Sebelum belajar di luar negara, saya melakukan banyak strategi hotel di Wuhan. Sebelum saya melakukan banyak strategi hotel, saya memutuskan hotel yang berdekatan dengan sungai. Hotel ini juga sangat khas. Anda dapat melihat bola emas di atas hotel sekilas dari seberang sungai. Saya menyedari bahawa bilik yang saya tempah adalah bilik double yang unggul dan bukan bilik double dengan pemandangan bandar pentadbiran. Saya cukup bernasib baik untuk berjumpa dengan Pengurus Feng di kaunter penerimaan tetamu. Dia sangat gembira dapat membantu kami menaik taraf dan memberi kami panduan perjalanan ke Wuhan, memberitahu kami tempat-tempat di Wuhan yang patut dikunjungi. Pergi, saya dan keluarga telah berada di Wuhan sejak dua hari yang lalu. Terima kasih sekali lagi kepada kakitangan hotel kerana menjaga kami. Ia adalah hotel yang sangat bagus. The girls at front desk maintained a stern face from time I entered the hotel. In evening, I asked the girls if they could book a taxi for my next morning trip to the airport. One girl responded with a high-pitch voice: ”you want me to get a taxi? Do you want me to run into the middle of the street to stop a taxi you?!” Meaning impossible. I felt astonished. This response to a customer doesn't sound like that by a so-called International Hotel.

Lokasinya sangat baik, tepat di sepanjang jalan, meja depan bilik pemandangan sungai, meja depan percuma untuk dinaik taraf ke bilik pemandangan sungai 270 darjah, bukan sahaja dapat melihat pemandangan sungai di atas katil, bahkan di tempat rendaman mandi boleh melihat pemandangan sungai. Tempat tidur besar sangat selesa, dan bantal juga sesuai. 🧹 Kesihatan: Bagus

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. The location is very convenient for traveling, they have a free pick up to Wuhan train station. In few minutes by Didi you can easily arrive at the center of Wuchang which is plenty of restaurants and family attractions. The service is very polite and the staff very friendly, they kindly helped me with some small issues. The room is clean and nice and there is a robot delivering goods at the room. The manager before leaving gave us a small gift which was really appreciated during the trip back home. The price is affordable and for sure I will consider this hotel again for my trips to Wuhan. I strongly recommended it.

Somerset Zhuankou Wuhan hotel is a very nice place to stay with family. We stayed 2 nights in 3 bedroom apar**ent. The apar**ent is spacious, each room has a TV with 45 channels ( 5 or 6 in English). The furniture is modern and looks very new. there is a very good kitchen with an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, water kettle, toaster, huge fridge, and reasonable cooking utensils. There is a washing machine and dryer and stand to dry up your clothes. Technically, this apar**ent can accommodate 7 people in some ways. Breakfast is nice, it has Chinese cuisine and also items for non-chinese or Asians like boiled eggs, rice, coffee, tea, milk, juices, yogurt, fruits, vegetables, bread, butter, jam, cookies, some hot plates. So breakfast is more than ok. It has a nice swimming pool and a small pool for kids. Suna is also there (opened only on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6 pm). there are kids playing ground, ping pong table, and a world-class gem. The location is not very far from Wanda plaza ( 12 RMB by didi- 3 km away) and also another Eaon mall that is a bit far. There is a grocery shop just beside the hotel where you can get very nice bakery stuff, anything you want fruits, vegs, drinks, meat, chicken and also they do have food court to eat on sot from a menu. This grocery shop has fantastic seafood and huge crab, lobster..etc you name it. The front desk is standard style so you will get answers if you ask questions. Although they are straight forward and locally trained they are kind or lack somerset and ascot hospitality that I got in different locations like Jakarta for example where they are very helpful, warm, hospitable and smile and pleasant all the time. Saying so doesn't mean that your stay will be by all means less enjoyable as you will get all your concerns answered. It is just you need to tell them and they will reply. Housekeeping and kitchen are very warm and nice ladies and they are down to earth, hospitable, and always ready to help just bring your google translate and there are no problems at all.

Will I stay here again? Absolutely yes! It's flawless and by far the best hotel i have stayed in China and in my life. Firstly, when i stepped in, the front desk lady (小慧）was so friendly and patient to bribg me through the check in process smoothly and professionally. She patiently explained all the details and services available such as free meal services delivered by robot to room, free airport shuttle, breakfast timing and free laundry services. Secondly, when stepped into the room, the room was so modern, sparkling clean and hi-tech. There was no foul smeel and smoking smell. Fruits (banana and madarain oranges) and some snacks were provided for free. The curtain can be open or close eith a press of the button beside the bed. The warm pressure and temperature are just right and functioning well almost instantaneously. The toilet bowl is also high tech and equipped with sensor and remote control that can heat up your cold butt in cold winter and wash your butt after your business. Thirdly, there's a cute little robot that can accurately deliver meals to your roon! So cool! Lastly, the breakfast buffet was sumptuous and amazing. Also the best i have had staying in China. Many varieties from small xakes, pastries, dim sum, vegetables, noodles, rice, salad, tea leaves, coffee, fruits, yogurt, juices, porridge and etc. The dining ambience is also relaxing and nice although it will be perfect if smoking is disallowed there. Finally i also wish to extend my thank to the other frontdesk ladies who were on duty onthe night of 2 Jan 2024 and 3 Jan morning as they were also super friendly, polite and attended to my queries well. I offered a small tips of 10 yuan but they turned down as they insisted they are not supposed to accept tips. I am sad but still they are doing their job professionally and i am impressed. ❤️💜💖💙💛💚🤍 Truely a 5/5 stars hotel. Thank you.

Wanda Plaza berada dalam jarak 100 meter, Kampus Xinzhou No. 1 Zhongyangluo dan Sekolah Menengah No. 3 Xinzhou mudah dikunjungi. Hotel ini bersih dan kemas, dengan perkhidmatan yang baik!

Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city center, extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff ,she makes our trip more interesting with her advices & tips about the city ,supermarket ,shops, restaurants bars are within walking distance. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again for going just that little step extra for the guests!!!

Lokasi yang baik, tidak terlalu jauh dari kereta bawah tanah, bilik yang berpatutan dan kakitangan yang sangat ramah di penerimaan tetamu. Biliknya bersih dan sangat selesa. Satu-satunya perkara yang agak membingungkan adalah pengering rambut. Saya rasa ia sangat tua, tetapi itu tidak menjadi masalah. Ia rosak. Secara keseluruhan saya menikmati penginapan saya di hotel ini. Saya ingin tinggal di Meilian lagi sekiranya suatu hari saya pergi ke Wuhan.

The location really is the hotel’s best feature. It is situated right by the river, and the there is a nice street market no more than 100 meters away. The lively Jianghan street is also somewhat close. The rooms are clean and staff is pleasant as well. They did call me several times after I checked out asking for a five-star review, which I do not appreciate. Otherwise no complaints!
