The room is very nice, modern and well furnished. The breakfast is not as good as one could have expected. You can find similar hotels in China with way better breakfasts. The buffet had a decent size, but the food's quality was not high. I am also very disappointed by the hotel's gym which was only open until 6 pm due to the lack of staff (as reported by the hotel's reception) which is way too early when you perform a business trip and that you go back at the hotel after 8 pm.

Had a 98 sm suite. It was fabulous in terms of size and furnishings, very clean and quiet. Wished our stay was longer. Breakfast choices were great and there was a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer to use. Malls nearby were small and not well occupied. Recommended for an comfortable hotel stay at hankou.

Very nicely designed and clean hotel room. The location is very good in the heart of the old town and near the river. Nice view on the street with lush green in front of the window. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I fully recommend this hotel when visiting Wuhan. The only thing: if you are staying with friends there is only a glass walled shower and toilet in the living room so to have privacy you end up mostly just hanging out upstairs in the bedroom.

帶父母入住宜昌温德姆至尊酒店，很滿意，都來狠狠誇。 1. 服務。從門僮小哥、大堂經理、泳池小哥到餐廳和房間服務員都非常熱情友善。管家Sunny 温柔可親，提前打電話聯繫，安排房間，告知入住權益，專業貼心。前台辦完入住手續還有一位俄羅斯籍美女經理護送到電梯口，全程微笑。因為出去玩都回來得遲，兩天晚飯都在行政酒廊用餐，小姐姐Rosie Liao一個人忙前忙後，勤勤懇懇，服務周到，幫我爸開紅酒，臨走還主動給我們打包新鮮水果。謝謝你，祝你有個美好的未來。前台服裝好看，國風十足，都是漂亮的小姐姐。有一個酷酷的大堂經理，短髮優雅。退房還有小禮物，很周到。 2. 硬件。大堂特別有藝術感，我們拍了好多照。綠植很美，窗外無敵江景，連大堂洗手間，都洋氣極了。房間乾淨，衞生間大得不講道理。新酒店，毛巾都是雪白雪白的，洗護用品巴爾曼，每天都有補水面膜，卸粧巾。歡迎水果品質不錯，小冰箱飲料酒水全部免費，送哈根達斯冰淇淋，大堂咖啡，秭歸橙子隨便拿，大氣。床墊軟硬合適，一覺睡到天亮。窗户能開窗透氣，好評。行政酒廊餐食好，大蝦，第二天還吃到了甲魚。熱菜酒水軟飲水果甜點足夠了。早餐種類豐富，甜品多，好吃。泳池舒服，乾淨，水温合適，爸媽很滿意。 3. 位置。説三遍，絕佳絕佳絕佳的地理位置，離三峽遊客中心幾百米，對面是沿江大道的黃金地段，太方便了。宜昌真的很美，才離開就想再次回去。 總之，沒入住前看其他客人的評價，都寫好多。結果我自己也不由自主寫了一篇小作文。宜昌温德姆，帶長者入住都是非常友好的，我父母住得很高興。整個酒店感覺積極向上，氛圍和諧，祝酒店生意興隆！

趁着臨時假期帶孩子來到恩施，對比多家後敲定九洲國際大酒店，事實證明選得特別明智。整整三天的入住時光，方方面面都讓人舒心。 酒店服務格外暖心，每日進出都能感受到工作人員的熱情，在大堂等候車輛時，工作人員主動分享當地特色美食，還細緻講解各大景區遊玩建議，十分周到。入住期間免費升級了房間，因為返程是晚上七點的火車，前台小姐姐特意幫忙協調延遲退房到下午六點，雖酌情補了少許費用，但解決了我們一大難題，特別感謝。 客房條件也很出彩：空間開闊，光線明亮，孩子在房間寫作業也很方便；全屋智能系統便捷好用，衞浴水壓充足，超大浴缸泡澡格外放鬆。 自助早餐品類豐富多樣，當地特色炕土豆一定要嚐嚐，味道地道。 如今旅程結束，我們也踏上返回北京的路途，再次感謝酒店所有工作人員的貼心服務，這次恩施之行因為這家酒店變得更加美好！

Great hotel location, front desk (Kynthia) extremely kind and tried her best to support. General manager Camille Liu also a good listener and try to resolve a minor concern in timely. 5th floor restaurant is beautiful and good tasting delicious. Will go back again.

This hotel was amazing! Rooms were big and clean and luxurious, location was super convenient too. Highly recommended.

Best value for money i ever experienced. This is such a beautiful hotel. Luxury 5* with Palace standards. Room amenities are best i’ve seen in a while with a massage chair in the room, walk in closet, shower + bathtub and smart room controls. Breakfast was good but could be improved with more international options. Can’t recommend this place enough.

沒什麼問題，就是五星好評。位置好，停車方便有人指揮看管，晚餐選擇了自助餐，非常到位，性價比極高。游泳池更是驚喜，標準舒服到位有桑拿。房間也很舒服，空調好，床品也舒服。早餐在酒店旁吃的米粉，很方便。第二天吃的中餐點餐，上菜有點慢，但做的很好吃，環境也好，建議不要收取住店客人服務費。總之，酒店讓人滿意，有機會再來荊州，還是住這裏。
