Hiasan dan perkhidmatan perkakasan agak baik. Masuk sahaja ke bilik air, saya agak takut melihat serangga mati berterbangan di dalam tandas dan tab mandi. Mungkin tiada siapa yang tinggal semasa wabak ~ tetapi hanya siram sahaja ~

MMelissaWe were in Florence taking care of our grandson while his Mom and Dad were at the hospital. His Mom gave birth to our second grandson and she wanted her toddler close by. The hotel was conveniently located and it had everything that we needed and the price was not outrageous. We enjoyed our stay and we would definitely stay there again.

PPerryShawnThe I95 Hampton was clean, checkin/out is a breeze, the pool and hot tub were well maintained and provided some leisure time with the kiddos. The location is close to shopping and dining and lastly the staff were genuinely nice. Great customer service, felt like home.

Ericka Moore has been awesome at getting me anything I need, and she greets me every time I walk past the desk. The ladies that make the breakfast in the morning are friendly and speak to every person that comes to eat in the morning. I love all of the staff here and will be back.

EExcursion58956199168Based on our experience we will never stay at this or any Holiday Inn Express 1. Room needed to be re- keyed 2x and went up and downstairs, maintenance and housekeeping also unable to open the door. Finally after a long travel day they re-assigned us to a room. 2. There was a fridge, microwave and cabinetry but no dishes or glasses. We’re told we could have 2 cardboard coffee cups and two plastic cups. We’re told it was an overnight stay, then why tell us that the amenities included the fridge and microwave. 3. Air conditioning unit made more noise than a freight train and kept us up all night. 4. The shower floor was as slippery as an ice skating rink. Maybe they used Pledge on it Very dangerous despite the rail. Management was not very concerned about any of these issues. So, know before you go Bring your own dishes and glasses, wear sturdy shoes in the shower and bring earplugs if you want to sleep .

I stayed at this hotel July 9-11, 2024. I have stayed here in the past which is why I chose this hotel, and I am sorry to say the hotel has gone downhill in the past year. First, I'll address breakfast. In the past there has been a very good assortment of breakfast foods and I have always enjoyed the oatmeal. This trip, the oatmeal was a watery mess and there weren't many other options. The sausage looked as though it had been cooked to death or warmed over numerous times. I did not taste it and I passed on the eggs. Both waffle machines were unplugged, and I can only presume, not operational. There were two choices of bagels and some bread when I went for breakfast. If there were other options, they weren't available either morning I was there. Second, cleanliness. I have never had a complaint about the cleanliness of this hotel, but this time I was extremely disappointed. The carpets were stained and the overall appearance was run down. The second morning I was there, the lobby floor and the floor to the elevators was covered in mud where it appeared someone had come in with dirty shoes. I attempted to eat breakfast again, with the same runny oatmeal, and less than appetizing meats and eggs, and I never saw a staff member even attempt to clean the floors. The lobby was so dirty, another hotel patron commented to me that she had stayed here numerous times and she would not be returning based on the cleanliness of the hotel. My room was located on the first floor and I would just describe it as OK. The carpet definitely needed cleaning and the bathroom grout needs to be replaced or seriously cleaned. The window lock was broken so I was unable to lock the window. Fortunately, the windows only open a few inches, but I would have preferred the option to be able to lock the window especially since I was a solo female traveler. As stated earlier, I have stayed in this hotel in the past, but I will definitely be looking for other accommodations should I need to spend the night in Florence anytime in the future.

PPengguna TetamuAfter a long day of driving on our way from Maine to Florida, we stopped at the Country Inn in Florence, SC. We normally stay at Marriotts and all 6 of them were sold out. We got the last room at The Country Inn. After reading the reviews, we were a bit skeptical but we were tired and had no other options. We were very pleasantly surprised with our stay. Most important, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The lobby is very nice. The bathtub is dated, it’s one of the fiberglass one piece with the ceiling incorporated in it so you know it had to be original to the hotel. It was spotless. I was amazed. The coffee in the lobby was much better quality than most hotels. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The outside grounds are immaculate. They were blowing the leaves and cleaning the already spotless outside when we checked out. Overall I would give them a solid A.
