Terrible review!!! Checked in on August 9th. The front desk didn't mention anything before check-in. After checking in at 4 PM, we found there was no hot water. I immediately went to the front desk to inquire. The lady at the reception said there was no hot water at all, and that the hotel's hot water pipes were undergoing repairs. When asked how long it would take to fix, she said she didn't know but they would expedite it. At 8 PM, there was still no hot water. I went to the front desk again, and it was the same lady, who said they still hadn't found the fault. I complained to Trip.com customer service, reporting the issue. Trip.com was very proactive in following up and communicating. When Trip.com called back, a ridiculous thing happened: they said they contacted the hotel's agent, and the hotel claimed there was no issue with the hot water!! We immediately went to the front desk, but there was a notice on the door saying they were closed after 9 PM and no one was at the front desk. Who did the agent communicate with?? We continued to update Trip.com on the situation and arranged to follow up the next day. Before checking out the next day, there was still no hot water, so no shower for us. We went to the front desk again. This time, a young man was on duty. He admitted there was a fault and that our room, 303, had no hot water, but claimed not all rooms were affected!! Here's the problem: yesterday, the female front desk staff said ALL rooms had no hot water, which was why we couldn't be moved. This time, we were more cautious and recorded the entire conversation. It was undeniable that our room had no hot water. From this, two conclusions can be drawn: 1. The hotel agent chosen by Trip.com is unreliable and dishonest. 2. The hotel is unreliable, all smiles but full of lies. Since we couldn't take a shower, I won't even mention the long hairs on the shower wall; out of sight, out of mind.

A excellent place to stay. The staff is really helpful and welcoming. The little house is just great and confortable with the room and kitchen. A big thanks for all.

The hotel overall was fantastic. The pricing was very reasonable, and the location made it super easy to access my room. Parking was convenient, and the view was simply amazing. On top of that, the people were really friendly. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Booked 2 rooms. Good internet, plenty of parking, easy to find things to eat. Very clean. I wish shuttle bus stop is in front of the hotel.

Check-in was smooth and we received great tips for Zion National Park. The room was good and spacious with a microwave and a coffee maker. Waking up in the lodge and grabbing a to go breakfast surrounded by Zion was amazing. I would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Nice hotel with perfect t view and location.

The room was just as expected based on the listing. Nothing particularly special, but the view of Zion Canyon from the window was definitely a highlight.

The lodge was lovely but breakfast was in a bag and was average at best.
