Our room was spotless, and the service was incredibly warm and attentive! Definitely a top recommendation! The location is fantastic, right on the main street, so you have easy access to plenty of food and shopping just steps away – super convenient! I highly recommend the 'Lao Difang' restaurant; their food was absolutely delicious! I'm actually planning to go back to Muyu Town just to have another meal there before heading home. I completely forgot to take any photos of the hotel, but the natural scenery of Shennongjia is truly breathtaking! What a perfect summer getaway!

This 5-star hotel really lives up to its reputation online. Right next to the check-in counter, they offer two kinds of complimentary hot beverages, which is a nice touch. The rooms are spacious and bright, and everything is spotlessly clean. The service was excellent; they really tried their best to accommodate our requests. Breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of options, including local Wuhan specialties like hot dry noodles and Mian Wo, as well as Japanese sushi and Shaanxi Roujiamo, all of which were delicious. They even had both hot and cold low-fat milk. The mattress in the room was incredibly comfortable. However, there are a few minor details that could be improved. For example, the toilet in the bathroom didn't have a bidet or disposable seat covers, and the room also lacked an eco-friendly hotel tote bag.

This hotel was a huge plus for our trip, and my child was very happy. 1. **Excellent Location**: Right in the middle of Chuhe Hanjie, just a few minutes' walk from the subway entrance, making it convenient to get anywhere. 2. **Standalone Hotel**: You need a key card to use the elevator. It's clean and quiet, a true oasis of calm amidst the hustle and bustle. 3. **Outstanding Service**: The staff proactively offered complimentary breakfast for three people. When we lost our room card, they replaced it without a word, showing how accommodating and gracious the hotel is. 4. **Quality Over Newness**: Although the hotel was renovated a few years ago, its star-rated foundation is evident. Many new hotels are just new, but this one truly showcases quality. The cleanliness, in particular, was impeccable, which is the most important thing when traveling with children. 5. **Satisfying Breakfast**: The breakfast spread was very good, with a wide variety of options that could cater to everyone's preferences. My child devoured two bowls of Wuhan's signature hot dry noodles. Even the plain yogurt was delicious without added sugar. My child insisted on staying here again next time we visit Wuhan.

Very nice hotel. My only recommendation would be for the hotel to do something about the tv reception. Luckily the internet signal was very strong

I started my trip by booking the wrong hotel - same name but in a different city. The hotel graciously agreed to a full refund even though it was well beyond the refund period. I was grateful for that. When I arrived, the hotel was centrally located right across from the walking street full of shopping and good food. The staff at the hotel was polite, warm and well trained. I’d like to make special mention of Mr Peter (子延）from concierge services. Even though he was only a trainee at the hotel, he went above and beyond his duties to help me sort out my issues with my local deliveries.

The room has a beautiful river view. All photos were taken in the room. You don't need to go out to see the river view. It is the only river beach room on the Yangtze River. It has a private river beach and a unique location. It is close to Qingchuan Pavilion, next to Yingwuzhou, behind Guishan and Guqintai, and across the river in front is the Yellow Crane Tower, which captures all the poems of Cui Hao. Go downstairs to the river beach and cross the river for 3 minutes, and you will reach the Yellow Crane Tower. The dishes are also first-class, the glutinous rice cake fish is delicious, and special thanks to Miss Yang Ling in the restaurant and Miss Tu Wenwen at the front desk, who made me feel at home.

I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. It was wonderful from start to finish. Upon arrival I was warmly welcomed by the staff and given fruits after check in. Even though some of them had limited English, their willingness to to help made it easy and enjoyable. It’s clear they prioritize guest satisfaction. The room were spacious, clean and equipped with all the amenities one could need. The room was warm at night. They had variety of breakfast, there was something for everyone. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay!

I stayed many times at this hotel as I frequently travel to Wuhan and it saddens me to say this hotel service is only worsen every time I stay there. It is the ONLY 5 stars hotel in China where no one assist you with your luggage when you arrive or go. No one greet you, you receive nothing from the management, no fruits at your room, really nothing is welcoming you to stay there even tough I always take the largest room. Breakfast (especially the famous Wuhan hot noodles) was not good in the first two days, don't know what happened that it changed after. no consistency no service really nothing special in the room. Starting next time I will stay at one of the Marriot hotels in the city.

Emma's warm smile, like the gentle current of the Yangtze, instantly melted away the fatigue of travel with just a few friendly words. This wasn't just a front desk; it was clearly the prologue to an unfolding story, a welcoming waypoint. I absolutely adored the design of that corner: the elevator doors opened and closed like stage curtains, gently shielding you from the city's hustle and bustle. The play of light and shadow in the corridors created a modern enigma. The guest room felt like a semi-open coffee lounge, where the 'click' of the capsule machine brewed a rich, dark cup, perfectly complementing the morning light. Even the hairdryer had its quirks, with a perfectly balanced airflow and temperature that felt almost 'idealistic'. The Wi-Fi signal was as robust as a Wuhan summer night, and the very air seemed to carry the whispered secrets of cherry blossoms and the Yangtze. The omnipresent decorations were a highlight, truly embodying Voco's brand culture.

Everything was so beautiful about our trip, especially the employees and the way they helped with everything! I would fully recommend visiting. However a few things to note, seems like the outdoor swimming pool is never open or open in specific times. Also the indoor swimming pool you MUST wear a swimming cap, we just wanted to do some casual swimming but they wouldn’t let us without a cap which is a shame really as this was one of the reasons we visited this specific hotel and we didn’t get to use either swimming pool. Also there isn’t an actual “bar” but there are comfortable seats where you can order alcohol in the main lobby but not really a bar. Only one of the restaurants was open in the evening. Overall would stay again if the amenities are sorted. Also, don’t copy and paste the local address on the APP as it takes you to the wrong location and had to take another 30 minute taxi!!
