We reserved for 3 rooms for 13pax: 1 family room (Php 5100), 1 deluxe room (Php2100) and 1 standard room (Php2000). Upon check-in we were told that the family room was occupied and only 3 standard room were available. 😔 we had no choice but to squeeze in those 3 small rooms. We were offered to have free breakfast but we did not accept since our flight to Mla is very early the following day. We paid total of Php9200+ but we were refunded Php1500 only. Very bad experience 😔

The rooms are clean, and even though it overlooks a parking area for trucks it isn’t too noisy. The staff are friendly and helpful, but they do need to pay more attention to explaining to guests where the boats are. We walked up and down with heavy bags, when the boat was right opposite the hotel…even though I asked multiple times.

It was a nice place both good and clean. I enjoyed very much the terrace it was spacious and comfortable. Rhe price is great. The place is close to the port and seven eleven. Transportation is readily available as soon as you got out the resort. I have no problem with my stay it was all good and comfy bed with a good airconditioner. It was a lovely stay. I recommend this resort and will come back again.

The hotel is located in nice beach, white sand, an incredible spot, however not properly maintained. The access is bad, the water feature at the entry long stairs is not working and water seems to be stoped for a long time. It seems not very crowded with guests even on ***** New year holiday and only one restaurant running. The pool bar was closed.
Missing one of our bookings for a shuttle, encountering a huge cockroach near the bed, being told that the room is not ready on check in and after 10 mins it's actually ready and made us walk all the way back to reception when the room was just near where we were didn't leave us with a good impression of the service.
Staff needs to be more attentive not only saying ”good morning sir” but actually carrying for what are the guests needs.
Hotel staff needs more training.

The host was very friendly. I have booked Single room with single bed and private bathroom, and upon arrival, the host offered me the bigger room with two beds. Hostel takes 500 peso as deposit, and returns it when you check out. Not far from Angol beach, around 10 minutes by walk. There are couple convenient stores and one local cafe is available.

LLolly LollyWithout a doubt, this is probably one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in throughout all my travels and worth the price I paid. While Coast may not be as grand as some of the other high end resorts, from the moment I disembarked from the plane, the experience was relaxing and felt luxurious. The free hotel transfer meant that there was a private shuttle that took me from the main airport to the jetty port, where I then boarded a private boat that then took me to the hotel door. The hospitality and service provided by staff was above and beyond what I expected. I particularly appreciated the complimentary drink on arrival, fruit basket and goody bag with flip flops, hand sanitiser etc. The breakfast buffet spread was fantastic, with many cuisines to choose from. Finding a local dessert in my room when returning each night was also a lovely touch. If I ever have the chance to return to Boracay, I will definitely stay at Coast again.

It was the holiday breakaway we needed. Splendid private beach, close to White beach, just a short trike away.
Enjoyed the breakfast and free massage afterwards. Ray, was very accomdating. Erwin, friendly. Gelo, professional and well seasons expert in the industry. Finally, Mich and Kay thanks for the food and the tour.
Would definitely consider staying at this location again as the price was highly competitive in comparison to other hotels.

From the moment I arrived at Mandarin Bay Resort and SpaI was truly impressed by the level of service and attention to detail. The staff were warm, professional, and eager to ensure my stay was nothing short of perfect. Check-in was seamless, and I was immediately made to feel at home.
The room was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully designed, with modern amenities and thoughtful touches that made my stay comfortable and luxurious. The bed was incredibly cozy, the bathroom was spotless with high-end toiletries, and the view from the balcony was breathtaking overlooking the pool. The housekeeping team went above and beyond, ensuring everything was pristine every day. They provided us the a “goodbye” treat on our last night.
Dining at Mandarin Bay Resort and Spa was a highlight of my stay. The on-site restaurants offered an impressive menu of delicious dishes, showcasing fresh, local ingredients. The breakfast buffet was equally outstanding, with a variety of options to suit every taste.
The hotel’s amenities were equally impressive. The pool was clean and inviting.The concierge team was knowledgeable and helpful, providing excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining.
Mandarin Bay truly exceeded my expectations in every way. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service, luxurious accommodations, and overall outstanding experience. I can’t wait to return!

I experienced one of the best services in the hospitality industry in Movenpick. As a solo traveler, I feel very at home here. I stayed for 2 nights and would've stayed longer if my schedule permitted me.
Ish, in the reception, greeted me warmly during check-in and I appreciated being asked how the trip was getting there. It felt genuine. all of the staff felt very approachable and is always willing to go a step further from every request I made.
Their breakfast buffet is the best breakfast buffet I've had so far. I've stayed at a few 5-star hotels around the Philippines and in Hong Kong, China, and Vietnam but this was the best one so far. Each dish has been ”made with love” as they say. There is a great selection of beverages, pastries and dishes.
The facilities are well kept and there is ample staff to attend to any need in any area around the resort.
The room was spacious and the toiletries were very well thought of. When I arrived, it was clean, and felt very homey.
I loved the peaceful morning walks along the private beach. I've mostly stayed in the main beach every time I go to Boracay but it can get crowded and busy even early in the morning so the privacy is a great selling point to this area especially for those who just want to lounge by the beach and feel the morning breeze.
The only thing I feel needs to be improved is the drain in the shower in my room. It takes a while for it to drain so while showering, expect to soak your feet on the floor water. I think it takes about 15 minutes after I shower for the water to dissipate.
All in all, am I coming back? For sure! Still solo? No, I'm confident anyone I invite to join me will experience the same satisfaction I had. :)

YYaLenkaWe decided to go for a holiday on Boracay Island for a week. We have been looking for a suitable accommodation option for a long time. And when we found this wonderful hotel, we were very happy. The price includes transfer from/to the airport. A friendly, smiling, wonderful young man met us at Caticlan airport, took our luggage, carried it into a comfortable minivan, and took us to the speed boat. Then we sailed by boat to the next pier, from which we were again taken by minivan directly to the hotel. The hotel is small, one-floor, there is no swimming pool or other interesting entertainment on site, BUT the hotel is a subsidiary hotel of the Coast Hotel, which has everything your heart desires: two swimming pools, an entertainment room with table hockey, a library, a Play Station, a small number of sports equipment. You can enjoy all these benefits on a par with the visitors of this hotel. This hotel is located directly on the coastline and very close to the Blue Marina Hotel.
We took breakfast, which turned out to be not a bad option at all. Every day you choose your breakfast from the menu the night before. In the morning you go out to the hotel lobby, they set the table for you and you enjoy it in a relaxed atmosphere. Once we were sent to the Coast hotel for breakfast, we were amazed by the variety of dishes: cheeses, sausages, egg dishes, various fruits, vegetables, yogurt, pastries, main courses. Delicious. At Blue Marina you can only choose one dish. The lobby itself will also have three options for pastries, oatmeal, milk, juice, but no more. They could at least add some more fruit, it would be much better. The hotel room is good, with a large soft bed. Upon arrival, they left us small compliments: Coca-Cola, mango, bananas, a small bottle of rum, sweets, two beach bags, two hand sprays, two pairs of beach slippers. There are a huge number of different cafes near the hotel, so we didn’t go hungry. The beach is 3-5 minutes walk, which is also very cool. The only one huge minus is good audibility, a very loud sound from a nearby cafe, but somewhere at 11-12 at night it closes and there is no more music. But the neighbors can make noise all night, and you can hear it very well. I don’t know how it is in other hotels with this issue, but when we were choosing a hotel, we saw many reviews of hotels telling you that you could hear everything literally to the point of sneezing. Maybe these are the peculiarities of building construction, I am not keen on this matter.
Overall, we enjoyed our vacation and would recommend staying at this hotel if your budget is small and you want a hotel close to the beach, with food and good service. This is definitely a worthy option, especially because of the transfer. Thank you very much for the excellent service, for the warm meeting at the airport, for seeing off early in the morning, for the organized breakfast before leaving early for the airport at the end of our vacation. We really liked everything, if we come to Boracay Island again, it will be the Blue Marina or Coast Hotel.

PPengguna TetamuI chose the hotel based on location and I was not mistaken. This part of the island is much cleaner, well-maintained and beautiful. I liked the hotel more than I expected. At first I stayed for 2 nights to decide in the process whether I would stay for the remaining 10 days. After two nights I stayed in this hotel. I would like to note the good work of all the hotel staff. Very friendly, welcoming and always ready to help. The only thing that needs to be improved is the lost and found service. I forgot my headphones in the restaurant, came back the next day, and none of the staff in the entire hotel knew that the waitress girl found them and put them in a box under the cash register. Even the lost and found service did not know about it. I found the headphones only through the Locator program on my phone.

马马丽The hotel where we stayed with our family exceeded all expectations! We were accommodated in spacious and comfortable rooms, which were perfect for a family vacation. The service was outstanding — the staff was always friendly and ready to assist with any requests.
The hotel’s facilities were excellent: a pool with a children’s area, a playground, and various activities for kids, which allowed us to relax knowing our children were safe and entertained. The breakfasts were delicious and varied, offering a great selection of dishes for both adults and kids.
The hotel’s location was also ideal: close to the beach and main attractions, making our stay even more convenient. We were able to fully unwind and enjoy our time without worrying about small details. We will definitely return here again!

MMERIAN JOYCEWe had a super super delightful and pleasurable stay in Fairways. I would definitely come back. Our room was clean and spacious, nice smelling with the ionizing machine and with complete toiletries. The toilet had an awful smell all throughout but we didnt raise that concern anymore.
Even if the resort is not at the beachfront of the main beach, staying here is so much worth it. It is in the midst of nature, with fresh air, secure, trees all around. Totally refreshing, hearing the sound of birds and insects outside our villa. We would just go to station 2 (after the sumptuous buffet breakfast) using the free shuttle and go back at 3pm to enjoy the foam party at the pool til night. No hassle whatsoever for the location. We got to enjoy the powdery white sand beach and the secluded private resort as well. We didnt bother to do island hopping coz the beach and the resort amenities were amusing enough. The beach in the resort premises was not good, though. The current was strong, it was jellyfish season and there were trash in the shore. Hope they maintain the cleanliness of that area as well. It's a short walk going to the Keyhole. I highly highly recommend this wonderful beach reaort. No other place to stay when in Boracay. Thanks Fairways, we will be back!!!!

FFABRICE MATHIEU+ : very quiet and clean , the personnel is nice and when the weather is nice , there is a beach down the hotel .
There is a seven eleven near the hotel and two restaurants
Breakfast is not perfect but serves its purpose .
- : you have to take the bus or a tuktuk ( 300 pesos ) to go to the most popular white beach .
The hotel provides a tour operator near its entrance but the price are more expensive than why you’d find on the beach . If you plan to do any activities in boracay don’t go through the hotel . Negotiate directly at the white beach .
The restaurant is quite expensive and not so so tasty , count 700 pesos for any meal . I suggest you go to city mall , more choices and more affordable ( everything under 300 )
The room service is quite intrusive . They come around twelve to clean the room AND at 8 pm to put a paper on your bed with tomorrow weather ( absolutely useless ) if you care for privacy DO make sure you put the locket on no room service .
The shuttle they provide from caticlan to the hotel is expensive (1000 pesos ) and it’s the reason why payment has to be made in advance . Going by your own way will cost around 500 pesos .

良いところ：ホワイトビーチが目の前。Dモール(レストラン、お土産屋多)も近い。プールバーも有り喫煙可能で喫煙者には1階プールサイドの部屋に泊まると便利。
ビーチは混んでいるがプールは空いていて快適でした。部屋の広さはWベット2台でしたが充分快適。
悪いところ：送迎サービスをTrip.com経由でお願いしたがホテルとなかなか連絡が取れないと担当者から何回も有り、時間も迫って来たので直接ホテルホームページから
メールしても返信が無い。最終的にカティクラン空港からホテルの送迎が確認出来ないまま空港到着。思った通り迎えは無し。初めてでは無いので空港で送迎サービスを
探しホテル到着。
Trip.comの担当者達(3人ぐらい)も最後は連絡が無く放置された。空港でTrip.comに電話をしたら直ぐにホテルに電話をすると言ってくれたがホテルに繋がらないと返事がメールであり
待ちきれないので自分で空港で送迎サービスを探した。まあ海外では有りがちなトラブルなので自分で対処したが、ホテルチェックアウト時の請求書に空港からの送迎サービス料が加算
されていたのには流石に呆れた。勿論、交渉して支払いはしなかった。
帰りの送迎サービスはチェックアウト前日にホテルのフロントにお願いしたが、問題無し快適でした。大人1人650ペソ。送迎サービスはネットでも予約できるし、港と空港までの移動、ボートチケット等を並んで
購入することを考えると送迎サービスはお勧め出来ます。
部屋はシャワールームの作りと排水が悪く溢れます。タオルはバスタオルのみ、追加のタオルを頼んだが追加料金は無し。食事は朝食も夕食も普通。
セーフティーボックスは部屋に無く、ドアのロックも閉まりが悪い。
ホテルとのメールのやりとりが出来なかった事、送迎サービスの件以外は料金、ロケーションを考えると几帳面な日本人でもギリギリ合格か？星3.5
キッチリしたホテルをご希望の方にはお勧め出来ない。ボラカイのビーチは本当に美しく、セブ、ハワイ、グアムよりも美しいのに日本の旅行会社がツアーを
組まないのが不思議です。
