剛到的那天站到黛瓦的陽台上，我跟家人説這就是我的夢中情地方。 我是獨自一人請假出來放空幾天，在油菜花開過和五一假期之間的小淡季來到畦境，獨享了這個美麗的小院子2天。 掌櫃是位元氣滿滿的北京姐姐，畦境也是她千挑萬選選定的地方。提前加了微信給了各種細心的指導，人到了西遞開小車去村口接。西遞村子不大，溜達進出也用不了多長時間，趕着淡季事兒不多，每天看掌櫃姐姐拿把剪子修剪花草，有一搭沒一搭聊聊天，上樓看看風景，在黛瓦的陽台上坐着發發呆，往南看是田園，往北看是古建，拍拍田野和屋檐上的各種鳥兒，包括但不限於：白頭翁，斑鳩，白鷺、池鷺，山鶯等等，有一種漂亮的綠色的小鳥是屋檐上的常客，查了一下叫領雀嘴鵯。每天清晨山間會有薄霧，早起一點漫步油菜田埂上，露水打濕了褲腳，這應該就是我向往的生活吧，能想象油菜花開的季節會有多美。可惜身體不給力出了點狀況，不得不提前結束行程，臨走掌櫃姐姐帶我去村口的衞生院開了葯送我上車。待我回家，還在微信上問我好沒好點。 總之是兩天很美好的體驗，如果你熱愛古建和田園，來皖南住西遞，來西遞住畦境就對了。

A nice owner hotel. The owner & wife was very nice and helpful. Owner was friendly, helpful and obliging. I arrived at the main long distance bus station. The owner came to pick me and dropped me off after I checked out. Hotel room was clean and nice with a pleasant view. Shower and toilet are nicely separated. Food can be easily found. Location was near the sights Hongcun. Just a short walk from the hotel. A must see places of interest. Overall, a nice owner hotel with a home feel and a pleasant stay.

A nice place to stay. Warm and comfortable bed. Good hot water. Extra fan heater helped warm the place. Helpful friendly family. Great location. Recommend.

A truly charming accommodation with a beautiful view over the village. The room was very spacious and perfectly equipped; there was even a small seating area where we enjoyed playing cards, as well as a bathtub. A small tip: you need to buy a ticket to enter the village in order to access the accommodation. There are also some nice local restaurants in the village. In the evening, there is a great fountain and water jet show. The only small downside was that there was never anyone at the reception, so we couldn’t ask a few questions. Despite this, we would definitely recommend this place.

這次入住的民宿給了我超預期的完美體驗！必須來大力推薦一下！ 房間設施齊全，乾淨整潔： 房間雖然不算特別大，但佈局非常合理，日常需要的設備一應俱全。最重要的是，處處都收拾得乾乾淨淨。 熱水與空調： 洗澡水又熱又足，空調暖氣效果也非常強勁，讓整個房間温暖如春 ：） 安靜的環境： 儘管是老房子，但晚上格外安靜，完全不影響休息，每天都睡得很好。 老闆服務貼心周到： 老闆人特別熱情好客，服務真的沒話説。退房時還幫忙把大行李箱運送到客運中心，這份細心讓人感覺非常温暖。 總之，這是一次無可挑剔的入住，強烈安利給所有朋友，下次來一定還會選擇這裏！

The lady boss was quick to respond when we rang her for directions. Since Hongcun village is traffic free she came to meet us with a trolley to help us to carry our bags. It was so thoughtful of her! And her thoughtfulness extended beyond that. Our room was spotlessly clean with full amenities & we had a good night’s sleep. Our host provided us with pertinent information regarding the performances available. We managed to catch the tea dance so gracefully performed to lovely music. To our regret it was drizzling that night so the night performance was cancelled. Hongchun truly deserved its fame as one of the loveliest (if not the loveliest!) ancient towns in China. Our pleasure was further enhanced by the warm hospitality provided by the Qingyou Bieyuan Inn. Indeed when we left the lady boss presented us each with a bottle of freshly picked chrysanthemum flowers!

早就想來皖南看看水墨江南了 很高興來到西遞訂到了這家民宿古居·半耕草堂 真的是一次特別愉快的住宿體驗 這家店是明清保存下來的古居改成的 衹做了四間房 進門就受到深深的歷史沉澱感 院裏院外都是客棧老闆自己淘置的老物件古董古蹟 明顯的感到房主的用心經營 我們來時已經傍晚 沿着西遞古村的田野小路踏進了客棧 “燈火深時書有味，墨花晨綻字生香”用這句詩來形容草堂的夜景是更合適不過了。管家小哥非常熱心的給我們介紹每處建築環境細節來由 旁邊有個小閣樓真是讓我驚喜不斷 一樓是茶室 管家小哥熱情耐心地挑選茶葉茶品 供我們浸泡飲用 真的有被感動到🥹 二樓是觀景台還有架古箏 牆上處處的字畫瓷器木雕等等 足以讓人聯想到古時大户人家的院門生活。入住這家民宿 真的幫我加了很多分 沉浸學習到很多徽州文化帶來的魅力 給我這次“文化之旅”圓滿的畫上了句號哈哈。 下次再來一定還會入住半耕草堂 這邊去附近碧山 呈坎 宏村 屏山等等景區都很近！😊

This is a cozy and cutely decorated accommodation, which is very well located within the scenic area, so everything you’d want to see is a short walk away. The workers at this hostel are very kind and helpful. Specially, the volunteer 姓氏 was so sweet, helped me with any questions I had, and went above and beyond! She even drove me and my luggage to the bus station and helped me buy my bus ticket. She also said if I needed help with anything after, that I can call or message her. Thanks for the amazing hospitality! :)

Beautiful house located in a quiet part of the ancient village. As you’ll read in many reviews, the host provides excellent service, and I felt like I was meeting a friend. He took me to and from the gate of the village to the house and helped me carry my luggage. He also helped me arrange a ride back to the train station - there were some issues and he took the time to sort it out with the drivers on my behalf, which was above and beyond. The host and I talked about traveling and I could tell he was someone who was genuine and wanted to be as helpful as possible. The room is beautiful with huge windows and lots of thoughtful details. I had wonderful rests here while it was too hot outside. From the window you can see some rooftops of Hui architecture. The village isn’t big, so all the sights are nearby

The hotel is located within Hongcun Village, so it's really convenient for traveling and exploring the area. The room was clean and had all the basic amenities, however, I think the room was not build for sound-proof. While my room was on the ground floor, next to the stairs and by the street, so I could hear all the noise from both inside the hotel and from the street. Additionally, as I'm a foreigner without a Chinese phone number, I couldn't contact the owner to check in. When I arrived on the first day, although there was a WeChat code of the hotel's owner to scan, I sent messages to the owner but no one answered. As a result, I had to wait for about two hours or more to check in.
