What a fabulous place to stay! Every amenity anyone would like, need, want is there. Included breakfast was fabulous and served in the most beautiful atmosphere. The staff could not be more pleasant or more helpful. Everywhere you look there is something else to see and to admire in this beautiful property. Every detail has been attended to. The location was perfect. It is within walking distance to downtown shops, churches, and restaurants. Truly a gem!

Cemerlang

We had a wonderful time staying here this past June! Firstly, what an excellent location. We were steps away from the beach, a short walk from restaurants and shops. Anything else we planned to do was only a short drive away. We had a balcony in our room which allowed us to enjoy the view of the beach and the beautiful weather. It was a calming, lovely way to begin and end the day. Our room was clean, a good size for a young family of 4, and well stocked. We enjoyed the lake decor and were comfortable during our visit. We also used the pool and hot tub, both of which were clean and we had a great time! Breakfast was included and we found that there was a great variety each day, for both adults and children. The view from the breakfast area is amazing, huge windows with view of the beach and mountains in the distance. They even had games available for the kids to play, and a fire pit outside that we enjoyed a couple evenings. Lastly, but certainly not least, the staff were wonderful, incredibly friendly. Everyone, from the front desk, to the bar, to just passing in the hallway, was welcoming and smiling. We would be glad to return here and make more memories as our children grow! It’s a wonderful spot for families.

PPengguna TetamuComfortable hotel with a smallish room but adequate. Great position on the hill overlooking Main Street. I looked out over the garden area to Mirror Lake and the picturesque church on its edge. In the snow it was magical. Breakfast was good with lots of choice even if it didn’t change at all in 2 weeks Lunch menu was simple but covered all bases. Snacks at the bar were good (a portion of fries would have fed a family) They served a couple of excellent local beers on draft and a full range of wines and spirits. The evening food at a couple of receptions was good, well prepared and tasty. Reception staff were helpful - checking in was simple and my IMG card accepted despite its age. My room was cleaned at least every 2-3 days and trash removed daily. I have no problem with pulling up my own sheets! Some of the rooms were a walk away from reception but most had good views. The gym was limited and basic but had enough kit and just enough space tho it would be tight with more than 3 or 4 exercisers Overall I could not fault it even quite close to the bar noise was never a problem. I would book there again if the occasion arose

This hotel/motel is clean and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The linens are nice also plentiful. That said, it’s difficult to find spots to plug in your chargers, the carpet is old and needs to be changed, the pillows are not good and the bathroom needs work, especially the shower. In its day this must have been a grand place. The dining room and furniture are nice and well crafted. The complimentary breakfast is comparable to what other chains are offering. The parking is abysmal and not easy to negotiate. Again, in its day it must have been something to see. But not now. Fortunately it is right across the street from the Olympic Arena & Museum and downtown is only a 10-15 minute walk away.

We spent hours on the phone trying to get place to stay for that same night, and the person at the front desk, Angela Gaetano, helped us tremendously in getting a room for that night. Everywhere else we called were just short and rude, but she was very helpful in accommodating us and keeping us updated on whether there were any openings for a room. She even let us leave an hour later at no extra cost. The room was clean, spacious, and the place was charming. Simple, but wonderful staff.
