The staff is very friendly and nice! They are helpful and the front desk is 24/7!

Excellent. The rooms were basic (as expected) but clean and have everything we needed. The beds were really comfy and the showers are nice and powerful. We stayed two nights and were comfortable with it as our base. The breakfast was plentiful and good, nothing was too much trouble. Selina in particular really went above and beyond, but I really couldn’t fault any of the staff we came into contact with. The children were made a real fuss of, which they loved. I’d stay here again and having not been in a budget hotel for many years, was pleasantly surprised how much we got for our money. I think it was very good value.

I travel alot and if I’m honest I wasn’t expecting much. We booked as local for a vow renewal and the location was good. First impressions where what was to be expected - clean, functional, friendly. By the time we checked out I was blown away with the customer service and how the team go over and beyond. Nothing is too much trouble, so friendly and accommodating. Small little gestures that you know are unique to this hotel and the team are an absolute credit. Massive shout out to Selina. She went over and beyond and possibly the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Lee and Paul (reception and maintenance) are also two exceptional people that were so friendly helpful and amazing customer service. Genuinely blown away with service Also the beds are very comfortable and breakfast was fantastic.

Stayed the weekend for a wedding, wasn’t expecting much but everything was tip top ! All the staff are so welcoming and friendly,Selina and Lee at breakfast made sure everyone had everything, they apologised for the wait but there wasn’t one ! The room was spotless… whenever I’m back in Ipswich I’ll definitely stay again… thank you, you are a credit to the hospitality industry

Had a excellent stay , staff was so accommodating. 30 of us stayed here for our son wedding. Room nice and clean, very comfortable bed, lovely pillows. Breakfast was also enjoyed by us all, staff worked very hard and looked after us. We stayed for 3 nights Nice pub next door.

We have stayed here before, and loved it. The room on this trip was not up to Premier Inn standards. It was very dull, with inadequate lighting. The shower needed attention as the head needed cleaning.

Great experience. Got there around 8:45. The lady at reception was dealing with a difficult couple about a room change and she dealt with them very professionally and also dealt with me in the middle of this. Room was very clean. Breakfast was freshly cooked and perfect.
