The hotel was a wonderful experience. Everything was perfect. The beds were comfortable and the pillows allowed for a great nights sleep. The Spa experience was a brilliant way to relax after exploring the city.

One of the strangest hotel I stayed. I've visited 21 European Country so far, but this hotel was quite different from the previous ones. Firstly, the check-in process was annoying. The woman in the reception told us that we would not be able to have the key of the apartment before 3 pm, which had been officially anounced. That was understandable. However, the woman at the reception could have been more polite. Furthermore, they asked us to fill out a form although she had already asked our personal information. There was no air conditioning at the reception desk but we had to spend time over there despite the extremely hot weather. After 3 pm, more than 10 people were waiting in front of the desk in order to collect the key of the apartments (havasız küçücük bir alanda)... Finally, it was our turn, they told us that we had to pay a deposit for 50€ (if we break anything in the apartment) and they told us this can happen. Ok, maybe it happened before but although I stayed in apartments more than 8-10 times (in different European countries), I've never encountered a policy like this. Apparently, they came up with a ”genius” policy that no other apartment I have stayed in across Europe has ever had. As a bonus, there is a sign inside the room: ”if you forget to clean the kitchen, we charge you with 15€”... Also, inside the room, there was no enough rack to put our luggages on.. Even if the room was clean, and the location was good enough, this apartment/hotel will be a place I never want to stay again...

Spacious room, clean and tidy, there are many shops and restaurants nearby, the only minor downside is that it is away from train station, take bus G for 12 minutes otherwise perfect and good value! Recommend

I stayed for one night. The main things for me were the location near the center and the availability of breakfast. Both of these points were in this hotel, so I liked everything. The breakfast was variated, the dining area was large and comfortable, and there were no queues or crowds. The reception staff were very pleasant. The only small inconvenience were the room itself — there was no towel hook in the bathroom, and the room was quite small, but in my case this was not a problem. My stay at the Hilton Strasbourg was overall very pleasant. The location is convenient, close to the European Parliament and with tram access to the city center. The room was clean and comfortable, though a little dated in style. Staff were polite and helpful, and the breakfast had a good variety. A solid choice for a short stay in Strasbourg.

The hotel is well located, with less than 10 minutes walking distance to Petite France, train station and Carrefour. Very comfortable and quiet at night provided us a very good sleep. We like the small kitchen with all necessary utensils are provided. We can purchase some grocery from nearby Carrefour and cook dinner for ourselves. Strasbourg is a very lovely and beautiful city.

The location is very good. In front of the hotel ist a tram and bus station. It is very convenient to go to any tourist attractions. Room was clean und bright. The receptionist war friendly as well. We had a good stay.

no electric kettle or hair dryer. check in and front desk are only available from 5-8pm which may mean you have to schedule around it. luggage storage is not available after 8pm. no air conditioning in the room, and the outside noise is loud if you open the window (but the room provides a fan which i unfortunately did not see until the next morning). the location is a bit inconvenient, about 20mins from the city centre. at the very least, the service is warm and welcoming, but overall i would not book this place again.

La chambre était superbe ! Le lit etait confortable, tout était très propre et l'accueil superbe aussi ! Je recommande cet hôtel que ce soit pour un long ou court séjour !!

Love the service there! The staff at the reception were amazing but the place does not resemble the photo, it's a lot smaller and less new but there's cooking utensils, pots, stove, and microwave but just looks very different from the picture so it was unexpected. It's just 10mins walk to the train station which is very convenient! 20-25mins walk from attractions
