I love that it’s beachfront but not too crowded, so it feels more peaceful and relaxing compared to other parts of Boracay. Perfect if you want to chill. Amenities were excellent, especially the pool and the beach access. The place is clean and well-maintained, and the room was comfortable enough to rest after a long day. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Service could be a bit faster at times, but nothing major. Would definitely come back again!"

"I arrived past 2pm. I finished checking in at around 2:20 PM, i asked if can alreadtly have the room since im feeling so hot already, no Airconditioned in the lobby, they told me check in time is 3pm so okay i waited. A couple arrived around 225 pm, they finished checking in around 240pm, but they immediately assisted them to their room, it was just so unfair that they allowed them and they let me wait. So i went to front desk asked why they allowed the couple to immediately accomodated to their room the front desk officer just gave me the keycard and no explanation as to why they allowed the couple. When i arrived to my room i immediatelt called them and asked why, they told its because i only booked deluxe and that tjey are preparing the room, but upon the room there is no sign of recent cleaning. So dis appoimting and i felt discrimanated. Also there insect crawling amd theres even cockroach.and there is even a stain in the duvet."

"This was my second time here, and from the moment I landed and found the staff, I didn't have to handle my luggage at all, even for my departure – it was absolutely fantastic. However, there were some things I wasn't happy with. On the first day, they gave me a room at the very end of the hall, and it had a strange smell. I couldn't accept it, especially since I paid quite a bit for a beach view room. After a long discussion, they could only offer a room with a better view for the next day. Because of the smell, I had to downgrade to a clean transitional room, but the hotel refused to refund the price difference. Ultimately, Trip.com covered the difference, which just goes to show how reliable Trip.com is and how proactively they communicate with hotels, even if the final outcome wasn't perfect. The next day, the view was decent. If you're choosing a beach room, rooms 71-75 have better views, while 77 is an end room next to staff quarters and is very, very poor. As for breakfast, it's significantly worse than when I visited in 2023. There's very little variety, just enough to fill you up, and surprisingly, no pineapple or banana juice. Next time I go to Boracay, I'll definitely hesitate to choose this place again because of the end-room issue. Photo 1 is the excellent pickup service, Photo 2 is the transitional garden-view room. Photo 3 is the balcony view from the end room, Photo 4 is the room I switched to on the second day."

"Aqua Boracay really has a luxurious feel - it’s aesthetic design and white-themed buildings really looks elegant and cool at the same time! It is located in Bulabog and has a direct access to the Bulabog beach area. It is more peaceful in this beach than the main white beach. It is not too far also from white beach, they have free shuttle every hour going to Dmall. The hotel room we booked (junior suite) is very spacious, clean and has a relaxing feel. It comes with a very spacious living room and dining area. The bed is huge and very comfortable. The comfort room comes with a bath tub which looks luxurious. The hotel staffs are very professional, friendly and accommodating! Breakfast is buffet style. The food is delicous and it comes with a wide variety of dishes. There are two pools in the hotel, both of which are very nice. We really enjoyed out stay! Will surely recommend this to our friends."

"Absolutely amazing! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Boracay. Before check-in, you can enjoy the hotel's pool and private beach. Free paddleboarding is also available! Upon checking in, we received welcome sweets that weren't very tasty! (But they looked cute, so I was happy). The hotel had a few restaurants, but there was a Filipino restaurant and a mall nearby that caught our eye, so we ate lunch and dinner there. The breakfast area had high ceilings and felt very open and spacious! There was a wide variety of delicious food. One thing to note is that the locations of the pools other than the main one were a bit hard to find. Also, when I was walking around the hotel at night, I encountered large bugs and frogs! 😭"

"I never write hotel reviews, but this is one of those times I felt compelled to. Here's my breakdown: 1. **Magnificent Villa Location.** We stayed in the largest villa, Sol, which had its own private pool. It offered the most breathtaking view of the famous White Beach. One of our guests literally teared up upon seeing the view for the first time. It's truly stunning. I honestly don't think there's a better view on the island. 2. **Comfortable and Cozy Villa.** The villa itself was very comfortable and cozy to live in. The only minor downside is that it's starting to show its age and could use a cosmetic renovation. Also, there's a slight issue with water pressure on the second floor – it's very low. But these are minor details compared to the overall experience. However, it's something to keep in mind for those who expect a perfectly pristine renovation. 3. **Lush Grounds.** The complex grounds are enveloped in greenery and flowers. The main pool is truly a little slice of paradise. 4. **Secluded Beach.** The beach you reach by descending from the villa is the second most beautiful after White Beach. And to be honest, we actually liked it even more than White Beach. 5. **Attentive Staff.** The staff were incredibly attentive and responsive, yet never intrusive. Housekeeping was excellent and done daily. Towels were changed, dishes washed – everything was perfect. We made quite a mess, so please excuse us if that was an issue. 6. **Private Beach Restaurant and Loungers.** The complex has its own restaurant and sun loungers on the beach, which is a huge rarity for Boracay since all beaches are public. This was incredibly convenient for us. You could have breakfast, relax on the loungers, and sip delicious cocktails from the bar. Special thanks to the chefs at the beach restaurant. We tried most of the menu, and all the dishes were prepared to the highest quality. Thank you. We visited many restaurants on the island, but your food was truly delicious. Thank you for making our vacation truly fantastic. We will definitely be back."

"I expected more, especially knowing that this is a 5-star hotel. The linens had visible stains, and there were some cleanliness issues that were overlooked. I reported these to the front desk for future reference. They acknowledged my concern, but they didn't offer to change the linens or send housekeeping to check the room. (I'm not expecting any compensation. It would've just been a nice gesture if they were more proactive.) Room 308 also needs some maintenance. The AC was leaking and wasn't cooling that well. The shower heater wasn't working properly, the vanity chair was broken and almost detached, and the luggage rack near the TV was already worn out and had stains. (These issues didn't really affect my stay that much, but I think they should still be addressed. If another guest, especially a foreigner, stays here, they would definitely complain.) I didn't report these issues, even during checkout, because after my first concern, I honestly felt like they would just be ignored. During checkout, I called ahead and requested for someone to inspect the room so the process would be faster. Unfortunately, it seemed like no one was sent. I waited longer than expected—it was supposed to take around 5 minutes, but it took about 8 minutes. They also didn't give me any update. (I think if I hadn't asked for a follow-up, I would've waited even longer.) On the positive side, the breakfast was good. The Lagoon Bar was also great, especially the server there. (I forgot his name, but he's been working there for about 3 years. 😅) Overall, my stay was good. Hoping my next stay feels more like a true 5-star experience. The hotel has great potential, but I think being more proactive with guest concerns, cleanliness, and room maintenance would make a big difference."
