Отель прямо в центре Сринагара. Но пешком до достопримечательностей далековато. Сам номер маленький, мебель, как и сам отель, уставшая. Отель требует реновации. Номер был не очень чистый. Было много волос на полу в ванной. Из плюсов, отель находится на тупиковой улице, не шумно.

Excellent Hotel, Excellent Service and Excellent Food. Last week I stayed at this property and really impressed with the hospitality by the staff. And their food quality and taste was very good. They would arrange auto/car 24/7 at a very royal heritage srinagar kashmir, just fabulous place to spend time with family and friends go for it guys without having any thought....

I stayed at Hotel Royal Heritage with my family for 4 nights, and it was a wonderful experience. The rooms are really good, and the service is excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Ilyas, who made our mornings special with his cheerful stories and small talk during breakfast. The complimentary buffet had good food, and the room service was also impressive. Kashmir's hospitality truly shines here. Highly recommended! Only cons: 1. Difficult to spot the hotel from the road because its inside a narrow lane. 2. No special view from the rooms

The hospital is at a very good location and specially talking about the staff all the members were so helpful all the time and the staff is so polite and very good. Best Hospitality i have ever seen. All the staff members are very nice. Special thanks to Captain waseem Akeel not less than a wakeel Illyas bhai aka illaysi Mushtaq saab Junaid khan body builder Irshad bhai Model Bilal bhai And only lady staff member at welcome desk gives a very good smile and speaks only with expressions and not with words.

Stayed here for 3 days. Big and comfortable rooms with Delicious food. Thanks to Akil, Aaliyas, owais,zunaid and wasim for hosting us with warm hearts. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Must visit for memoriable stay..........❄️❤️❤️

Beautiful property with friendly and cheerful staff. Nice Room amenities and service is top notch. Clean and tidy bathroom and comfy beds. Complete package to come and relax after hectic work-life. Mesmerizing view from restaurant terrace near to dal lake which make it the best view from rooms with all the extra amenities four star hotel definitely I would say it is..

Whenever I visit Srinagar hotel royal heritage is my first choice to stay. Rooms are cozy, staffs are very helpful. Moreover you will get a nice cafe and a wonderful restaurant with this hotel. The location is just appropriate to roam around the city. You will get all the public transport as well as hotel has its own contact for the car , they will provide it if you asked for.

Location is right in the centre, it's the best option considering it's location, Parking is limited. Ambience is good. restaurant is superb all type of food is available at reasonable pricing,Service is extremely good and food is fabulous. Quality is adequate. Must appreciate the efforts taken by the staff to make u comfortable and in selection of the menu. Thaali is good if one can eat that much, better option is to go for Ala carte.
