This hotel is extremely convenient, being very close to the airport, which made our travel much easier. At the beginning of our stay there were a few issues and we had to change rooms twice, but the customer service was excellent throughout. The staff were patient, responsive, and genuinely helpful in resolving everything quickly. The amenities were a big plus the gym was well-equipped, and the free laundry service was very convenient. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a very good buffet offering plenty of options. Overall, despite the initial hiccups, the great service and facilities made this a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would happily stay again.

This hotel is wonderful, beds and rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The staff were exceptional kind, especially Claire Shang, who was working at the front desk. She speaks fluent English and a number of the staff know English as well. Every time I have family or friends visit me, I get them a room at this hotel. Can’t recommend it enough. Plus the breakfast is cheap but yummy, and you can order specific dishes you want like an omelette or scrambled eggs. Plus local Chinese dishes. Also they have a cute robot that can bring amenities to your room if you need them.

Overall, I was satisfied. The hotel met all expectations, and its decor was quite stylish, offering a more distinctive design compared to other hotels in the same price range. The location is convenient for getting around; taxis are readily available. Within walking distance, you can easily reach Xian'anfang, Li Huangpi Road, and the Jiangtan (riverfront), making dining and strolling around very convenient. Breakfast was just okay, lacking any local specialties, which could be improved. Also, I strongly recommend upgrading the hair dryers in the rooms.

The hotel is very close to Metro Line 7. The room has a good view. You can see the lake. The lake is downstairs. You can go to the lake at night. The hotel is very close to Wansongyuan Snack Street. Wansongyuan Snack Street is very famous in Wuhan. There are many delicious foods. I checked in for crayfish, hot dry noodles, duck neck and lotus root soup... They are all very good. The hotel service is also very good. The child got greasy all over after eating crayfish. I asked the front desk for detergent, which was delivered to the room quickly. The hotel bar has free drinks, and the front desk also has free water and drinks. The hotel service staff are very friendly. There is no uninterruptible power supply at the bedside of the room I stayed in, so it is not convenient to charge the mobile phone at night.

The room is spacious and very clean, with a separate bathroom and toilet. Food deliveries are brought to your room by a robot, and the toiletries are comprehensive, even including a razor. I've stayed here twice already and will definitely come back again. It's very close to Jianghan Road, just a short walk downstairs every day.

The room was spacious and met all our basic needs. The executive lounge offered great views, and the light meals there were perfectly adequate. Breakfast was really good and varied, and the pool and gym facilities were excellent with convenient operating hours. My only minor complaint was finding a used tissue in the toilet when I first entered the room. Overall, I'd still recommend it.

The hotel's decor is very stylish, and the room itself is well-designed. I'm quite sensitive to smells, and even though it was a windowless room, there was no strange odor, and the air felt fresh and not stuffy, which I really appreciated. The height of the vanity table was also perfect for applying makeup. The room was very clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the extra-large TV was fantastic to watch, plus it came with VIP access. All the advantages mentioned above are due to the hotel's hardware facilities. The service was a bit chaotic, but if it were just a minor service issue, I would have overlooked it and given a high rating because of the excellent hardware. However, the main problem is the safety and privacy issue shown in image eight. Around 2 PM, I was about to take a shower when suddenly my room door was opened by someone using a key card without any warning. It was a stranger, who claimed to be a maintenance worker there to fix the curtains, saying he didn't know there was a guest inside. I don't know how your hotel's internal communication works, but why can a maintenance worker just swipe a key card and enter? I consider this a serious mistake. If I had been a bit faster, I might have been naked in front of a strange man. I've stayed in so many hotels and this is the first time I've encountered something like this – it's outrageous!

When I checked in, there were quite a few people, but she handled everything efficiently and quickly, so I didn't have to wait long. Communication with her was very pleasant – neither cold nor overly formal. She clearly explained the check-in procedures and breakfast times, and patiently answered all my questions.
