugs me is the tv has only turkish channels. This is a factor to be improved due to turkish language has no similarities with English and being hard to understand. I guess because I choose the most cavely room the internet signal was weak and it was difficult to connect. Other than that I want to express my gratitude with the staff that was great.

The reasonably priced suite was extremely charming and comfortable. Only complaint is the lack of exercise room. The equipment was next to swimming pool by seemingly discarded. Would stay again.

Pengguna TetamuLuxury 5 star hotel with very cool decorations and beautiful lobby. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and luxurious too. Breakfast is traditional Turkish which means you are served at the table with many small dishes plus an order of eggs or omelet of your choice. It is a good breakfast. The only thing is that after 3 to 4 days the breakfast can get a bit boring as it is almost the same each morning.
Although it is not a so-called cave hotel, it does have a few cave rooms. The view from the hotel restaurant balcony is fantastic! You can see many hot air balloons rising in the morning from the hotel balcony as well as the fairy chimneys as well.
It is located just down the hill from the famous Kelebek cave hotel, about 3 minutes walk only. It does not have the view of the whole valley as the Kelebek hotel, but given the quality of the hotel and the great view, I think this hotel is a great choice and value for our visit. Plus you can walk up to kelebek hotel for dinner or drink with the views.
