VSTHelpful and friendly staff, including the kind security guard. Hotel staff helped us to make arrangements to travel to Sayram Lake 赛里木湖.
We paid 120 yuan per person in a 7 seater vehicle. Bought our entrance tickets at 143 yuan. The driver brought us round the lake from 10.00am till 4.30pm. He also helped us book bus tickets to get to Yining from the East gate of the lake.
The hotel is located near Bole railway station. Taxi fare from the Railway station to this hotel should be between 7 - 10 yuan. Nothing more than 10 yuan.
From the hotel to the city area, it's 5 yuan. From the hotel to the nearby lake/park with lots of eateries and entertainment is 12 yuan.
Overall, the hotel room is clean and spacious. The bathroom and the toilet area have no partition. Water pressure was good.
The hotel offers fresh grape juice, too.

Bayue520房間乾淨衞生 乾濕分離 挺好的 除了沒空調 其他都很好 房間也蠻大的 行李箱兩個擺開都很寬敞 還有晾衣服的 也方便 桌子也長 適合化粧哈哈哈哈 擺化粧品也能擺開 總之 性價比還是蠻高的 出門走廊那邊 還看到了彩虹 滿分好評！

Pengguna TetamuThe host was very helpful and warm. The location on trip map wasn't as accurate as they had to shift their location due to the new government rules.
Even though the location wasn't right beside the lake, we still had a very good experience. You can still see the view of the lake during sunrise and sunset. Also, we had the best skewers and pilaf rice at the yurt.
Most importantly, the blankets and bedsheets are clean.
Highly recommend if you want to experience a cosy yurt stay experience with a nice view.

A few observations:
#1 The curtains had stains
#2 The bedside table had (coffee?) stains
#3 The carpet in the loft had stains
#4 The water clogs up in the shower area after taking a shower.
Please take our review as constructive feedback. I think you can do something about feedback items 1, 2 and 3.

Pengguna TetamuThe hotel is clean but no aircon, only have a little fan it’s too stuffy, cannot sleep well at night n no window also. There is no lift in the hotel but The reception guy was very kind to help us with the huge luggage.
Service is there but not the facilities of the hotel. Won’t recommend

The hotel is located just walking distance from the visitor center. It is a small unit with a sofa and coffee table. The bathroom floor is slippery. It is quiet at night. The balcony cannot be accessed.

離老東門比較近，走路十分鐘可以到達，離新的景區門口大概需要走半小時，周圍挺多吃的，以及超市，很方便。地暖很足，複式房型可以住6個人，太適合一家老小入住了，淡季性價比比較高，湊合住一晚還是可以的。賽里木湖真的太好看了！！！！

Pengguna TetamuWe had a difficult situation during our stay near Sayram Lake because our payment apps and bank transfer were not working, and we did not have enough cash for transport back to the railway station. Mr. Song was very kind and patient with us. He helped call several drivers and tried his best to find someone who could accept the amount of cash we had. Even with the language barrier, his kindness made us feel safe and cared for.
I have travelled to many places in China, and experiences like this are why I always say Chinese people are very kind and Mr. Song is one of them.
If this was my first and last journey to Sayram Lake, I will still remember their kindness forever. Thank you so much for helping us during a difficult moment. 😊

早上八點多起來是陰天本來想着算了走了 結果九點多快十點時候有個小妹妹在走廊感慨哇天晴了！因為酒店隔音不好所以把我吵起來聽見了，起床趕去看見了很美的賽湖 感謝感謝沒白來！
價格相對來説比較便宜，但是離遊客中心步行需要半小時，非自駕謹慎考慮，問過前台説沒自己開車衹能走過去，似乎沒有接送服務。
