We absolutely loved our stay at Le Neuf! Everything is perfect: the room, the location, the cleanliness, the rooftop, the bikes, etc... The owner is very nice and speaks good English, he also took us to the train station on our last day, which was super nice of him. We highly recommend this place, it is totally worth it!

Good hotel. Clean, spacious rooms with balcony. Smart TV. Huge supermarket and Big C shopping center nearby. It Is not centrally located, so you will need to use Grab or Bolt car service apps to get to the center where the action is.

ตั้งอยู่ใกล้กับสถานีขนส่ง สะดวกในการเดินทางเป็นอย่างมาก และยังใกล้ร้านสะดวกซื้อ ร้านอาหารอีกด้วย โรงแรมไม่ใหญ่แต่ได้มาตรฐาน ห้องพักแม้จะเล็กไปหน่อย แต่ก็มีการจัดวางตำแหน่งที่ดี

ถ้าอยู่ห้องล่างจะได้กลิ่นน้ำเน่าห้องพักข้างล่าง น้ำไม่ระบายไม่ปล่อยเลยมีกลิ่นเหม็น ...นอกนั้นที่พักอาหาร บริการ ดีหมด ส่วนชั้น2 มีกลิ่นท่อจากห้องน้ำนิดหน่อย นอกนั้นโอเคร

This hotel's location is seriously top-notch, right in the heart of the city and super close to the market. It's definitely a budget-friendly option, which is a big plus. However, I have to mention that it could have been a bit cleaner. It felt quite local and authentic, which was interesting. Overall, if you're prioritizing location and price over pristine cleanliness, this place is worth considering.

Good hotel with a good location. You can walk across the bridge the walking street market in 10mins. Also 1 real local market nearby, Tessaban 3 market, which local people still come to shopping. Services of the hotel is very good. Price is very cheap. Only 1 thing I gave 4 stars is a car parking. It's very tide.

The booking was bed and breakfast. Room was clean, bed was comfortable which meet our expectations for the price. The only comment which could be be addressed is the breakfast. With the number of guest being small and with the breakfast service available from 07.00 to 10.00, perhaps the hot food could be served to order as opposed to the food left exposed on a hot plate for up to 3 hours

โรงแรม เป็นโรงแรมเล็ก ๆ แต่ก็ ดูดี สะอาด มีปัญหานิดหน่อยตอนเข้าพัก เพราะมีคำขอพิเศษ ในการขอเชิญเสิร์ฟ แต่เจ้าหน้าที่แจ้งว่าไม่มีข้อความระบุไว้ เลยต้องเสียเวลาอยู่หน้าเคาน์เตอร์ เพื่อติดต่อกับ Trip.com และเตียงเสริมก็หมดแล้วพนักงานแม่บ้านก็กลับบ้านแล้วเพราะเป็นเวลาเลิกงาน แต่พนักงานโรงแรม ก็แก้ไขปัญหาให้ ด้วยการให้พักห้องสามเตียง ถือว่าเป็นการแก้ไขปัญหาที่ใช่ได้ โดยเราต้องเสียเงินเพิ่มอีกแต่ว่าอยู่ในราคาที่ยอมรับได้ และดูประหยัด

ที่พักกว้างขวางไม่แออัด ห้องสะอาด แอร์เย็น มีที่จอดรถoutdoor แต่* เราได้ห้องที่ไฟหน้าห้องและทีวีเปิดไม่ติด พยายามที่จะเปิดทีวีอยู่นานแต่ก็ไม่ติด ซึ่งเห็นว่ามีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกนี้ควรได้ใช้ เลยไปแจ้งพนักงานต้อนรับคนที่รับเช็คอิน (มีพนักงานคนเดียวทั้งโรงแรม เพราะเช็คอินดึก) พนักงานแจ้งแค่ว่า ทีวีไม่ดี (อาจจะหมายถึงทีวีเสีย) และไม่มีการเปลี่ยนห้อง หรือ ทำการขอโทษแต่อย่างใด รวมไปถึงไฟหน้าห้อง ก็บอกถ้าเปิดไม่ติดก็คือเสีย อ้าวววว เสียเยอะขนาดนี้ควรมีการแก้ไขเฉพาะหน้า แต่เซอร์วิชมายพนักงานคนนี้เท่ากับ0 ที่พักดีมากๆๆๆราคาถูก แต่พอมีพนักงานแบบนี้ทำให้ผู้เข้าพักเฟลมากๆๆค่ะ ควรเตรียมคำพูดหรือการแก้ไขที่ดีกว่านี้ ตอนเช็คเอ้าท์ไม่มีพนักงานซักคน ยืนรอกดกระดิ่งอยู่นาน สรุปได้วางกุญแจไว้เคาเตอร์ และไม่มีการโทรมายืนยันการเช็คเอ้าท์เลย สรุปสั้นๆเลยคือ ที่พักดีราคาถูกให้เต็ม10 แต่พนักงาน ให้ติดลบค่ะ
