Cari Hotel 3-Star di Wroclaw

Mixed feelings and let me explain why. Everything is brand new and very well designed, studios look great, just like in photos, lighting is nice, materials used are good. From visual pov it's all perfect, but there are some things that are crucial for good hotel experience that are lacking here. First of all beds are soft, too soft for me, same I can say about pillows - they lack that premium feeling. Next issue? Water pressure under the shower is low and as it's all brand new, I guess that's on purpose and I don't like it. And one last thing that caught me off guard - even if you have breakfast included, there are ”extra options”, that are freshly made that you need to extra pay for on the spot. Tbh it's a first time I met with such solutions and I don't get it - if breakfast is included in my room rate, why I have to pay extra cash for some poached eggs? Car park has a pretty narrow entrance but spacious spots so plus for that.

Fenomenalny hotel! Widać ile pracy zostało włożone w odrestaurowanie tego klasztoru/szpitala - zostało to wykonane bardzo ładnie. Pokój bardzo oryginalny i wygodny. Śniadanie przepyszne - duży plus za możliwość bezpłatnego zamówienia ciepłego dania poza tym co jest dostępne z i tak dużej ilości rzeczy w formie szwedzkiego stołu. Lokalizacja hotelu jak dla mnie idealna - z pewnością wrócę jeszcze przy kolejnej okazji.

New, nice hotel. Really spacious room, quiet, great breakfast. The only drawback is car access - you need to pay 8PLN just to leave the luggage in the front doors, even if you leave after 1 minute. I will recommend and come back one day for sure.

Location is very good, few meters away from the old town. Staffs were very accomodating.

Wszystko super, pokój czysty, obsługa miła i pomocna. Na pewno wrócę tym bardziej że hotel jest w super miejscu.

Biasa-biasa sahaja... Cadarnya bersih, tuala juga. Lantai paling banyak disapu, atau dilap, saya ragu. Bilik mandinya berdebu, cermin dan rak di bawahnya kotor. Ada rambut di sinki. Bahagian hadapan perabot mempunyai banyak kesan tapak tangan dan kotoran. Bilik ini perlu dicat semula. Langsir dan langsir mungkin tidak pernah dibasuh. Cuaca agak sejuk, walaupun penghawa dingin ditetapkan pada suhu yang lebih tinggi (saya syak ia ditetapkan pada suhu yang lebih tinggi). Radiator bilik mandi sangat panas.

The apartment was nice and clean amenities were good. Blankets and towels were clean. I just had a problem with the staff over the phone. They had to ask a lot of questions and couldn’t find the booking quickly. Took them a lot of time to answer questions. Also, you have to log on to their app to get instructions how to open the door which is fine but it can get confusing to some people.

For the price, this is a decent hotel. It is well situated, Rooms are quiet and clean, if a bit austere. There is no room cleaning during the stay. I was there for a week, so I did get new towels. The breakfast is reasonably priced and very varied. This turns into a real restaurant at night. Didn't get a chance to try, as it required reservations. The room Wi-Fi was not great. It works well in the lobby, and less well, if at all, in the room. That being said, this is a nice hotel, well situated, and reasonably inexpensive. I dealt with the Wifi.

Expectations met, good cost/benefit. While I stayed just for a night, a small tip that I think would improve a lot for those staying longer: add some pots to the kitchenware instead of just a tiny frying pan!

The hotel is good for budget travels. Staff were nice and accommodating. This hotel is very near tram stops and bus stops. Also near the old town. The breakfast voucher is worth it they have a great selection of breakfast items. The only downside is that there is no air conditioning.
