カンボジア１２回目。価格は低いが、冷蔵庫がよく冷える。クーラーが日本製　カンボジアでは重要　 日本語で対応出来るスタッフがずっと近くにいるので、異文化の不安を学生は取り除ける。　旅先で対面する人々が日本語で話せるというのは、大変重要。近くにコンビニ、ランドリー　１KG－１ドルがあり、おいしく静かなレストランも多い。中心地より２ドル程度やすい。１食２－５ドル。部屋も広く　タオルは取り替えたければ、自分で取りに行く、水も備えてあるが　追加は自分で取りに行くことができる。おまけにコーヒーもサービス　水も　プールは水がきれい、驚いた。　ネットワーク８０M を入れているだけあり、仕事もできる。 部屋の広さ、清潔さは申し分ない。　日本人には生活しやすい地域にある　親切な宿。 これまでこのホテルの５倍くらいのところに泊まっていたが、あれは何段だったんだろうと思う。気を使って英語でやり取りし　過ごすホテル、結構疲れました。庭には机椅子があり、のんびりもできる。

The Twizt is an incredible stay! 5 minute Walk away from the pub street (which is great as it is not too noisy), you find a great hostel with an appealing interior design. Furthermore, you have an awesome rooftop pool, neat bathrooms and a sufficiently big room. ALSO: I forgot my headphones there. Within 1 day, I got them back at my hostel in Phnom Penh since they sent them on the same day they found them! Great service and once again, thank you! :) Only negative Point: No windows in the rooms - for longer stays at the hostel, you may visit the lobby or the rooftop bar.

The room is clean and spacious with a nice big bathroom, although there was no hot water to shower. There’s a mini fridge, kettle and safe in room. They provide bottled water, coffee and tea. There’s a nice pool and restaurant on site with good food and prices. It’s convenient to minimarts, restaurants and laundry places. The only downside is there are hostel rooms that tend to cater to the young and drunk crowd. Some have been very loud in the hallways after midnight until 4:00am. And some party at the pool all night although the pool closes at 22:00. Evidently the hotel does not enforce the pool hours or any kind of quiet hours. It can be very disturbing if you have a balcony room with a pool view. There are roosters that start crowing around 4am and the call to prayer starts just after 5am

We had the best welcome i think we have throughout any stays in Asia. On our arrival we were greeted by Nevine, one of the staff, who made us feel extremely welcome. we were seated and bought a lovely cool drink, nibbles and a cold Menthol infused flannel to cool down. We were then given all the details for the hotel, given a map of the local area and Nevine talked us through this in excellent English, we were then given a sheet which had local dialect and had a great time learning how to say hello, thank you, and such like. The hotel was really clean throughout all the areas communal and the room and room cleans were offered daily if you wanted them, we ended up staying an extra night as all the staff and the hotel was great for what we wanted. our room was also spacious and in great state of repair. I can not recommend this hotel enough and would definitely return. The only downfall i can see, which actually for us was not a problem. was the hotel is right next door to a primary school which is open from 7am - 5pm and obviously comes with some amount of noise, but again this was explained to us on arrival and a room change offered where possible. The hotel is close to pub street, but this did not cause any problems with noise and was close enough to everything if we wanted it. Great little hotel, fairly priced for what you get. Loved it

A friend had booked a room for me in this hotel for four nights. I was on the ground floor, and was very happy with the room. Air conditioning worked well, and although I was close to the reception area, the room was quiet, clean and comfortable A large double bed and some oversized furniture is used to furnish the room. Cambodian furniture is massive, a cherry red color and practically speaking, immovable. Had NO problems with the internet and had a good nights sleep. Outside the hotel are tuk tuks - dedicated to the hotel - ready to whisk away any visitor to any part of the city one chooses to vist. The drivers do speak English. Breakfast is served on the roof of the hotel, and for a vegetarian the selection was adequate - barely. Cost of the buffet is USD 5.00 Alongside the rooftop breakfast room (terrace) there is a small swimming pool, more suited to those who wish to cool off, rather than those hoping to swim laps. Overall, I was very satisfied with the hotel. A couple of major markets are within walking distance. Vit KIng restaurant (exclusively vegetarian) IS close by, but the selection is pretty limited unfortunately. Siem Reap is a nice town, well worth spending a few days in. Pretty much wherever one would want to go (with the exception of some attractions like Angkor Wat), is within walking street - the entertainment hub, and tourist market - Pub Street is nearby. If staying more than a night, ask for a discounted rate. The reception desk staff are helpful and well informed.

The Villa you should stay when visiting Siem Reap. The staff are so incredibly nice and ready at all times to help you with anything you may need. They and helped organize day trips for us, made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The little swimming pool but okay. I would recommend Bou Phanith Villa!! Amazing experience!!

The service was top-notch, with a professional and friendly team led by a great manager. My room and bed were cozy, ensuring a restful stay. The food was a highlight, absolutely delicious! I also loved the convenience of the tuk-tuks stationed outside the hotel, making it hassle-free to get around. The location is perfect, close to Old market, night market, and Pub-street.

My wife and I stayed at this establishment for 2 weeks over Christmas and New Year 2023. The pictures we had seen online were very different in reality. This is our experience.... Firstly; it is described as a hotel, but this is much nearer compared to a hostel. We have stayed in many countries around the World, and we can gauge with other hotels rated from 1 - 5 stars. We arranged airport transfers with the ”hotel”, in fairness we had a guy waiting for us as expected (with his child) and we paid him $25 (and gave a $20 gift) from the airport to the hotel. The driver spoke to reception and they swapped keys around and we were shown to our room (at the front of the hotel)...thinking they were giving us one of their better rooms. On entry we could see it was a double room and we had booked a twin so asked to be moved. We ended up in room 207. THAT IS WHEN IT WENT DOWNHILL.... * We asked where the safe was. Told ”No safe in this room but we will put a padlock on a cupboard door (but could access from behind the drawers) * We asked for a remote for TV...No TV as there was no signal so the TV was useless * We had NO room service for the first 3 days, we had no fresh towels, and had to buy our own toilet paper. * The bedding had holes in it (another guest was telling us that hers was full of bed bugs) Pillows were yellow-stained and smelly. * Walls and floors were filthy, never cleaned in the 2 weeks. * We had 4 coat hangers for 2 people for 2 weeks * No shampoos/wash/toiletries, No ”HIGH SPEED” internet. * We got 2 bottles of water throughout the 2 weeks we stayed. * Breakfast...We were shown an A4 piece of paper and a choice of bread (not toast) with a choice of egg or half banana sliced with a few pieces of watermelon. * Breakfast...There was a flask of hot water, and a sachet of 3-in-1 coffee, no other choices... TEA, NO COFFEE WITHOUT CREAMER/SUGAR...your only option was white sweet coffee. * NO security...Keys were ALWAYS left on top of the reception counter, anyone could pick up your key and enter the room. The lad who worked nights was always asleep on the sofa after 10pm. * No towels for the pool area. My wife went for a swim in the pool 4 days into our holiday, there was also another lady swimming at the same time. The day after BOTH ladies had swollen faces, could hardly open their eyes, and seems they got an infection from the water. A couple of days after the pool appeared very cloudy and remained dirty for a few days, eventually, someone attended to the pool to clean it, the filters were disgusting, and the guy threw a load of powder into the water, with no warning signs for others, and for 3 days this powder sat on the pool floor. When you mention anything to reception, they develop a ”no understand” attitude. It's a shame, this hotel could have potential, it's in a good location, but needs someone to add loving care, not run into the ground. Add simple things like tea, separate coffee/sugar/whitener, put a toaster near the breakfast

We had an absolutely amazing time at this hotel! I can confidently say that the staff's hospitality and kindness made our stay unforgettable. The hotel was impeccably clean, the swimming pool was fantastic, and the restaurant's blues music added a lovely touch to our meals. The hotel's location in a peaceful area yet close to the city center was perfect for us. I must express my gratitude to Channih Thav (Janny), the Front Office Manager, who was always available to help us and arranged daily trips for us. Janny was incredibly friendly and approachable, making us feel like family. Without a doubt, this hotel will be our first choice when we return to Siem Reap.
