Homewood Suites by Hilton North Houston/Spring

Great location for our needs north of Houston. Clean and comfortable room. Very nice pool with basketball half-court too. Breakfast as typical for this chain with multiple staff keeping the area cleaned and stocked. Only ding was for persistent dirty ashtrays in the outdoor patio area adjacent to the breakfast area (we don't smoke but like to be outside to eat breakfast and the overflowing ashtrays had not been addressed in over 24 hrs)

The Female manager Who’s name is Paige Blackburn is extremely rude and ******!! The other gentleman working the front desk named Christian was absolutely phenomenal. He treated us with more respect than the manager! I honestly love the rooms here but I doubt I’ll be booking another room here again!

My stay at the HWSuites North Houston Spring was OUTSTANDING!!!! Definitely, definitely recommend staying here. First, this location is a model for the chain that other HWSuites should follow! The hotel looked fresh and not tired like some of the other locations I’ve stayed at. The hotel staff from the front desk to the food areas were very friendly and helped me with whatever I needed. Second, my room on the 4th floor was extremely clean and smelled fresh right when I walked in. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and pans, which were clean and spotless. The kitchen also included a full fridge, dishwasher, large microwave, and 2-burner stove. Second, I had the double queen suite, and the beds were comfy and pillows supportive. I also liked the ceiling fan in the bedroom since I’m used to sleeping with a fan running. The bathroom was nice and everything was in excellent shape (no cracked tiles and no mold anywhere). The closet was big and allowed me to spread out my clothes. The AC in the living area and bedroom worked great (I like my room cold). Wi-Fi was also complimentary and reliable! Third, breakfast was good and Tues night dinner (pasta and salad) was delicious. I liked the large option of salad dressings. The convenience shop by check-in counter was also well stocked with drinks, frozen foods, candy, chips, medications, and essentials. Finally, the hotel price point was very reasonable for the space and amenities provided. I definitely recommend this hotel/location if you’re traveling to North Houston/Spring!

I've only stayed at a couple of Homewood Suites, but this was by far, the nicest I've been to. In fact, it was nicer than some actual Hilton hotels I've stayed at! I spent two nights pre & post cruise and the rooms were immaculate, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating and the beds were amazingly comfortable! I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and will be booking soon for pre and post cruise stays in May. Thank you to the entire Homewood Suites team for a wonderful and comfortable stay!!

The room was exceptionally clean and smelled clean. The layout of the room was perfect for my needs. Although I did not get to use the fitness room, it was well kept and equipped. Now, to one of the most important things to me, courteous and friendly staff. Goes hand-in-hand with a clean room and well-maintained property. I have had the pleasure of interacting with Evan at the front desk, Ariany and Paulina in dining and social. They were very accommodating and friendly. They created a positive atmosphere. I would not hesitate to stay there again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Houston/Spring area.

The breakfast was terrible & the selection was limited to say the least. The scrambled eggs were watery & tasteless while the cheese omelette was rubber & hardy edible. To make it worse the eggs were either mixed with bacon or put together in the same pot with meat. My repeated requests to have a crib reserved was missed but rectified the next night. Last but not least, the shower pressure was amazing!! One of the best I have had in a while. The staff is courteous and helpful.

The room was really, really clean and crisp. I was in awe that down to the smallest details (new caulking on the sinks, sharp lines where the painting meets the wall paper, even the ceiling paint looked new!). In all my travels (Chicago, Houston, LA and in between) I have never seen such care put into a sleeping room. This is a HUGE plus! It was supremely maintained. For the cons (I did not take off points as the room was so clean) the heat only goes up to 75 degrees (cost saving measure, so I understand), the front desk is not the friendliest but are adequate, the pool had sediment in it, and the chairs at the pool were dirty. Otherwise, everything looked good and the security seems great with a gated entrance! It's a really nice hotel overall and I would stay again.

The breakfast person (Marissa) during the week has a nasty, hateful attitude. She should be a New York taxi driver. She does not belong in the hospitality industry. At best, she should be cleaning toilets 24/7.

Everything about this stay was absolutely phenomenal!!!! From security gates, outside of the hotel, parking, front desk agents, housekeeping, breakfast, amenities, very spacious, clean & modern rooms, location and all employees courtesy and service!!! EXCEPTIONAL WE WILL COME BACK AGAIN❤️
