The main highlight of this property is the location. It's bang opposite the ghat 15 of Dal Lake. You can just come out of the hotel and get into a shikara :). Apart from the location, the staff at the hotel is very polite and courteous. They are always there to help. The manager at the reception was also very helpful and gave us a good deal as we didn't have any online booking and just landed up at the property. The food was also good. They usually have a buffet for dinner if they have a good number of guests. The breakfast had limited options but was of good taste. The only drawback was the room cleanliness. When we checked in, the floor of the room seemed sticky as if it was not mopped properly. However after highlighting it to the manager, he got it mopped and it seemed fine later on. Overall it was a good stay.

Excellent Hospitality by Mr Gowhar Yousaf Gm He is very helpful person. I recomend this name to every one who will visit Srinagar he is very polite helpful person he will help you through out your stay and make you comfortable.
