AAmazing CathThank you La Bella Casa de Boracay. The staffs are friendly and helpful. As a solo traveler I love the location of the hotel. It’s 2 minutes from the beach. There’s also a church near it. I also felt safe during my trip. The location is quiet. It’s near Grotto, Coco Mama, and a few minutes walk to Sunny Side Cafe. They even upgraded my budget room for FREE into the one with own bathroom. I highly recommend it if you want a nice and affordable place to stay in Station 1 Boracay.☺️😍

PPengguna Tanpa Namaworth staying in this dorm, clean and not expensive. just a 5 min walk to both thr port and cagban beach.
Shuttle is available daily.
Shared Toilet and bath is maintained and cleaned daily.
Foods can be availed just below the building, you can have a meal or pika or drinks.
The staff of hotel are all accomdating and doing their beat to attend the guest request as much as possible.

CChen PangilinanSobrang cool ng staff, very accommodating specially Ms. Rachel ba yun haha. Mejo malayo dito ha, pero may free shuttle naman sila i shared the schedule for your reference. May Free spa din and free breakfast na tlgang masusulit niyo. Masarap lalo na ung pancake. The place is quiet and calm lalo na sa mga mahilig mag solo at mag gawa ng journal like me. I have a very good quiet time with the Lord.
May pa welcome drinks din sila na tlgang na refresh ako nung dumating ako and they allowed me to check in early without me paying extra.
Nag bbrown out din kaya wag mangamba, ganun tlga pag isla 😊

If you’re looking for a spot that’s close to the beach but far from the noisy crowds, this is it. It’s super accessible since it’s near the main road. The staff are lovely and the food is a big plus!
The rooms are pretty basic. You get towels and soap/shampoo, but don't forget to pack your own toothbrush and toothpaste. The shower has good hot/cold water, which was appreciated.
Note to future guests: We stayed in Room 201 and the TV turned on by itself at exactly midnight. It was definitely a ”creepy” highlight of the trip! Overall, it was a nice, comfortable stay, but maybe ask for a different room if you’re a spooky sleeper!

FfDenisВсе просто супер. Я брал номер с балконом, что хорошо. На балконе можно поставить столик и сидеть наслаждаться, ветер продувает хорошо. В номере чисто, телевизор есть и чайник. Персонал очень отзывчивый, помогут чем могут, внизу есть кухня. Кондей не громкий, есть вентилятор. Местоположение хорошее 7 минут пешком до D Moll. До пляжей тоже все рядом. Соотношение цена качество 15 из 10. Что удивительно не увидел ни 1 насекомое в номере, ни муравья ни мухи, так как они в Азии везде ползают.

MMark Francis MacasinagWe had a very nice stay at Cerca Hotel.The staff were nice and accommodating, and that they allowed you to stay continuously despite having multiple bookings. However, it seems that there were some concerns regarding the lack of amenities, such as tables and chairs in the family room, doormats in the shared bathroom and comfort room, and low water current. It might be helpful if the hotel could consider adding these amenities for a more comfortable stay. Additionally, having signage to make it easier to locate the hotel would be beneficial. RRCMARFAThe location is perfect because it is at the center of station 2. It is very near to most bars, restaurants, shops and the dmall. The aircon is really cold excellent. The shower is perfectly working like they have heater and spacious bathroom. The only thing we have noticed is it is not a very new hotel like the others. The floors and tires are old and hairs are somehow everywhere. The bidet in our room is not working and the room to the balcony is hard to open. The pool is now converted into a bar. But overall it was a very nice stay. The staff are nice, the price is reasonable actually it is perfect for the budget and thè breakfast inclusion is a treat.
