I love to soak in their mini bathtub. But the highlight you can never miss when you stay here? THEIR BREAKFAST! Made with LOVE, really. 💕 Wish they have shower cap tho

Very satisfied and the staff are friendly.The breakfast very tasty and delicious.The room is spacious and clean.The bathroom is clean and complete of necessities.I would recommend this hotel to my friends and relatives.I would like to book again with my family next time.

The staff was accommodating, however, when we checked-in they already informed us that cable has its maintenance, when we asked for additional pillows it’s not available as well 😔 only the family enjoyed was our breakfast meal 😊 especially the bacon it’s crispy and not salty the rest of the food was fine and delicious. Thank you!

It's so nice to stay and near to sm j mall, that can enter through elevator of hotel at 2nd floor in the middle. Hoping to come back again to stay more with my kids.

It is in SM , not Jmaall. SM is not as good for tourists as Jmall was.. The hotel is nice but the mall it is in , the JMALL was better than SM .

Super clean, excellent and friendly service. Felt like I was at a Toyoko in Japan, but in Cebu instead! Made me long for Japan and was grateful for the stay while waiting for our late night flight. Really enjoyed the view as well.

This hotel is very clean and good for business trip. It is not a hotel with big rooms but comfortable for resting after the day's work. Next door is the new modern style SM-JMall

breakfast is good, SM Jmall, a big shopping mall is down in the second floor while the hotel is 6 floor and above. convenient to have many different restaurants. gym need to pay for usage. one hour for 200 pesos. the air conditioner is turn off, when you come to use the gym, it is hot, humid in the gym even you turn on the air conditioning right away.

We had a pleasant stay at Toyoko inn Cebu, location is just beside JMall . The room is clean and well lighted. We requested for additional pillows and allowed it. The buffet breakfast is quite good. Indeed it’s a value for money.

Breakfast was okay, room was spacious. Unfortunately pool is under renovation.
