Hotel Stafford dengan Sarapan

Don't stay here. Didn't feel safe, room was dirty and the front desk clerk was rude! Parking is out of sight of anything on the east side of the hotel, and after trying to find a space in the very small front lot next to a major highway, you end up walking back to the front desk thru a dark parking lot. There is NOT a side entrance so you can park and then take your luggage up, you either have to unload, then park or take the risks in the back lot or a very dark side lot. On top of that, the front desk clerk didn't have any of room type that I requested in my reservation (and I paid for) and tried to put me on the ground floor. Not a good feelings when you don't feel safe anyway. However, the elevator is such a weird space, maybe it would have been better to be there. The elevator is in a little side room that is around 4 by 4 ft. and at the front next to the check in area. If you have a room on the even side down the hall, too bad if your luggage doesn't roll! Lastly the tub was dirty, the room felt dirty and the thermostat had been ripped off the wall. Just overall not a great experience and worst than most of the other economy grade hotels in the area, and this is supposed to be a mid-grade property. I had stayed here a couple of years back and it was a good property - reliable, clean and acceptable for travel to the industrial park customers behind it. But not now, I'll drive a few miles so I can get a good night's rest.

My stay was excellent. Of course there were some bumps along the road like my TV streaming services didn't work the first night but the staff showed empathy, great customer service and a willingness to remedy the situation. I especially want to shout out Maria who was in charge of the cleaning staff who was very pleasant, Camilla at the front desk who went above and beyond and the lady who makes the coffee in the morning (I didn't catch her name). When you have staff that know how to respond and make someone feel better when any issue arises you know you have assets. Especially Camilla who thoughtful enough to inform me of valuable information prior to changing my room like the difference between the noise levels from the rooms facing the highway and not. It helped me keep the kids sleep through the night. These people are total assets. The room sizes were perfect. I had the executive suite. The rooms also were clean and the beds must've been comfortable because I had no trouble sleeping. The Wi-Fi is shaky and goes down sometimes but I can't stress it enough. The staff are so pleasant it wasn't a big sticking point for me.

Service Staff: Travelling with four children has its own unique challenges. For a start, we run through essentials like soap and tissue paper quite quickly. One test of hotel service is how quickly we are re-stocked - no questions asked. Residence Inn, Stafford passed this with flying colours. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Breakfast: The quality of breakfast is subjective. We enjoyed the variety. What is objective, is how quickly dishes are replenished when the food items run out. This is important for a family with lots to do, and too little time to do it all in. The kitchen staff was quick to replenish our favourite dishes. Management: Laura the hotel manager runs a tight ship and ensuresher colleagues resolve all issues as quickly and as amicably as possible. However what was unique about Laura is her ”open door” policy. A literal open door policy. Her office door was always open, which meant you could take up any issues with her directly or, in our case pop our heads in to say hello. Little things that make a big difference: A welcome smile by everyone no matter the time of the day. Iced treats for the kids (we came in during the Texas heatwave). And, Laura.

It tried to be a great hotel but kept disappointing. It was listed as contactless checkin. Their version was that you could reserve through the app but you still had to go to the front desk to pick up keys. We brought our food to eat in the room which worked great. But leaving the next morning we found out that they had no ice machines. Had to stop at gas station to buy some. Couple of lights didn’t work. Felt a bit worn around the edges. The bed was nice. Room was quiet. Nice toiletries in bath. It was good for the price. Could have been great if they worked a little harder.

EXCELLENT PLACE TO STAY...EXTREMELY CLEAN FACILITY AN FRIENDLY PEOPLE...WE CHECKED IN AROUND 7PM CST AND THE RESTAURANTS WERE VERY CLEAN AN ALSO VERY ACCOMADATING WHILE WE WERE THERE ON OUT OF TOWN BUSINESS.....THE BREAKFAST BAR IS LOCATED IN THE LOBBY AREA...WE ATE ELSE WHERE

Excellent rooms and service. We chose this hotel because it has electric vehicle chargers, had free breakfast, is about 20 minutes from downtown, and 5 minutes from great restaurants. Check in- We stayed for 2 nights. Check in was smooth and friendly. Clean spacious room - It was our first time in a home2 suites. We were impressed by the kitchenette area that included a large sink, big fridge+freezer, ceramic dishes and mugs, glassware, silverware, dishwasher, microwave and toaster. There was also a sticker that said a hot plate could be provided if requested. The water pressure in the shower was good. The living room area had a sofa, ottoman, and large desk. It would make a great workspace. Quiet- We had an excellent nights sleep. The area was quiet. There was a dog next door that we could hear when walking in the hallway. However we never heard the barking or any other guests while we were in our own room. So no thin walls there. TL;DR- excellent and plan on staying again
