思來想去還是想寫下這個評價滿意的點是屋子裡的環境衞生可以與圖片相符，不滿意的如下： 1. 到地方了前台根本沒有人也聯繫不上要不就是聯繫上了説看不了攜程的訂單要不是老闆自己回來了不知道要等到什麼時候 2.辦理入住的時候告訴我們房間沒有了！因為我定的是兩個一樣的房間請問沒有了還在上面賣什麼？還有一個點就是老闆説那你取消吧因為之前特意看了退改規則這個買完30分鐘內取消免費之後沒住也會扣除全部房費所以我讓老闆取消如果沒太注意的話估計會掉進這個“坑” 3.結果老闆積極聯繫解決我才知道這個所謂的民宿是在小區裏問我們能不能接受不同單元的兩間房？？我覺得民宿應該是所有房間都在一個亭子院子裏的那種而不是把小區裏空房子買/租下來然後裝修當民宿吧 4.最不能忍的一點是！下午我們出去了晚上回來的時候一個男的正好從屋裡出來！！説和老闆説好了往屋裡放點東西暫且不説東西放哪裡放你店裡不行麼？你不知道這屋裡住人呢麼？這是我們一大家子人根本就不害怕這要是就兩個女生呢？出門在外面上得過得去結果這大哥 9.00多又來送一趟！ 5.還有一點就是因為之前的兩個榻榻米沒有了麼商家給換了這個説是能5人住包括現在頁面上也寫着5人住實際被子衹夠四個人蓋的洗漱用品也衹有4個 6.今早我看了一下之前定的兩個房間一共288元説沒房了最後換成家庭套房了是213元也就是説在你們做錯的情況下還多收錢了（不要説不同日期價格不一樣我是週日住週一走我挑了一個也是週日住週一走不是節假日的時候價格和我當時買的一樣由此推斷出的；也別説什麼一共訂的4個人的想住5個人這個我承認確實抱有僥倖心理因為有一個人是出發當天臨時決定的，所以我訂的3-4米的榻榻米一定有自己的原因但這卻不是你們沒房的理由）其實這條評論可寫可不寫的就是在明知道住人的情況下還讓別的客人往裡放東西真的很過分好幾條綜合在一起所幸就寫出來讓大家避雷吧❤️ （圖中圈圈的榻榻米為之前訂的，後面圈圈的家庭套房是溝通後實際住的）

房間很新很乾凈，一點也不潮，開窗能看見大海，老闆人超好的！本來提前跟老闆説怕下雨，去之前老闆打電話告訴天氣好才放心出發，果然兩天都沒有下雨，玩得很愉快！！！最後發一個尋物啟事:在老闆家一樓沖腳的地方，遺落了一個手錶，如果哪位撿到了可以交給老闆，非常感謝！！！

酒店環境不錯，設施齊全，房間雖然不大，但裝修很有特色，尤其前台服務特棒。當日預訂時，因衹剩一間大床房，入住時，前台美女主動徵詢意見，是否介意房間臨近電梯間。後主動幫我們升級調換至“雨林標間”。第二日早上，離店前，又主動贈送2份早餐……服務暖心，下次若來蓋州，還將首選入住。

設施：齊全好用院內有温泉池子，不去海邊孩子也能玩水。衞生：乾淨，有自己的飯廳，東西好吃不貴還乾淨。環境：後院有小路走過去是一個浴場，人很多，前院出門不遠就是海，趕海很方便。前院後院是二片不一樣的海，位置極好。服務：熱情，有求必應，你放心跟老闆説，解決你的問題。我沒放房間的圖片，跟店家介紹的圖片一樣。

第一次來到蓋州,前兩天朋友給安排的住處,但因工作原因時間突然拉長,在網上搜當地賓館,不好麻煩朋友,陽光假日賓館站前店是第一個出現在眼前的,首先是覺得價格很ok,再看好評指數居上,就選擇了這裏.到了賓館前覺得慶幸,建築很大,覺得價格真是便宜.進屋裡後看到房間整潔乾淨,香氣撲鼻,一住就是六天,感覺很舒適,前台服務人員態度極好,熱情周到.第二天早上下樓去早餐,出門時看見前台服務人員正在擦地,早餐吃完後回來,進門還是這位工作人員在擦地,我説怎麼擦這麼久？她答剛剛又有人踩過了,要擦乾淨才能下夜班,真是嚴謹負責的賓館！後來由於住了6天,也認識了這位給我留下很好印象的工作人員-芳姐.這次住宿印象非常好.

PPengguna Tetamu和家人一起度過的周末由於父親重病帶着父親散心，老闆人特別nice,服務周到，環境也比較衛生。特別滿意的一次出行老人和孩子都喜歡，一直心心念再來一次。期待下次相約在美麗的營口！
