Overall it was a nice stay. Just need to keep the linens smooth and the shower tub free from stain (red).

The AC in the room was making a lot of noise. There was no cleaning/service to my room for 5 days. The attendant who checked me in did not tell me I had to call in for cleaning services daily. He did not accept my AARP card.The toilet was leaking water on the floor on the bathroom

There was a bug on the bed so I left we didn’t stay there. They hotel did refund the resort fee, offered another room but if one has bugs I’m not staying.

Rooms were hot. Tried to call front desk many times through out the day never answered

I have stayed here before, and it is convenient based on where my son lives. For food, I suggest Rosie’s in the ****** or across the street to Chuy’s Mexican and Great Basin Brewery. The pool and gym are nice with views. I stayed on the side of the train yard this time, which was pretty cool (not disruptive). Hanging out in the lobby is fine if not ********. Seems many regulars go here. So many summer events on the schedule nearby. Attended the Dragon Lights near UNR (really pretty park), and explored the Wild Waterpark. Uber was easy, but convenirnce stores require a ride. Very scenic drive to Virginia City. Thx for upgrade.

Very bad service in front desk Room was not clean I will not go there again ever

I did not eat food there they charge me more than the amount that you told me i was remaining apart from the $100 dollars that I would get back after I check out no one came to clean the room I of to call for clean towels etc

The odor in this hotel was just unbearable it smelled like sewage 🤷🏽‍♀️ I really didn’t have any other problems except the coffee in the room needs to have more creamer

It was very unfortunate that I had my reserved room unavailable upon arrival. I figured no problem adjusting rooms since it was only me traveling. Ended up with two queen beds. As I prepared to call it a night and lifted the sheets only to discover massive yellow stains on them. I requested a sheet change and it took 3 days. Apparently the persons I spoke with consistently failed to relay the message. Only good thing is I was hardly in the room. On the 4th night they finally sent a cleaning crew to change the sheets.

Loved our stay there.
