I had a very good stay and experience with my family at Maison de Zen. The rooms very spacious and clean with a modern look. I only wish the beds were King Size for the Zen suite instead of Queen. The bathrooms were very clean and fresh. The whole establishment had a good vibe to it with its location and clean atmosphere. The staff were polite and helpful. And Mr. Shabeer was very helpful. The food was very good despite the limited variety. Overall the experience was very good.

We booked a stay with three rooms. While two of the rooms were satisfactory, one room fell short of expectations. The room was not clean or properly maintained. There were cracks on the walls, with peeling paint in some areas. Additionally, the floor appeared dirty due to a prior leakage from the toilet, even though there is no active leakage at the moment. The overall condition of the room needs improvement to match the standards of the others.

Property location was most scenic with beautiful view of valley and pleasure to enjoy sunset sipping coffee. The hospitality was of top notch. The Restaurant manager Mr Bala was the most wonderful person, he served us food with utmost love and care. The food quality is amazing and yummm. The staff was generous.

Finding a good hotel in ooty is really a big challenge and this hotel is somewhat underrated in makemytrip. Booked this hotel in december last weekend so the price is a little bit higher usually than. It's organised by majestic hotel only so you can find the restaurant opposite to this hotel. Room is very chilly and geyser facility is there. Upon a request they serve hot water for drinking also. Center located to all locations especially boat lake is very nearer. I can suggest this hotel to everyone if you want to stay and book this hotel one week before to avoid over charges.

The hotel stay was amazing. we enjoyed it..all the main places are around the hotel so, it was pretty easy for us to travel and the room was very clean and good, we will surely visit again 😇👍

Good service, room is fine, near to railway station and bus stand, proper arrangement for tours. Wifi is available. At main bazar
