Overall: 6/10 Staff: 9/10 Price: 8/10 Location (to sights): 8/10 Transit: 8/10 Room: 6/10 Common Areas: 6/10 Restaurant/ Bar: 9/10 Vibe (community): n/a Really enjoyed my stay at other hostels from this company and this one should have been just as good but there’s some things i just can’t put aside… First off, the hostel is dirty. Not talking dirt in the bunks (thankfully) but for as new as it seems, the shared spaces are rough. Bathrooms look rough, half the soap and dryers don’t work (not a good thing for hygiene obviously), the showers were always covered in water and hot water, up for debate. Next, the place is loud. Not hostel, a few people are chatting loud and certainly not 8pm, like the room was basically in the bar and the bar was busy (see next item) till after 1. Sure, we could have closed the window to help a bit but with no other airflow in the room, it’s a choice between super loud and hot/stuffy. Loud won. Last off, during my stay, they were hosting an event which meant a ton of people hanging around. Now the event was for a great purpose and that’s awesome and everyone was friendly too but it still meant the bar was basically taken over by locals who knew each other and filled up the community spaces, instead of a traveler or even a general bar vibe. Not a thrilling thing to find out after checking in. All that said, staff was great, super friendly when I checked in and around the place. The bar / restaurant is well done with a nice range of options and decent prices though I didn’t find the breakfast worth the buffet cost. Like the other locations, rooms are nicely done, bunks have good curtains, power, lights, all the makings of a 10/10, but not.

Good, will book again if ever coming back here. Toilet and room was clean. Room was spacious too.

This hotel location was very clean calming area but 11 minutes far from the centre by train,the staff were friendly and helpful,the room was clean with good breakfast in the morning,but the only problem I really didn't like it was the toilet,the toilet was extremely small, very very small that we couldn't take shower at all because the water was getting outside of the toilet to the sleeping room,I wish if we had good toilet to feel comfortable in the place, otherwise it was really good experience as it was first time to Straßburg,we really love the city and we enjoyed alot. I loved this hotel. It had features of higher end hotels even though it was budget. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was basic yet very comfortable and functional. Only problem is that it could have had more charging outlets. The large bathroom was a big wet type room with a fantastic shower. Breakfast was lovely with many selections and a waffle maker. They even had a water machine to fill your water bottles. If I get back to this beautiful city, I will be sure to stay here. It was also extremely clean.

Le service du petit déjeuner qui était un buffet ne comportait pas de plateau ni d'assiettes. Il m'a fallu prendre une serviette pour mettre mon pain et le tartiner. Pas d éclairage dans salle du pdj. Pièce sombre. J'ai voulu prendre des tasses et celles ci étaient toutes mal lavées pour ne pas dire sales! J'ai donc bu mon thé dans un gobelet. J'ai voulu apprécier mon thé en terrasse mais les tables n'étaient pas nettoyées. Je regrette d y avoir pris un pdj. Et même pas une corbeille de fruit au buffet !

My children love the bunk bed concept. Space in the room is really limited, given we arrived with a large and cabin luggage. There were scarcely any place for us to hang out puffer jackets up, which I feel the hotel can consider doing something about it. The bathroom is clean but small. Overall this is a no frills budget hotel, can’t really fault anything.

The room was a normal size and the bed was comfortable. Some of the furnishing seemed a bit worn but nothing serious just cosmetic. The shower was lovely. Location is good, only 10mins walk from the main part of Strasbourg there is also a tram stop right outside the hotel which is very convienient. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room got cleaned every morning.

I loved this hotel! The location is literally perfect for everything you’d want to do in Strasbourg. We were there for the Christmas markets and wow! This city is truly magical!! The rooms are small but cozy and were perfectly fine for our needs. We were really ever in the room to sleep and shower. The bed was very comfortable. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is the lack of an elevator. I’m partially disabled and was able to handle one flight of stairs to our room. But if this is a concern, choose another location.
