PPengguna TetamuThe best service we have ever experienced! The Ferra Hotel is very centrally located and only a few minutes' walk from the water sports activities on White Beach. The facilities and amenities are very good for the price range. But there is one reason in particular why I can highly recommend this hotel: the friendly staff and outstanding service! We travel extensively in Asia and Europe and are accustomed to different hotel categories. But even compared to our experiences in significantly more expensive and exclusive hotels, the service at Ferra Garden is outstanding. From all the staff at the reception desk to the service staff at the bar or in the restaurant to the cleaning staff, everyone at this hotel is more than friendly and courteous. It is never fake or over the top, but always authentic. Every chance glance leads to a beaming smile, and every conversation shows genuine interest and helpfulness. As we sit in the next hotel restaurant and look back on the incomparable service, I realize that I now find the way of communicating in most hotels even more unpleasant because it feels somewhat submissive. This review may seem exaggerated, but I would like to sincerely thank the entire team for that experience and the management for this incomparable corporate culture.

YYaLenkaWe decided to go for a holiday on Boracay Island for a week. We have been looking for a suitable accommodation option for a long time. And when we found this wonderful hotel, we were very happy. The price includes transfer from/to the airport. A friendly, smiling, wonderful young man met us at Caticlan airport, took our luggage, carried it into a comfortable minivan, and took us to the speed boat. Then we sailed by boat to the next pier, from which we were again taken by minivan directly to the hotel. The hotel is small, one-floor, there is no swimming pool or other interesting entertainment on site, BUT the hotel is a subsidiary hotel of the Coast Hotel, which has everything your heart desires: two swimming pools, an entertainment room with table hockey, a library, a Play Station, a small number of sports equipment. You can enjoy all these benefits on a par with the visitors of this hotel. This hotel is located directly on the coastline and very close to the Blue Marina Hotel.
We took breakfast, which turned out to be not a bad option at all. Every day you choose your breakfast from the menu the night before. In the morning you go out to the hotel lobby, they set the table for you and you enjoy it in a relaxed atmosphere. Once we were sent to the Coast hotel for breakfast, we were amazed by the variety of dishes: cheeses, sausages, egg dishes, various fruits, vegetables, yogurt, pastries, main courses. Delicious. At Blue Marina you can only choose one dish. The lobby itself will also have three options for pastries, oatmeal, milk, juice, but no more. They could at least add some more fruit, it would be much better. The hotel room is good, with a large soft bed. Upon arrival, they left us small compliments: Coca-Cola, mango, bananas, a small bottle of rum, sweets, two beach bags, two hand sprays, two pairs of beach slippers. There are a huge number of different cafes near the hotel, so we didn’t go hungry. The beach is 3-5 minutes walk, which is also very cool. The only one huge minus is good audibility, a very loud sound from a nearby cafe, but somewhere at 11-12 at night it closes and there is no more music. But the neighbors can make noise all night, and you can hear it very well. I don’t know how it is in other hotels with this issue, but when we were choosing a hotel, we saw many reviews of hotels telling you that you could hear everything literally to the point of sneezing. Maybe these are the peculiarities of building construction, I am not keen on this matter.
Overall, we enjoyed our vacation and would recommend staying at this hotel if your budget is small and you want a hotel close to the beach, with food and good service. This is definitely a worthy option, especially because of the transfer. Thank you very much for the excellent service, for the warm meeting at the airport, for seeing off early in the morning, for the organized breakfast before leaving early for the airport at the end of our vacation. We really liked everything, if we come to Boracay Island again, it will be the Blue Marina or Coast Hotel.

LLigayatotheworldThe hotel was great and clean. Emman and jeno at the frontdesk was very accomodating and always ready to assist if you needed help with anything. Breakfast is not a buffet but some items at the menu does change which is awesome. This place is right infront of the beach where the watersports are at which is great for people who love to do water activities. This hotel doesnt have a gym for my gym goer friends but you can do water activities to burn all the calories! The crispy shredded adobo with poach egg in the menu is a must try! This hotel also offers massage services at your room aswell. Very accessible and walkable to Dmall. Still part of station 2. You can borrow umbrellas and towels to the beach from this hotel which makes it even more convenient. All in all it was great.

FFluffy-bowan awesome beachfront location, with all the water activities right there. The restaurant is really good, and I loved that they have a Western-style breakfast. The staff are super friendly and make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. Definitely a great spot for a relaxed beach stay 🌊☀️

But when I arrived, i was given a room without a balcony, when asked, was told that my room type was without a balcony. So maybe there was a misrepresentation by trip.com with their photos. The highlight of this hotel is the location and of course, the restaurant, pif out bistro. Loved the food and coffees!

We got to be welcomed warmly and was hosted like a family. The owners are from Hong Kong, it was like I was at home yet on holiday. Excellent staff, customers service excellent. Manners and professionalism is top.
Guests are a priority. We were treated like royalty! Our favourite was the bar lady! Main facility was the swimming pool and bar. Activities to go do and enjoy are a stone throw away, less than 800m. Each staff members the establishment was just bliss. Beds are comfortable, great wifi, we ate breakfast daily, that was excellent. Lunch and dinner, we were never there coz of activities outside. Everything you might need or want prior arrangement, just speak to the receptionists or any staff member (airport, activities arrangement, ferry, etc). Bonus point was that everyone speaks English, communication is just smooth. If I were to be an embassador of this hotel, I’d gladly be. Oooh the bar lady and cocktails, please try them out. You’re welcome. They can be personalized! We also spent one night just chilling with the staff after their shift (blending in with the locals) that was fun to just have a chat about life and the country - so much Humanity. This place is great, worth every penny. Moreso, it’s cheaper than other accommodations around and it’s underrated for a better lack of word.

JJohn Joshua Delos ReyesRoom is clean and spacious with balcony, however there are a lot of flaws on the room given to us.
- Refrigerator is not working and is kinda old it smells
- Doorknob is damaged, it moves every time I use my key
- Telephone rang continuously (3am in the morning). No one answers when you pick it up
- No provided slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, bottled water
- When it rains hard, it floods on the hallway
But I appreciate the friendly and accommodating staffs here. The breakfast is also good. Sometimes they only offer a few food choices tho. Location is very accessible to the beach and affordable restos.
