MMaskahThe best service we have ever experienced! The Ferra Hotel is very centrally located and only a few minutes' walk from the water sports activities on White Beach. The facilities and amenities are very good for the price range. But there is one reason in particular why I can highly recommend this hotel: the friendly staff and outstanding service! We travel extensively in Asia and Europe and are accustomed to different hotel categories. But even compared to our experiences in significantly more expensive and exclusive hotels, the service at Ferra Garden is outstanding. From all the staff at the reception desk to the service staff at the bar or in the restaurant to the cleaning staff, everyone at this hotel is more than friendly and courteous. It is never fake or over the top, but always authentic. Every chance glance leads to a beaming smile, and every conversation shows genuine interest and helpfulness. As we sit in the next hotel restaurant and look back on the incomparable service, I realize that I now find the way of communicating in most hotels even more unpleasant because it feels somewhat submissive. This review may seem exaggerated, but I would like to sincerely thank the entire team for that experience and the management for this incomparable corporate culture.

YYaLenkaWe decided to go for a holiday on Boracay Island for a week. We have been looking for a suitable accommodation option for a long time. And when we found this wonderful hotel, we were very happy. The price includes transfer from/to the airport. A friendly, smiling, wonderful young man met us at Caticlan airport, took our luggage, carried it into a comfortable minivan, and took us to the speed boat. Then we sailed by boat to the next pier, from which we were again taken by minivan directly to the hotel. The hotel is small, one-floor, there is no swimming pool or other interesting entertainment on site, BUT the hotel is a subsidiary hotel of the Coast Hotel, which has everything your heart desires: two swimming pools, an entertainment room with table hockey, a library, a Play Station, a small number of sports equipment. You can enjoy all these benefits on a par with the visitors of this hotel. This hotel is located directly on the coastline and very close to the Blue Marina Hotel.
We took breakfast, which turned out to be not a bad option at all. Every day you choose your breakfast from the menu the night before. In the morning you go out to the hotel lobby, they set the table for you and you enjoy it in a relaxed atmosphere. Once we were sent to the Coast hotel for breakfast, we were amazed by the variety of dishes: cheeses, sausages, egg dishes, various fruits, vegetables, yogurt, pastries, main courses. Delicious. At Blue Marina you can only choose one dish. The lobby itself will also have three options for pastries, oatmeal, milk, juice, but no more. They could at least add some more fruit, it would be much better. The hotel room is good, with a large soft bed. Upon arrival, they left us small compliments: Coca-Cola, mango, bananas, a small bottle of rum, sweets, two beach bags, two hand sprays, two pairs of beach slippers. There are a huge number of different cafes near the hotel, so we didnāt go hungry. The beach is 3-5 minutes walk, which is also very cool. The only one huge minus is good audibility, a very loud sound from a nearby cafe, but somewhere at 11-12 at night it closes and there is no more music. But the neighbors can make noise all night, and you can hear it very well. I donāt know how it is in other hotels with this issue, but when we were choosing a hotel, we saw many reviews of hotels telling you that you could hear everything literally to the point of sneezing. Maybe these are the peculiarities of building construction, I am not keen on this matter.
Overall, we enjoyed our vacation and would recommend staying at this hotel if your budget is small and you want a hotel close to the beach, with food and good service. This is definitely a worthy option, especially because of the transfer. Thank you very much for the excellent service, for the warm meeting at the airport, for seeing off early in the morning, for the organized breakfast before leaving early for the airport at the end of our vacation. We really liked everything, if we come to Boracay Island again, it will be the Blue Marina or Coast Hotel.

LLigayatotheworldThe hotel was great and clean. Emman and jeno at the frontdesk was very accomodating and always ready to assist if you needed help with anything. Breakfast is not a buffet but some items at the menu does change which is awesome. This place is right infront of the beach where the watersports are at which is great for people who love to do water activities. This hotel doesnt have a gym for my gym goer friends but you can do water activities to burn all the calories! The crispy shredded adobo with poach egg in the menu is a must try! This hotel also offers massage services at your room aswell. Very accessible and walkable to Dmall. Still part of station 2. You can borrow umbrellas and towels to the beach from this hotel which makes it even more convenient. All in all it was great.

DDream TimThe location is great, but the overall stay could be better. Firstly, in our room it says ātwo full bedsā, but it's not full, as 2 people can hardly sleep together on one bed. Also we didn't like the rule about the sunbeds, that people came to the beach at 6-7 am, put the towel and then left for many hours, and the sunbeds will be āreservedā for them. At some point, there were no available sunbeds with no people on occupied ones.
Staff is helpful, they're trying to solve everything, but in the end, some rules have to be changed in order to improve the service. Also, for the cleaning, you need to request every time for it, and if you didn't request, there will be no cleaning.
Seaside restaurant and bar sofas are good, but also can be reserved with no people sitting there.

My wife and I came here for our wedding anniversary. The hotel very kindly upgraded our room and put us closer to the sea at JONY'S BEACH RESORT, with the sea just across the road.
I would like to express my special gratitude to the staff. The hotel staff are very friendly, smiling, and pleasant people. They will help you with anything and tell you everything you need to know.
They decorated our room and the wall in honor of our anniversary and scattered rose petals on the bed, which was very sweet and pleasant. Upon check-in, the hotel provided a very tasty welcome drink, which was freshly squeezed watermelon. In our experience, it was the most delicious drink among other hotels.
Breakfast with a sea view is wonderful, a great restaurant. The excellent JONY'S restaurant on the beach, I recommend it to everyone!
The hotel provides currency exchange, which is very convenient. If you are leaving early in the morning and don't have time for breakfast, they will give you sandwiches to take with you, and you can choose the flavor yourself. It was very nice, we enjoyed the sandwiches and water at the airport!
Thank you to the very friendly staff, the wonderful girls at the reception, the administration, and the entire hotel for a great time. We left with wonderful impressions and very warm memories of you.

BBeggieShore Time Hotel has a fantastic central locationāyou only need to cross the street to reach White Beach, which makes everything very convenient. The hotel is small but comfortable, and all the staff, especially the housekeeping team, work very hard and are friendly.
With a few small updates in painting and decoration, the hotel could look even better. The green wall color feels a bit too strong, and some decorations seem outdated.
One small surprise was the restaurant downstairs. I was charged 250 pesos for a simple takeaway mango smoothie, which felt a bit expensive.
Overall, it was a comfortable stay in a great location, and with a few minor improvements it could easily be a better experience.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaWe arrived around 1 PM and I already processed everything at the reception for our check-in. Since the check-in time was 2 PM, we waited at the lobby. However, even past 2 PM, their staff didnāt bother to approach or update us regarding our room assignments. I had to keep reminding them because we were already exhausted from traveling and hadnāt even eaten lunch yet.
I booked 4 rooms for our group of 12, including an 8-month-old baby and 2 toddlers, so I expected they would at least prioritize or assist us better. Unfortunately, if you donāt follow up with them, they wonāt really initiate assistance. But instead of getting upset, I just chose to extend my patience that time and move on š¤£
The rooms are already old, which was still okay for us, but we noticed small cockroaches inside the room. I was also concerned about the CR because the floor was very slippery, and they only provided one floor rug.
On the positive side, the location is really good and convenient.
