I would honestly give this hotel more than full marks if I could. It exceeded our expectations in so many ways, and considering the reasonable price, it offered incredible value for money. My family booked two rooms for three nights. Before arriving, we had a rather unpleasant experience at our previous hotel where we were bitten badly by what seemed to be bed mites. As a result, we contacted this hotel before check-in and politely requested that the rooms be thoroughly cleaned and that all bed linens be changed. From the moment we arrived, the staff showed genuine care and professionalism. They kindly asked about our situation and reassured us that both rooms had been deep cleaned. We were welcomed with cold towels, refreshing welcome drinks, and delicious desserts, which immediately made us feel comfortable and cared for. When we entered our rooms, we were pleasantly surprised to find an air purifier already prepared for us. The rooms were spotless and impeccably clean. Everything felt fresh, and we could immediately see the effort the hotel had put into ensuring our comfort. Most importantly, every member of the staff was incredibly warm, friendly, and sincere. The hotel also provides complimentary afternoon tea. While the selection is not extensive, it is more than enough for a relaxing break with a cup of tea. The kids’ playroom is conveniently located nearby, which made the experience even more enjoyable for families. Another wonderful surprise was that the hotel treated each guest to a complimentary bowl of traditional Vietnamese noodle soup for dinner. It was delicious and became one of the highlights of our stay. Before arriving, I was a little concerned because guests need to climb a short flight of stairs to reach the lobby. We were travelling with an elderly family member and a stroller, so I worried it might be inconvenient. However, every single time we needed assistance, the staff immediately stepped forward to help carry our luggage and stroller. Their attentiveness truly impressed us. Since the hotel is located beside a main road, transportation could have been slightly challenging, but once again the staff went above and beyond. Whenever our Grab arrived, they would help us call the driver closer to the entrance and even hold umbrellas for us during hot weather, making it much easier and safer for our family to get in and out of the vehicle. We stayed for three nights, and every morning the breakfast was varied, plentiful, and delicious. There was always something different to enjoy, which made breakfast something we looked forward to each day. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our stay. The cleanliness, thoughtful service, excellent hospitality, and attention to detail made this one of the most memorable hotel experiences we have had. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, especially families with children and elderly travellers. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. This wasn’t just good service—it was genuine hospitality. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a hotel that I spent a long time researching before booking. It had excellent reviews and a very high rating online. Unfortunately, my experience was a case of “looks great from a distance, but not quite as impressive up close.” Let me start with the positives. The lobby is beautiful, with a charming vintage design that creates a great first impression. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and communicated well in English. Upon arrival, we were offered cold towels and refreshing welcome drinks, which was a nice touch after a long journey. We decided to have lunch at the hotel’s restaurant. The food was average—not particularly memorable, but enough to satisfy our hunger. The staff escorted us and our luggage to the room. At first glance, the room looked acceptable, but as someone who is quite particular about cleanliness, I quickly noticed a significant amount of dust on various surfaces. I tried not to dwell on it because, for me, the most important thing is a clean and comfortable bed. Unfortunately, that night became the worst part of our stay. I barely slept during my first night. Throughout the night, I felt as though something was biting my skin, and I found myself constantly scratching. It was extremely uncomfortable and frustrating. The following morning during breakfast, a staff member kindly asked how we had slept. I honestly explained my experience and mentioned that I felt I had been bitten by something during the night. I requested that the bed linens be changed. To their credit, the staff responded immediately. They informed the front desk, and shortly afterwards a manager came to speak with us personally, apologised sincerely, and arranged for a deep cleaning of our room. At that moment, I truly appreciated their attitude because they made me feel that they genuinely cared and were actively trying to solve the problem. We then left for our day of sightseeing. When we returned to the hotel that afternoon, I was genuinely surprised. The room felt completely different from the day before. It smelled fresh and clean, every surface had been thoroughly wiped down, the floors were spotless, and even the musty smell that I had previously noticed was gone. The room finally felt as clean as I had expected from a highly rated hotel. As an additional gesture, the hotel offered me a complimentary 20-minute herbal bath treatment as compensation. I thought that was a thoughtful gesture and appreciated the effort they made to make things right. Most importantly, I slept wonderfully on the second night. For service and recovery, I would honestly give the team more than full marks. While the initial issue should not have happened, the way they handled the situation was professional, sincere, and efficient. As for breakfast, it was decent and perfectly acceptable. There was enough variety, although I believe there is still room for improvement. I would still recommend this hotel. The location is excellent, with many attractions and the riverside within easy walking distance. Regarding the facilities, they are all on the smaller side. The swimming pool is beautiful but quite small. The gym is compact, and the children’s playroom is also rather limited in size. None of these were deal-breakers for us, but they are worth noting for future guests. Overall, while the stay did not start well, the outstanding service recovery and excellent location left a positive final impression. No hotel is perfect, but what matters is how they respond when something goes wrong—and this hotel handled it exceptionally well.

My impression of Risemount was that it felt fresh, modern, and youthful. However, my overall experience did not fully meet my expectations. I arrived at the hotel at 3:30 PM, but there was no greeting at the entrance. At that time, only one receptionist was assisting another guest. While I was carrying my child and two hand-carry suitcases to the counter, a female staff member from another desk kindly came over to help me with the check-in. After checking in, I was offered a glass of ginger tea with honey. At first, the flavor felt quite strong and slightly spicy, so I thought it might contain a bit of alcohol. After asking, I understood that it was ginger tea with honey, which was a thoughtful welcome drink. In the room, I noticed a strand of hair in the bathtub, and the showerhead in the standing shower was loose, causing water to splash outside. Together with the bathroom slippers, this made me feel a bit uncomfortable and less safe while using the bathroom. The soundproofing could also be improved, as I could still hear traffic noise and sounds from the neighboring room even with the windows and doors closed. During the night, I was disturbed by mosquitoes and couldn’t sleep well. At around 2 AM, my daughter, who was very tired after a long day at the beach, had an accident in bed. I tried to contact housekeeping and the reception for assistance, but unfortunately, I could not reach anyone at that time. This was quite inconvenient during our stay. In addition, although the breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, I personally felt that the presentation and overall setup could be more refined to better match the hotel’s standard.

Das Boutique Hoi An Hotel ist ein wunderschönes Hotel mit einem traumhaften, sehr gepflegten Tropengarten und kolonialem Charme. Der Pool ist schön designt, groß und sowohl für Schwimmer wie Badende geeignet. Auch der Strand ist schön. Kilometerlang und für asiatische Verhältnisse recht sauber. Das Spa-Center, das die Managerin Mai perfekt im Griff hat, ist ebenfalls empfehlenswert. Das Frühstück fällt etwas ab, was uns aber nicht störte, da wir keinen Wert auf Frühstücken legen. Absolut störend war das Verhalten des Empfangsmanagers bei unserer Ankunft. Auf inakzeptabel penetrante Art und Weise hat er versucht, uns Massschneider, Konzertveranstaltungen, Ausflüge oder anderweitig kommissionierte Dienste aufzudrängen. Ein Besuch der Altstadt von Hoi An lohnt, anders als Instagram und zahlreiche Reiseberichte suggerieren, NICHT. Hoi An mag früher mal pittoresk und zauberhaft gewesen sein, leider heute aber unter den Auswirkungen eines Backpacker- und Overtourism-Sndroms übelsten Art. Wer gut essen möchte, bleibt am besten im Hotel, wo es ein sehr gutes Barbecue-Buffet gibt oder geht links die Straße lang, wo man einige nette Lokale findet.

Stayed for one night here initially with plans on coming back for a second stay. Overall the facilities here are better quality and function than at those other smaller hotels along the beach *****. Water pressure was very strong and the rooms are spacious, as was the lobby. Very grand and majestic. The hotel is slightly older compared to what is in the neighborhood but still classy and elegant. I want to highlight that there is room for Improvement on the housekeeping and maintenance. Particularly the ventilation. The room had a dusty air con smell, very typical in hotels above 15-20 years. Could literally see the dust in on the false concave ceiling area. But this place is less than 10 Years old so the smell should not be there yet. Breakfast spread was great, but again fell short of the 5 star standard that Melia is known for in other developed countries. Also the service, it’s more of 4 star rather than a 5 star. I say this because in the Melia at yangon, Myanmar, they offered turn down service and sweets and they kept calling to ensure i was comfortable. I stayed also in the Melia Hue and I think my comment there was largely similar in concept.

Located right across the beach. Many eateries, mart and laundry nearby. Room was quite spacious and clean. Swimming pool overlooking an amazing ocean view. Varied wide spread of breakfast buffet, food was tasty. Staff were friendly and kind. Concierge men were very helpful and welcoming. Unfortunately, upon checking out, we were shocked to be charged us USD7 without any explanation. Only when we queried, the receptionist mentioned it was for a ”broken shampoo bottle”, which we were very sure we left the room in tip top condition. We further asked for proof of the broken bottle, only then they sent someone to retrieve the bottle and brought it to the reception counter. The bottle was intact, not broken as claimed. However, the receptionist said the housekeeper claimed there was a ”crack” at the bottom of the bottle, which none of us including the receptionist could find the alleged ”crack”. the receptionist tried so hard to prove there was a crack but we insisted on ”where was the crack?' because we couldnt see any obvious crack and nothing leaked out out the bottle - it looked more like a light scratch. In the end, the receptionist told us to write a case report to the housekeeping to resolve the matter. We were disappointed that this matter was not handled professionally and we felt accused for an alleged crack. We were amazed at how meticulous and sharp the housekeepers were for noticing a light scratch at the bottom of the bottle and the bottom of shampoo bottle was the 1st thing they inspected. Plus, we didnt use their shampoo - we brought our own shampoo.

Location: The view of this hotel is good, but the transport is not convenient with only 2 shuttle bus to centre everyday. It is also impossible for you to ride bicycle to centre due to the long distance. CNY should be the peak period of this hotel, cant understand why the hotel can not provide more buses.. And motorbike rental is also not available nearby. Service: The staff sent our luggage till the 3rd call to the receiption, and we waited more one hour for our luggage and also have to change our plan that day. Although the manager come up to our room to apology and also compensate us one plate of fruit in the evening, however, the dragon fruit is not fresh, you can smell the sourness from the dragon fruit. Dining: Understand that there are many tourists come from Korea, but I am visiting Vietnam, not Jeju island, you can see Korean wordings anywher in this hotel, even you can see kimchi & Sea**** soup for your breakfast. And they are aslo quite noisy in the rooftop swimming pool & restaurant,you can't even hear your companions. The hotel also did not remind these tourist to lower down. Facility: A bit old, You can see that the washbasin is rusty. And the aircon is also noisy. Definitely wont recommend this hotel to my friends.

Service: The staff being friendly, attentive, and helpful. Facilities: The hotel is in a great location, close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-designed. The rooftop pool and spa are favorably. Food: The breakfast buffet gets high marks for being excellent and with a wide variety. Overall, The hotel offers a great combination of friendly service, a convenient location, and comfortable facilities. If you're looking for a relaxing beach vacation in Da Nang, this hotel could be a good option for you!

I had a fantastic stay at KOI Resort and Apartments! The service was super nice, with friendly staff who went above and beyond. I was feeling unwell during my visit, and the staff were incredibly helpful, bringing extra blankets and offering ginger honey tea to my room for free. The room service food was delicious, and my room was clean and comfortable. There were also plenty of activities to enjoy. Everything was just perfect!

이 호텔의 장단점은 명확하다. 여기엔 단점을 먼저 적어본다. 처음 방에 들어선순간 지하실에서 나는 쿵쿵한 곰팡이냄세가 진동했다. 건물전체에서 이런 냄새가 나는데 구조적 문제같다. 벽사진을 보면 왜그런지 짐작할수있다. 이호텔의 유일한 단점은 바로 이것이다. 다른점은 시내에서 멀다는것인데 오토바이를 렌트하면 해결된다. 시내에서 대략 10분거리.
