I love staying at this hotel. Spacious and clean. I booked this hotel at the last minute, and the hotel sent me the confirmation email right after the booking was confirmed. Everything is new and comfortable to use. Modern design of kitchenware and great support and king mattress. Quiet air conditioning, laundry room at the basement. Both the mirror areas were so dim, not good for make-up, so does the whole area. Knifes were rusty, pans and pots were scratched and dirty, and stains in e-kettle. No counter space for makeup bag. Very big parking lot outside the hotel. Weak water pressure. No racks for shower stuff and clothes and towels. Nevertheless, this is the best hotel in Niagara compared to those famous brand hotel but in the old, small and bad condition.

Excellent location; 3 minutes drive to the Falls. Great value for the price. Very good breakfast. The fact that the front entrance to the reception is already locked was kind of weird. All the hotels I have visited, the front entrance is always accessible. You us the hotel room keys if you use other entrances. Then there is a notice on the room key pouch to always secure the door with the deadbolt; keep valuable secure… This alerted me to the fact that the area may not be 100% safe. However, this apprehension was removed, when we checked out and my wife forgot her hand bag with wallet and family passports in it. One of the house keepers came running and found us still putting our stuff in the vehicle to alert us that we forgot the bag on the table. My wife went back to pick it up. A plus for that housekeeper. The night receptionist, however, has a cold presence. She addresses people as if she is not engaged with their presence. Overall, the service is very good. Great value for the buck; I will recommend it to those who want to visit Niagara Falls.

I recently stayed at the Courtyard Niagara Falls and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel is in a perfect location—just a short walk to the falls, Clifton Hill, and plenty of great restaurants. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always happy to answer questions or give local recommendations. The facilities were excellent, including a nice pool and well-equipped fitness area. Parking was convenient, and check-in/check-out were quick and easy. Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay if you’re visiting Niagara Falls. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This was our first time staying at Americana and we are very pleased with the experience. We drove 3 hours from northern Ontario and it was worth it! We went with another family for New Year's Eve and our children had such a wonderful time. We ordered room service, went to the waterpark several times, played in the arcade and our kids had so much fun. We are planning to come back next year!

Great location, walking distance to attractions and falls. Room was spacious and clean. Had microwave, coffee machine and fridge. Only downside was there was not much power outlet to charge phones or even to plug the coffee machine, just used the 2 sockets on the lamp. Many parking spaces if have car (able to park until1300 on check out day even after checking out). Staff were nice, service was great (asked for a couple more things such as coffee, toileteries and towels for a family of 4 and was delivered to the room quickly). Accessed the small but fairly equipped gym, indoor/outdoor pool with hot tub and sauna.

思ったよりもナイアガラ中心地より遠く、また本来ならホテル目の前に止まる市バスが便利なのですが、市バスの発着状況がGoogleと連動しておらずかなり惑わされました。レンタカーがある方にはよいかもしれません。ホテル内装は普通・清潔。やや照明が暗いです。子供はプレイルームやプールに大喜び。ゲームセンターのバウチャーなどもくださり、スタッフはとても親切でした。洗濯機がありますが、部屋によってはカバナを通過せねばならず遠いです。そのカバナで夜遅くまで騒ぐグループもおり、子連れでも平気で声をかけてくるので不快でした。

We booked our stay at Niagara Fallview Hotel by IHG at the last minute, and we were pleasantly surprised that they were still able to provide us with a room with a partial river view. The hotel’s location is excellent — it is very close to the main attractions and within walking distance to many popular spots. It is also next to Tower Hotel and Marriott, which makes exploring the area very convenient. The room was not very large, but it was clean and comfortable for our family. The hotel provided fresh towels and basic room cleaning every day. The bedding was not changed daily, but it was changed every three days, which is reasonable. Kids stay free, and the hotel was also happy to provide extra towels for the children. The pool is on the smaller side, but it was a nice place for young kids to play and enjoy some time after sightseeing. The restaurant downstairs was just okay, but there are many dining options nearby. Parking can be a little challenging — the underground parking is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. The hotel does provide an alternative parking option a few blocks away, which is about a 5–10 minute walk. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The location, cleanliness, family-friendly service, and the ability to get a river-view room even with a last-minute booking made this hotel a great choice. We would highly recommend it for families visiting Niagara Falls.

Horrible room #210. View was a window washing stage right at window. Compressor or machine of some kind ran all night. Hotel was booked solid with competitions and other Wyndham hotel guests were there due to water problems at hotel. I booked early so should have gat a decent room. Booked for 3 nights, left after 2. Felt like the worst room in the basement!! Have been numerous time with no issues at all. Ruined my birthday weekend. Maybe because we booked through you…is that possible??

The check-in experience was smooth, thanks to Samantha at the reception who provided clear and helpful information. I appreciated being assigned a room that matched my preference—away from the lift. We had a brief stay at the room for dropping the luggage before heading out to explore around. I noticed some cleanliness issues upon entering the room after the fireworks show, particularly hair on the floor at the entrance and in the washroom, which made me question if it had been properly cleaned beforehand. I informed the front desk about the issue in the next morning. Thankfully, Satveer promptly addressed the issue while I was out, and I returned to a much cleaner room. The bed and pillows were ideally firm—just what we needed for a good night’s rest. One downside was the loud noise from the air conditioner, which affected the overall comfort slightly.

Hello The service was great and the staff very friendly. We had a good variety for breakfast which was very good. The only thing we had issues with is that the mattress was a little too soft and the pillows were very uncomfortable. Air conditioning could have been a little cooler. The room stayed pretty humid. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. Close to everything. The price was good but I wish it would have included parking. That was an unexpected cost.
