"We booked a family room for this trip and overall had a pleasant stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, which made it perfect for our group. One thing we really appreciated was the superb and stable Wi-Fi connection—definitely a big plus, especially for staying connected during the trip. The location is also a huge advantage—it’s only a 5-minute walk to the beach, making it super accessible and convenient for quick trips back and forth. Another highlight was the availability of free drinking water along the hallway, which was very convenient and saved us from having to buy water outside. However, there were a few minor drawbacks. There was no safety vault in the room, and the bathroom doorknob seemed quite old and was a bit difficult to lock. Also, there were no complimentary coffee or beverages provided in the room. Despite these small issues, we still had a good experience. It’s a solid choice if you’re looking for a budget-friendly accommodation, and we would definitely consider staying here again."

"There are at least 5 Henann hotels on Boracay, and this one is quieter, located in Station 1. The ones in Station 2 might be better, but this hotel has the best beach with fine white sand and shallow water, perfect for kids or casual swimmers. It's also the best spot for sunsets. The hotel offers a return airport transfer (van + boat + van to the hotel) for 2315 pesos, and a 4000 peso deposit is required. The rooms are standard, but the direct pool access rooms are quite convenient. Recommended!"

The skydeck pool is amazing as the main pool stinks of cholrine so everyone is on the top deck. It was worth the view and access to everything only. Food options were okay"

The only hiccup was that they forgot one of my suitcases on the boat when I was leaving... The room itself was quite nice, and there was a welcome gift. Breakfast was also quite plentiful. Remember to bring cash as the deposit is 5000 pesos per day, and getting your cash deposit back at checkout is the most convenient option."

They even wished my husband a happy birthday, which was a lovely touch. When I fell ill, they brought me ginger and honey tea. The only thing missing was a balcony."

"Initially, we were given a connecting room, and the soundproofing was terrible; you could hear everything happening through the walls and door in the next room. On the plus side, the hotel was accommodating and moved us to a higher category, non-connecting room the next day. Unfortunately, this hotel is in serious need of a good renovation, both inside and out. The location is good, and the sun loungers on the beach are comfortable, but there aren't many, so you have to reserve a spot early in the morning. Several times after housekeeping, we found other people's hair in the bed, which was quite unpleasant. Only one breakfast stood out during our entire stay; on other days, the breakfasts were sparse with limited choices. Overall, the hotel is suitable for a short stay, but be aware of the issues mentioned above."

During our stay, my son got sick, and the staff went above and beyond to take extra care of us. Their support and concern made a stressful situation much more manageable, and we are very grateful for that. The buffet was also great, with a good selection including vegan options, which we really appreciated. It made dining easy and enjoyable for our family. "After we reported the cockroach issue in our original room, they moved us to another one. However, then a much more serious problem arose: the sushi at the hotel's buffet dinner was sour, posing a severe food safety risk. After eating it, we immediately suffered from acute gastroenteritis, experiencing a high fever for three days. Upon returning home, it was so severe that we had to be hospitalized. To make matters worse, the hotel even charged us for medication. The whole experience was absolutely terrible."
