"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel.
The guest laundry facilities were very convenient — they are located on the 4th and 7th floors of Towers 1 and 2, which made it easy to do laundry during our stay.
Another great point was that we were able to store our luggage even after check-out, so we could go to the parks and enjoy the day without worrying about our bags.
Most importantly, all of the staff were fantastic. Everyone was friendly, professional, and very helpful, which made our stay even more comfortable.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel."

They charged 800$ for incidentals with the POS that gave the “Approved” status.
We spend like 1k and they locked us outside of the room and asked us to pay this again the whole amount. They did not recognize the initial payment.
Front desk guy Christian very rood, pushing it to the edge of snapping.
Eventually I asked to speak to the manager on duty..he got at the front desk in 20-30 minutes, apologizing and saying that everything is ok with the initial payment.
We spent 1 hour locked outside by this “system error”
The service at the Sofia (downstirs restaurant) is very poor because of the kitchen staff.
The roof top restaurant is quite nice for dinner.
I waited 30 min for the valet to bring my car. The have no f idea of what they’re doing.
You can get only inroom dining after 10pm.
Shuttle service only to Disney parks.

Ssome3750在一個新開發的地段。所有設施都很新很智能（包括電燈按鈕/智能馬桶等）。四個枕頭似乎是不同的高度，很貼心很舒服。然後酒店附贈的礦泉水特別好喝。
吃飯方面酒店內部就有好幾家不錯的飯店。然後步行距離內還有很不錯的咖啡店和一個購物廣場。
稍微不喜歡的地方在於浴室放沐浴露的地方很矮？上一個住客完全可以踩在那裡洗澡 然後洗面奶再放這些地方感覺不是很衞生的樣子～其他都很好的。
如果不介意離迪士尼園區稍微遠點的話非常推薦這裏～

If you’re looking to save some money and get great quality I would recommend this hotel! We’ll forever choose this hotel anytime we stay in Orlando.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaWe had a wonderful stay, unfortunately, last day we found a blood stains bath towel and it put us off after you have paid an expensive rates and you expected to get the best for everything and the worst is that we have informed and show the pictures of the blood stains towel to the guest service cast member named INDIA she promised to return with manager communication regarding this incident WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FROM THE RESORT and it was not accepted and this incident spoiled the whole stay experience remember to check the towel before put onto your kids even with the 5 star hotel

最後一天退房的早晨8:00，問我們是否續住，我説暫時還不確定。前台就陰陽我，説2026年你能否確定。退房時間是早晨10點鐘，由於我們着急去展會現場，希望協商能否到中午12點退房（在國內是正常的退房時間），前台服務員説必須要參加他們組織的一個conference（KPI拉人頭），才可以延長退房時間，我們於是衹能先退房。度假村環境不錯，但是服務非常非常差的體驗！千萬不要來！

PPengguna TetamuI basically booked for the location- being a woman solo traveller this is one of the only non Disney hotels that Mears connect airport buses serves (didn't want to get a taxi when my flight arrived in Orlando at 11pm by myself). The other perk is you get is early admission into the Disney parks for your say. Baring in mind I only stayed 2 nights, I'm not sure that the equivalent of £60! Resort fee I had to pay extra was worth it. The hotel was clean, motel style, akin to any other hotel in Orlando really. Arriving at midnight, I wanted to book the free Disney shuttle for the same day (which you can only do when you arrive) but it had sold out for the time that would get me to Hollywood studios for in time for early entry next morning! Luckily I managed to get on this without a booking. Overall the hotel is nice- but not worth it for a short stay not using the pool, unless youre a solo traveller worried about safety.

1. I confirmed with the hotel 2 days prior to my arrival they we would be there and they confirmed my reservation.
2. Date of arrival our flight got delayed. I contacted the hotel and confirmed my late arrival due to flight delay. They confirmed.
3. We arrive and the hotel didn’t have a room for us of the type we paid for. Fortunately they had a room but we’d have to move the next day.
4. We were compensated with free parking. That was appreciated.
5. Moved to our new room and the stench that came from the pullout bed cannot be described. It eas horrible. The entire room was filled by the pungent odor. Of course, this was discovered at night.
6. Spoke to the night manager and asked if they could swap the mattress out or change rooms and they said not likely. They gave me some points. Gee, that took care of the smell…
7. Next morning an older gentleman was on staff as manager and he was on it when I spoke with him. He had the maintenance crew in the room within 20 minutes. They took out the old mattress and replaced it with an almost new looking one.
You get what you pay for. Though they resolved our issues we decided to leave half way thru our trip. It was not worth it. The rooms are not in good condition as they appear on their website.
I appreciate their effort but to have to struggle with the staff multiple times, not worth it. We ended up staying at a WDW property with of course, we should have done since the beginning.

KKathyJV1. Initially we were put in a very substandard room. I had to complain to the front desk and then they moved us to an acceptable one (why didn't they do that in the first place?)
2. We stayed for 5 nights and only on the last day did they clean the room...unacceptable
3. Nobody is ever at the front desk to answer the phone when you call for something so you literally had to go downstairs in the cold to talk to someone
4. The carpet outside the room (#10308) and along the entire walkway to the elevator was soaked with water from a leak somewhere.
On a positive side, the bartender was very nice and the Manager was very helpful when we eventually spoke with her.

RRedfishBluefishWe stayed at this Days Inn the night before our cruise departure from Port Canaveral. Its close proximity to the Orlando airport made it a convenient choice for our late arrival, though it did mean a longer drive to the port the following morning. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, and the room itself was clean and met our expectations for a short overnight stay.
Breakfast was included, which was appreciated, but it fell just short of what most would consider a true continental breakfast. The selection was fairly limited, and the pastries in particular tasted more like day-old items than fresh offerings. Overall, it served its purpose for a one-night stay near the airport.
