"Only 10mins walk to D’mall. Private beach is 3mins walk but very wavy and dangerous. We spent most of the time in the pool it’s much safer and poolside bar was very nice and reasonable. The restaurant was very nice. Especially the dinner buffet!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Hennan Lagoon Resort! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the pool was beautiful, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Great location and perfect for a relaxing family vacation in Boracay. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back! ❤️"

"TERRIBLE WIFI and AC — barely hitting 10 Mbps most of the time, so I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re working remotely. The aircon was also leaking during our stay. We called maintenance, they checked it, but unfortunately it still kept leaking after. STAFF - very great and respectful . ROOM - The room feels a bit dated and they don’t have blackout curtains, which can be annoying in the morning. There’s also ongoing construction nearby, so expect to hear drilling and hammering during the day. On the bright side, the bathtub was great and the bathroom was really spacious. FOOD - They offer buffet breakfast, but it was just okay. GYM - Probably one of the better parts of the stay. It’s not super fancy, but it had almost everything I needed for a good workout. LOCATION - Very convenient. It’s in Station 2 and easily walkable to both Station 1 and Station 3. POOL AND MASSAGE - Both are great"

"Disappointing and Humiliating Experience – Not Worth a Single Star My friend and I recently traveled to Boracay and chose what we believed to be a five-star hotel. We booked a twin-bed room, since we were sharing, we initially registered only one guest’s name at the time of booking, as we planned to check in together. Upon arrival, we were met by this repceptionist Grace at the front desk. She flatly refused to allow both of us to occupy the twin room. We understood the policy and tried to add my friend’s name through Trip.com, but the system won’t let us make changes. We then asked Grace if we could just place a new order for the same room type so it could replace the existing booking, hoping she could assist with the cancellation. Instead of helping, she refused to help and said that we need to pay an extra 3,000 pesos per night to occupt the twin room, according to the hotel policy. What truly upset us was her attitude. She was rude and condescending throughout the conversation. When we asked to speak to a supervisor, she made a show of calling someone, but we could clearly hear that she misrepresented our situation – she told the supervisor that “two guests paid for only one person and want to stay in a double room,” completely twisting our genuine request for assistance. The supervisor naturally said no, and Grace turned to us “see, it’s not allowed.” At that point, we decided we no longer wanted to stay at this hotel. We informed Grace that we would cancel, and she warned us bluntly: “If you cancel now, you will not get any refund” Not wanting to waste more time, we decided to leave our luggage at the room while we searched for other accommodation nearby. As we about to head toward the elevator, Grace told us loudly, announcing that hotel policy prohibited non-registered guests staying in the room after 10 PM and they would check, and that “Mr. Ng” (my friend) should leave soon. We then took our bags and left. We managed to find a room at a nearby hotel – the only one available was right next to the live band area, but even with the noise, it was far better than what we endured here. This entire ordeal ruined our vacation. We talked to Trip.com, and they offered us a compensation of about $50 USD. However, since the booking was non-refundable, we did not pursue a refund request. Our room sat empty for the next three nights, we were just glad that not to have to see Grace again. And honestly, even if we were paid to stay at this hotel, we would never set foot here again. This is not the five-star service we paid for – it is disrespectful, inflexible, insulting and utterly unprofessional. If it is only about the money, we wouldn’t even have picked this “so called five-star hotel”. This is my very first bad review and we strongly advise future guests to think twice before booking here."

"The location is excellent. Although the hotel facilities aren't brand new, it's generally quite clean. I'm really afraid of bugs and snakes, but I didn't encounter any here. The only thing is that check-in isn't until 3 PM, but they will arrange an earlier check-in if rooms are available."

"This is my second time staying at Henann Prime (first was back in 2021), and it’s still a great experience overall. I love that it’s beachfront but not too crowded, so it feels more peaceful and relaxing compared to other parts of Boracay. Perfect if you want to chill. Amenities were excellent, especially the pool and the beach access. The place is clean and well-maintained, and the room was comfortable enough to rest after a long day. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Service could be a bit faster at times, but nothing major. Would definitely come back again!"
