The hotel is new and all modern facilities are available. We hadn't a great stay and truly The comforts are upto mark. The staff is well cooperative. Shalimar garden is right near the hotel. They arranged nice decoration for my bedroom. Luxury Premium Attic is best of the room

Great location, beautiful surrounding a**osphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient

Well whatever good the hotel has, has been eliminated by WORST passage lighting to Dining Area which is located at Basement . Absolutely dark , no light from lift to Dining hall !!! Food taste are nothing wow . The ***agement has put all focus on reception lobby area which is really stunning. Rooms good. Staffs helpful and courteous.

Wonderful experience in royal savoy.. starting from the reception and front office polite friendly ***ager and staff. Very good food for dinner and breakfast. Suite room gives perfect view of the mountains very very beautiful hotel...thank you Royal Savoy.

When I reached srinagar I was searching hotel for our stay. I am thankful to Almighty I choose right one. I recommend everyone it's best place for stay at calm location behind shalimar garden. Then they arrange our full tour. I will give my 100/100

Me and my wife visited this hotel on this monday I swear the food was awesome,the staff was great and the room was hygienic they turned our families good holiday goal to great holiday day my family lived the destination very much great place to stay

Very nice property. Well maintained. Absolutely amazing staff specially Umar, Sal***, Mehraj (at front desk). Amongst the cons I must say the absence of lift is a bit of dampner if you are staying on the 3rd floor. The food options at the buffet are sufficient although one or two items might require some improvement. The hotel is a bit far away from Dal lake. If you have conveyance then it won’t be much of a concern. But every con can be overlooked if you consider the helpfulness and the behaviour of the staff. They are the best

I have a stay booked with this hotel starting tomorrow. They do not answer their phones, I've been calling them for a few days. And today at 10 pm they call me and say that they will need to move me to another hotel. And after that they aren't answering phone again. Please avoid booking such an undependable hotel
