Bangunan yang muncul baru-baru ini diambil alih oleh Pemilik baru. Penyiram rumput pecah dan disembur ke tempat yang sama di tanah sepanjang malam. Rangka pintu lif nampaknya dilukis dengan kemahiran seorang kanak-kanak berumur 5 tahun. Saya harap mereka terus memperbaiki butiran kecil ini.

We have stayed twice at the Hilton, and strongly agree with all of the positive comments regarding this hotel. We had a King Corner Room for each stay, and I wanted to describe the differences between the two. The rooms ending in 20 (1520, 1620, etc.) were the larger of the two and faced north and east, with primary views of the Mayo Civic Center. The rooms ending in 02 (1502, 1602, etc.) were slightly smaller and faced north and west. These rooms have spectacular views of the entire Mayo Clinic downtown location. Either room location is great and I would agree to have access to the Executive Lounge during your stay. It is worth the small extra amount for this access. Again, this is by far one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in, particularly in this country.

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله السكن بردوي بلازا في روشيستر في امريكا لقد كان السكن مناسب جدا وخصوصا للعوائل وأمن وقريب من مستشفي مايوكلينك وممكن المسير عن طريق السكاي وي الممر وكانت تجربتي معهم جميلة ومناسب للعوائل الخليجية وهو بالقرب من مطعم المدينه وبقالة الباكستاني وتوجد قريبه منك المواقف للسيارات في حالت تأجير سيارة والشباب في الاستقبال متعاونين جدا مع الضيوف

SSixOneTwoWe stayed at this property for a number of stays over six months while making visits to the Mayo Clinic. The staff is to be highly commended for their incredible sense of service to the Clinic customer base. Many times we observed people in serious physical condition being treated with empathy and accommodation. The front desk and shuttle staff made it clear that they were there to assist with a wide variety of needs. Rooms are clean, safe, quiet and comfortable. Kitchen is well-appointed with whatever you need to prepare meals. Plenty of linens are provided for bathroom and pull-out sofa. Pool area is nice, hot tub worked every time we visited. The outdoor seating areas around the property are a bonus. Tons of shopping and restaurants are within a few minutes' walk, including Macy's, Barnes & Noble, Trader Joe's, Panera, burger joints, and sit-down dining. Shuttle takes guests between hotel and Mayo / St. Mary's, or to the grocery store, the mall, or restaurants, and I believe the schedule was 6 am to 9 pm. The final deal-maker here, is the availability of EV charging facilities in the underground parking garage. Every Hilton property should consider adding this resource.

JJolene AAll of the employees are super friendly and very accommodating. I have stayed at Aspen Suites several times in last couple years and I see all the same faces . . which tells you something about the atmosphere and business. I love the wonderful breakfast and dinner Mon-Thurs evenings. Food is always delicious and how nice not to have wonder what going to get to eat, etc. HIGHLY recommend Aspen Suites!!

PPengguna TetamuThis is one of the best stays we've ever had at a hotel! They are remodeling because it recently has new owners and is now a Holiday Inn Express, no longer a Comfort Inn. The new owners are amazing and helpful, especially the woman manager/owner. Everyone is very pleasant. Housekeepers do an awesome job refreshing your room daily. Oue room had an EXCELLENT BED with good pillows, new sheets/bedding. The room was extremely clean, new tile, carpet, paint, blinds. Great lighting. New sink& mirror in bathroom with perfect lighting. Plenty of coffee packets! Our room was perfect! The lobby area was being worked on when we were there, but it really didn't pose a problem at all. It was still safe to walk through. Breakfast was scaled back a little due to the remodel but there were plenty of choices. The ice machines have't been hooked up yet but we just bought our own ice, not a problem. The hotel is 4 miles from Mayo clinic but there is a shuttle. It's an easy drive if you drive yourself. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood. No street noise at all.

This hotel is very close to Mayo and St. Mary’s hospital. It’s about a mile from Mayo, but has shuttle service all day. You can walk to St. Mary’s if you choose. There are lots of restaurants walkable. The hotel is very clean, good breakfast area. Their breakfast times are longer than most others. The rooms were very clean and large. Daily the cleaning crew will come and change towels and trash unless you tell them not to. They are very accommodating to flexibility of your stay due to Dr appts. We were able to leave 2 days ahead of schedule with no issues. There is laundry, but they do not have a change machine or a dispenser to purchase detergent.

I enjoyed the breakfast each morning with a large variety of items to eat. The swimming pool was a bonus. I would highly recommend this motel, as my experience was 5 star! I plan to return whenever I am in town. Very safe for the solo traveler. Beautiful scenery and location in Rochester Minnesota

Location Location Location The HGI is very convenient to Mayo Clinic via Skywalk and the Subway Proximity to The Galleria and a large variety of dining options at an array of price points is a definite plus. Front desk staff were polite and eager to help . Self parking is off property about 2 Minute drive /5 minute walk from hotel. A complimentary shuttle is available for Mayo Clinic ; Other locations will incur a fee. Valet parking on property is $21. The price of our stay was about $250 for two nights . Ask for the Mayo rate; I partially paid with Hilton Honor points. We did have a little trouble having special requests honored … daily cleaning/ fresh towels, extra blanket, coffee replenished. There seemed to a bit of communication breakdown between the front desk and housekeeping, We experienced a similar issue with the Chesterton HGI in Chesterton , IN Just a heads up … the front lobby is being remodeled and upgraded. Continental breakfast ($ 7.95) and full hot breakfast ( $14.95) are available during the remodeling process

We stayed at TownePlace Suites on 43rd St in Rochester, MN because I had appointments and testing at Mayo Clinic. The hotel room was well-designed - with bedrooms on either side of a pretty run down. For example, the refrigerator's bottom shelf was cracked and the restraining bars on the refrigerator door were missing. There was build-up around the shower that had not been cleaned properly over the years. There was some staining/water damage inside some of the drawers. I told the front desk about the damaged refrigerator and the clerk didn't seem to be surprised. He didn't note it as a problem, either. The refrigerator worked (kept our food cold, freezer worked, made ice). The microwave worked fine, too. We washed our dishes in the sink, but there was a small dishwasher we could have used. The kitchen was stocked with a few pots and pans, plates, bowls, silverware, etc. There was also a kitchen towel and wash cloth, dish soap and such. No can opener. The morning breakfast was warm and pretty typical hotel fare. It consisted of bland powdered eggs (sometimes with American cheese melted in/on them), sausage links and patties, fruit, cereal, muffins, juice and milk. There was a waffle maker available, too, with a long line of people using it. Thankfully, there were also lots of sauces to ”fix up” your breakfast (like salsa, ketchup, syrup, etc). We saw a lot of other Mayo patients but we also saw families. We were kept up late one night because of a man yelling at his wife/girlfriend about cheating on him in the next room. I realize the hotel staff have very little control about drama happening like that. The pool has a slide/play area for kids, and there's a hot tub. We didn't use these facilities, but we went inside the humid pool area to look at them. They seemed to be clean, and there were towels provided to dry off after swimming/soaking. There's a laundry area on the 2nd floor - it's not ”free laundry” as listed on some websites - it takes quarters to run your laundry. We didn't use the machines, so I can't comment on how well they operate. The cleaning staff come in every other day. This can be a problem if you have food waste in your room, but the staff were willing to let us ”trade” a full bag of garbage for a fresh garbage bag. The staff were helpful in guiding us to/from Mayo Clinic, but I sensed they were tired of answering the same questions for every person who comes in the door. I imagine they deal with a lot of people struggling with pain, stress, etc. that may not be in a good mood... so that would explain their demeanor - professional, but with underlying subtle but noticeable sarcasm and tinge of annoyance. I made sure to thank them any time I had to ask a question. The yellow shuttle runs once an hour with a longer break at lunch time. The driver usually comes into the lobby to announce that he's arrived, except first thing in the morning - so make sure to pay attention if you're trying to catch the
