Very enjoyable stay. Staff was pleasant and attentive to our needs. Meals were very good, and service was always with a smile. Room was nice, lots of sun. Location was very convenient, as we were visiting an ashram right around the corner. Mountains are stunning.

It was fantastic experience......all services like Breakfast-Dinner,rooms,facilities were excellent.....Especially Aslambhai treated very well and chef👨🍳 Mustaqbhai served delicious food....and location is also very good 👍

Very very nice hotel. Good service from the staff. Very clean hotel, felt homely. Chef Mustaq is amazing food taste was tooo good. We had to check out at 8.00am the breakfast was ready by 7.45am. Buffet was tooo good. Altaf from hotel staff was very helpful. Overall hotel is very good. Checkin and checkout was very smooth. Vanishree

Staying at the luxurious Presidential Suite is a unique experience .Rich and comfortable with spectacular views of mountains and the Dal, it is the ultimate combination of contemporary amenities and beautiful traditional interiors. The staff at the hotel is most hospitable. The location of the hotel is the best.

Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had bf + dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. The hotel experience is really good. The ***ager is very welcoming and gave a really good brief about Kashmir and where all to visit to. Great room service by Mr. Altaf - very quick and neat. Definitely recommended for all families/friends group traveling to Srinagar for vacation. Also the food is delicious and there are a variety of dishes - all perfect. Mr. Zahoor definitely attends very well and takes care of all the requirements of the customers.

An amazing experience. I was the first person to stay in their newly build presidential suite. It had EVERYTHING! Snacks, bath, shower, local Kashmiri architecture. Across the road from the Lake. It had a first class restaurant on site serving delicious food. It’s truly an outstanding place. The host Mr ***zoor went out of his way to ensure our entire holiday was planned and we wanted for nothing at all. Barely had to ask for something and it was done. Truly exemplary hospitality

Their food quality is not good, we found rice and bread not properly cooked. Rooms are good in size but feel emptiness overall. Looked a lack of planning in interior.
