The hotel room just seem clean at first glance but needs proper maintenance. The bedsheets had stains of food/curry and was clearly not washed. There were cockroaches in the room (two to be precise, the toilet needs a proper cleaning. The fan was making a lot of noise and although we notified about our early checkout no one seemed to be bothered about it. No staff was present to help with our luggage, and no one was at the reception as well. The owner or reception guy didn't even bother to answer our calls

It was a nice stay. Owner is very polite. It's around 10 km from dal lake. If you want to go to gulmarg then will save more time to stay here.

Room service is average, there is a big problem of electricity and there was no inverter, bad sheets and blankets where dirty, there was transperentglass in bathroom's windows

Faced electricity problem so many times no invetor was there. Bedsheets were dirty. No privacy seen as glasses windows in bathrooms were transparent.

Hotel was overall good and clean and management was also good, staff's are really good and comparative but their meals price was very high which i don't like.

Asif was very helpful. One of us was unwell during night due to weather changes. Asif helped us with sufficient medicines timely. Decent facilities and food.

It was the best and reasonable stay for a few nights. The breakfast was good. The premises are clean. They helped with the cab facility and itinerary. Mosques and restaurants are also nearby to enjoy a variety of kashmiri food. Reaching other places of interest is easy from here we enjoyed the stay and journey.

(my rating for this would be 4. 5)being a vegetarian, we have hardly 1 sabzi/curry, this was the only adjustment needed for us. Apart from this room/washroom were clean. Hot water availability at all times. Very helping stay manager.
