The hotel staff tried there hardest to make ut hassle free but the trip.com is who we had a lot of trouble with it definitely wasnt just enjoy your stay it was 2 hours of waiting and then 2 different booking alot of confusion and very irritating and not worth the hassle

We travel through the U.S. frequently and this Best Western is wonderful! Clean, up-to-date rooms, and under $100 per room for two rooms with double queens. The mirror area outside the bathroom had 6 outlets total—pleasant surprise when you are used to sharing a double outlet! We didn't eat breakfast as we were doing brunch at another location, but we stopped to fill our travel mugs—breakfast area was clean and well-stocked.

The night staff was nice. When we arrived, it took a minute for anyone to realize we were standing at the desk, but once noticed, they were nice to deal with. Breakfast was horrible. No sausage or bacon with the powdered eggs. Biscuits and gravy was terrible. No meat in the gravy, no flavor either. The biscuits were undercooked. No fresh fruit options. The bread items were a bit hard. Had to ask where the butter was. The coffee was so weak, it looked more like tea. Couldn’t drink it. The morning staff, again, once I got their attention, was friendly. The beds were a bit worse for the wear. My daughter and her husband had to fight rolling into the middle of the bed. My bed was comfortable, but I was able to sleep in the middle. Overall, not terrible, but also won’t stay there again.

服務：服務很好，前台接待熱情周到 衞生：乾淨整潔 酒店每半個小時有巴士往來機場，免費，當然小費還是必要的。免費早餐，同時一樓有餐館對外營業。總之非常方便，很不錯的一次入住體驗！👍👍👍

We wanted to stay at a nice hotel for our special night and chose this for the name and the short distance from Bass Pro. The hotel desk clerk was so nice that evening and helpful! The hotel was beautiful and clean. The only drawbacks were that he felt the bed was-too hard and he woke-up with what looked like a dog tick on him from the bed! Needless to say not staying at this hotel again for that reason as i should have looked to see that they allow dogs.

Everyone was super nice ! I LOVED that the pool was open 24/7 . It just was very pleasant and I wld highly recommend this place ! I felt very safe as well considering where it’s at .. they get not just 5 stars but 10 stars from me :) thanks everyone there !
