For us as family, Hotel Mirage is home away home 🏡 we are visiting and staying with them for the last 8-9 years and each time we are fully satisfied with their homely touch and hospitality! One of reason revisiting again again Kashmir is Hotel Mirage and it’s offered comfort! Food is also homely prepared and delicious! Zulfi Bhai and Omar Bhai are great host for us! Naseer Bhai services are top class! Vasant the chef has great taste on vegetarian Dishes to offer! We highly recommend if you want simplicity with great hospitality and comfort with your family then Hotel Mirage is the best choice for your stay and enjoy Srinagar and around excursions! A special mention of great services this time for Azad Bhai who took us around Srinagar, Sonmarg, Pahalgam, Gulmarg and Doodhpathri through his Innova! We will soon visit again 🤩

Beautiful experience in Mirage hotel. The staff was very good and food was delicious. Zulfi sir guided us through as we were new to the place. We enjoyed staying in hotel as much as we enjoyed visiting different places in Srinagar. A home away from home.

Rooms and Staff service is very good. Rooms are quite big in size and well provisioned for maintaining hot temperatures in winters including rest rooms. I did booking through Julfi, very responsive and supportive and provided all guidance for my travel itinerary. However buffet breakfast menu need to improve little bit.

We had a very good stay . Rooms were clean spacious and room heater was also good. Staff members like Showkat Mir and others were polite and really helpful.They had areanged our transportation and suggested places to visit.Breakfast and dinner were also good.

Great hotel, nice hospitality, beautiful ambience and vibe. Must visit in Srinagar. Shaukat and Shahid were very helpful throughout. Rooms are well cleaned, area is quiet and nice, food buffet is very tasty and ***y options to choose from.

I stayed there with my family. Rooms are very good, staffs are very well behaved and very cooperative. Specially I need to mention about Showkat Mir and Shahid. They are extremely well behaved and always fulfilled all our requirements with a smile on their face. The oveall ambience of the hotel is very cozy and comfortable. Only one thing I would like to recommend is that they can bring little more variety in their menu. Otherwise everything else was perfect.

I belong to Marriott International and to be very honest Excellent Staff Excellent Service I'm amazed and I loved it here . Felt like home and would to be back soon with friends family everyone.
