I stayed at Novotel Strasbourg from 5–6 June. A special thank you to Nagee at the front office, who was extremely helpful throughout my stay and provided excellent service. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city centre and within easy reach of attractions, restaurants, and shopping. However, this central location comes with significant noise. Even in the middle of the night, street noise was very noticeable. People talking loudly and creating disturbances on the street opposite the hotel could be clearly heard from the room. The room size was quite small, and the amenities were below my expectations for a hotel of this category. Overall, the location and helpful staff were positives, but the noise levels, room size, and limited amenities affected the overall experience.

I stayed for one night. The main things for me were the location near the center and the availability of breakfast. Both of these points were in this hotel, so I liked everything. The breakfast was variated, the dining area was large and comfortable, and there were no queues or crowds. The reception staff were very pleasant. The only small inconvenience were the room itself — there was no towel hook in the bathroom, and the room was quite small, but in my case this was not a problem. Location a bit away but that suited us, easy to drive to other places. Staff was helpful, room is basic, beds are soft, room was serviced but clothes were not folded, just placed on a pile on the desk. There is a water boiler but still has the 1990’s instant coffee. Parking costs E25/day….., park across the road for free (3 min walk). We arrived at 14:05 and as 15:00 was CI time they did not honour earlier CI because ‘they run 100% occupancy the day before’ but for Euro50 extra I could get a room immediately… yeah right! Free hot xmas wine in the lobby is a nice gesture.

Nicely located best the train station and with the city center 10 minutes by foot. The hotel itself could use some renovation, it seemed old but okay for a short stay. As for the room, at first I was offered a wheelchair room, which had small windows, twin beds, was not cozy at all, and also lacked shower chair. So I asked to be provided with a superior studio that I initially booked :) The room was spacious, with double bed, mini kitchen, washing machine, fridge, dishes and some kitchen utensils. It was enough for a short stay. The one thing that surprised me was that toilet and bathroom were separated in different corners of the apartment: toilet at the entrance door, and bathroom next to the bed, so you need to turn around three corners to wash your hands 🤪 But the staff was helpful and overall I was satisfied with my stay. The aparthotel is situated very close to Strasbourg main train station. You can also easily walk to the old town district from the aparthotel in less than 10 minutes. Nice things: - Water dispenser in the lobby to fill up your water bottle. - Heat radiator in toilet, keeps you warm when you step out of the shower. Thing to call out: - The curtains for the room dont fit the window, because our windows were slanted, the curtains couldn't fully black out the window. When inspecting the curtain lines and the curtain itself, you can tell 100% that the wrong curtain is used for the curtain lines because it wont fully use up the curtain lines when the curtains are drawn. - The shower curtains are too long/loose for the showers in the bath room, when showering you can almost feel the shower curtains touching you all the time. I hope the shower curtains are actually clean; otherwise it'd be pretty disgusting to have them in contact with my skin. - The air conditioning is not adjustable.  - Water kettle is oily, makes boiled water look disgusting. Likely due to misuse by a previous guest. - Laundry is not free, requires 4/5 EUR per wash. - Requesting for towels/exchanging towels also cost money.

no electric kettle or hair dryer. check in and front desk are only available from 5-8pm which may mean you have to schedule around it. luggage storage is not available after 8pm. no air conditioning in the room, and the outside noise is loud if you open the window (but the room provides a fan which i unfortunately did not see until the next morning). the location is a bit inconvenient, about 20mins from the city centre. at the very least, the service is warm and welcoming, but overall i would not book this place again.

Aunque en general el apartamento estaba  limpio olía a humedad. El apartamento tiene lo  imprescindible para cocinar. En recepción  fueron muy amables. El desayuno para mi gusto sin excesiva variedad para el precio, aunque más que suficiente

La chambre était superbe ! Le lit etait confortable, tout était très propre et l'accueil superbe aussi ! Je recommande cet hôtel que ce soit pour un long ou court séjour !!

there is no service or making up of rooms daily for this apartment hotel. the trash will not be cleared daily. it is a walking distance from the strasbourg station. there are also no shampoo provided but an all in one body wash and hand soap. the room is well furnished with kitchen necessity and enabled us to microwave or boil/cook water during our stay.
