Great location near the train station. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was nice with a good variety. Staff were professional and welcoming. We were kindly upgraded to a Premium room, which was a lovely surprise.

We were travelling for 3 weeks in France, and spent 3 nights in this hotel. We were super happy with the quality of the rooms Boma has, the best one over all hotel we have stayed, The rooms well shield , has mini fridge, they offer free mini bar as well , the bedding quality (mattress , pillows , throw blanket ) all great!!! We slept so well , the room was not too small, enough if you travel for 2. The location was great, we were truly impressed. Thank you Boma for make our stay at Strasbourg wonderful ☺️

Front desk receptionists were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very nice as well! Great location for most of highlights in Strasbourg!

I had a fantastic stay at Hôtel Couvent du Franciscain Centre Ville! The hotel is located right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the local attractions. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, offering a comfortable retreat after a day of sightseeing. One of the standout features of this hotel is their excellent luggage storage service. They allowed us to securely store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which made our trip so much more convenient. It gave us the freedom to explore the city without worrying about carrying our bags around. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. Another highlight was the delicious breakfast, which was fresh, varied, and reasonably priced—a great start to the day. Overall, Hôtel Couvent du Franciscain Centre Ville offers great value for money, excellent service, and a prime location. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay here again!

Posizione strategica....camera ampia e pulita... personale cordiale....non abbiamo provato la piscina riscaldata ma è comunque un ottimo servizio....per il resto il prezzo pagato anche se nel periodo dei mercatini è davvero sproporzionato al tipo di albergo.

The hotel is well located, with less than 10 minutes walking distance to Petite France, train station and Carrefour. Very comfortable and quiet at night provided us a very good sleep. We like the small kitchen with all necessary utensils are provided. We can purchase some grocery from nearby Carrefour and cook dinner for ourselves. Strasbourg is a very lovely and beautiful city.

Hacia muchísimo frío en la habitación y me queje a recepción y la respuesta es q el gobierno del país no les permitía poner más de 21 grados... Cuando en la calle había 3 grados y hacia muchísimo frío en todo el hotel a excepción de la recepción que curiosamente hacia calor agradable. Solicite una manta extra que nunca me facilitaron. La atención de la persona en recepción esa noche fue pésima.

no electric kettle or hair dryer. check in and front desk are only available from 5-8pm which may mean you have to schedule around it. luggage storage is not available after 8pm. no air conditioning in the room, and the outside noise is loud if you open the window (but the room provides a fan which i unfortunately did not see until the next morning). the location is a bit inconvenient, about 20mins from the city centre. at the very least, the service is warm and welcoming, but overall i would not book this place again.

The location is very good. In front of the hotel ist a tram and bus station. It is very convenient to go to any tourist attractions. Room was clean und bright. The receptionist war friendly as well. We had a good stay.
