PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is located in a village about 15 minutes drive from Nanmen bay. First we were concerned because the village didn't look like a ”tourist friendly” place. But when we had arrived, all our concerns disappeared. The place is very quiet and chill unlike the hussle and bussle of hotels near the beach.
The hotel is a renovated traditional Chinese house. All facilities are new, clean and made with a good taste and attention to the details. What you definitely don't expect to find in the old Chinese village is an electronic toilet that greets you by opening the lid when you coming into the bathroom. 😁
The room was clean, smelled very good and the linings and towels were superb 5 stars level quality.
The breakfast is simple (Chinese traditional) but fulfilling and tasty.
There are complimentary coffee drip bags in each room and also a coffee machine in the bar area.
The owner of this hotel is a professional traveler. He told us a lot about his trips all over the China and abroad and showed his photo works. He also designed ans made some furniture in the hotel by himself.

PPengguna TetamuWe stayed there for 2 days. The place is very cozy and authentic. The landlord was very kind and helpful. She helped us to arrange a driver to get around the villages and treated us with a local tea that was very tasty. Also there lives a very cute and playful cat))) if you are not a tea lover you can order a cup of delicious coffee there. There is a good restaurant nearby where you can have a meal. We highly recommend this place.

PPengguna Tetamu很有緣，來到幾百公裡外的民宿，居然和老闆夫婦來自同一個地方，從訂房開始就覺得很投契，果然，得到吳姐和江哥的熱情招待，就像回到家一樣，吃飯也是由他們推薦的附近農莊，價格公道，重點好吃，基本滿足一家老小口味。
民宿周邊環境很好，喜歡大自然的這裏就是世外桃源了，可以繞着這片度假地晨跑或迎着落日餘暉散散步，空氣極好，晚上還有星星相伴，我們是過年來的，晚上還可大放煙花，非常愜意。
我們訂的是家庭式套間，一行人五大一小住一整層三個房間綽綽有餘，最底層是公共起居室，廚房餐桌KTV應有盡有，更喜歡室外一片小草坪，還有主人專門弄的吊牀，據説在户外bbq也可，衹可惜這次時間匆忙，沒有逗留太長，朋友團聚或公司團建也都是不錯的選擇！

PPengguna TetamuWhat an amazing experience to live in the “chopsticks” buildings of the four dishes and one soup! This was a small and beautiful village and the family who ran the inn helped us carry our luggage up to the inn and later down to the inn. When we arrived they cooked a dinner which was reasonable in price based on a local menu. And then during dinner, they told us that one of the family members will be running a free tour of the Tulous of four dishes one soup for us in which they explained the history of the building of the tulous, especially the oval shaped tulou. Our guide was very funny with his stories (he spoke in Chinese) and it was a lovely time seeing the artists and candy makers in the Tulous. I would highly recommend this place. We did have to bring our own towels (or at least we brought our own and they didn’t supply one), so maybe best to check.

EEong limOur group of 10 pax from Malaysia stayed at this homestay for single night. What i like is the exceptional service provided during our stay. Mr and Mrs Lin goes extra miles sent and picked us back to home Inn for visit at Tianluokeng (4 dishes One Soup) Tulou at night after dinner to watch night scene. Another extra service we also requested Ms Lin to cook dinner and breakfast for our group(we don't have any mean of transportation). The dishes served was very delicious and home cooked taste and the price we paid for both dinner and breakfast was very very reasonable. I would give five star rating for services.
There are some minor problems with the room. Water pressure was very weak. Since our visit is during low season, Mrs Lin have to handle almost all tasks from checked in to cooking.

PPengguna TetamuThis homestay is a great place to experience what living in a tulou looks like. Perhaps it doesn’t have the quietest (thin walls and windows) nor the most luxurious rooms you could find in the picturesque village of Yunshuiyao. That is however perfectly normal for a traditional wooden building that it more than 100 years old! And it is yet very comfortable, even cozy!
Moreover, the owner is remarkably friendly and helpful, the homestay is very clean and well-managed, it is located 10-15 minutes by walking distance from the main sightseeings of Yunshuiyao village, which has nothing to envy to more famous places like the Tianluokeng tulou cluster.
I can definitely recommend staying at this place to people who want to dive into Hakka people’s culture and experience Chinese hospitality!

LLea -ChuaWe had a wonderful experience in this guest house. The people who manage the guest house are very nice and accomodating . Even if we cant communicate well because they cant understand English, they give their best to help us .The guest house is inside the village of the Tianluokeng Tulou Clusters and at the back of this house is the viewing deck . The owner helped us booked a taxi to pick us up Nanjing station and show us around the different Tulous . The driver is very nice and took nice photos of us too! The food is very good , we liked the chaofan and the taro/ sweet potato balls. Its not your typical hotel stay, but it has everything you need and the over all experience is what I like best

JJensonTeoThis is basically not a hotel, but a private apartment block where this 'hotel' owns some units. Works the same way as Airbnb. No hotel front desk, nobody stationed on site. You need to have WeChat mobile apps to communicate with them effectively (not sure about voice call as I used WeChat). Enter room through digital password send through WeChat, room service arranged through WeChat. They are very responsive on WeChat, round the clock. Very cheap rate compare to a hotel, so should not have too high expectation. Room located just above a big shopping mall so quite convenient for food and shopping. Overall happy with my stay there.

FFrizzExcellent location in the Tulou. Friendly family that will cook you food, make tea and sit and have chats with you. Note: only speak Chinese but they are very accommodating. The rooms were a little cold but they have extra blankets and a space heater. The shower is a shared one as the Tulous don’t have modern facilities but the water is hot. A very lovely and unique experience.

Great place, better stay at least a couple of nights to fully enjoy the tulou life.
Mr Huang and wife were amazing, some of the most hospitable people I’ve ever met. They cooked food for us and gave the best advices about exploring the surroundings.
If you have time, at sunset, walk up to the bus stop and find the little gap in the guardrail, it will bring you straight to the rice terraces. Can see the Tulou Complex from a different point of view!
