The restaurant area, parts of the resort, and even the beach did not feel as well maintained as they should be. • The beach directly in front of the hotel tends to get crowded, with many sunbeds occupied by towels for hours without being used. • The food is average overall, and the breakfast in particular is quite bland and uninspiring. That said, the sea itself is beautiful and almost makes up for the shortcomings (swimming surrounded by fishes is amazing). It’s worth staying for a couple of days to enjoy the view and the water. You can also head to the nearby, more secluded stretch of Loh Moo Dee for a quieter and more pleasant beach experience.

Great location, easy to access the whole town but not noisy. The staff were friendly and helpful, our bags were carried to our room and there is also a pier collection service. However we weren't aware of this so made our own way to the hotel so be sure to ask! The bed is clean, comfortable and big! Water, tea and coffee everyday with room clean if needed. The drain in our shower was blocked when we arrived but we reported this and it was swiftly fixed. There is a small communal area downstairs for games, reading, drinks with friends etc but it's never loud/busy. There is also a night manager who is available in the front lobby throughout the night which I really liked and made me feel safe. He has excellent English and is kind and helpful. Be aware that you must have a 1k Baht cash deposit on check in. We had no issues getting it back at checkout. (Unrelated note: The hotel is nearby to a great trip operator - book the early bird Maya Bay trip with Sawsdee Phi Phi, you won't regret it. We also booked our ferry through him and it all went smoothly and much cheaper than GYG or 12Go.)

This property falls into that category. The room wasn’t sparkling clean, but it was adequate for a short stay. The bed itself was comfortable, though the pillows could use improvement. The room was a decent size, but not particularly aesthetically appealing. Amenities were basic: Shower gel, pool/beach towels, bath towels and a washcloth were provided. There may have been some plumbing issues, as a mild sewage odor was occasionally noticeable, which was unpleasant but not overpowering. There is no elevator, however the staff was helpful with luggage, and the flights of stairs are short and manageable. Overall, Coco Bella Hotel works if you’re prioritizing location and practicality over comfort or luxury. It’s suitable for travelers who plan to spend most of their time out exploring Phi Phi and just need a place to sleep at the end of the day.

The The bungalows are cozy and well-situated, offering privacy and beautiful sea views. Falling asleep to the sound of the ocean and waking up just steps from the beach makes the stay feel special and refreshing. The beach is peaceful and uncrowded, perfect for swimming, snorkeling, or simply enjoying the calm surroundings. The staff are kind and attentive, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere throughout your stay. Food at the on-site restaurant is fresh and flavorful, with great Thai options and seafood. Watching the sunset while having dinner is a highlight you won’t forget.

I had an exceptional stay at Phi Phi Long Beach Resort Villa. In my experience, this is the most balanced and comfortable location on the island. Other areas tend to be overcrowded and noisy, especially considering that Phi Phi receives massive daily traffic from Krabi, Phuket, and other nearby destinations. Most visitors are day-trippers or short-term guests, while only a small number stay for a week or longer. For a 5–6 day holiday, this area is ideal. I found a very good deal for this hotel and paid 60 USD per night, which is an excellent price for the overall level, location, and quality of breakfast. The rooms are spacious, though some construction materials are visibly exposed—cracks, chips, unpainted surfaces, and panels that could be better finished. I booked a twin room with two single beds, but such a room was not available upon arrival. The hotel provided an extra bed free of charge, resulting in a king bed plus a single bed. Space was sufficient, and cleanliness was consistently maintained. Housekeeping does an excellent job, working daily and attentively. The air conditioning performs well. The shower is basic, just an open floor without separation, but for this price and for an island with limited logistics, this is acceptable. Electricity works reliably. Wi-Fi exists but only functions near the reception area. Rooms are located higher up the hill, and in my unit the signal did not reach at all. This was the biggest disappointment, as I had to rely on mobile data. Reception and restaurant staff are friendly and welcoming. The hotel provides a free transfer from the main pier during check-in and check-out hours. We preferred not to rely on the schedule and used long-tail taxis instead: 120 THB per person during the day and 150 THB in the evening. Around the hotel there are many good cafés; walking to the right side of the beach you can find a small, cozy place where we ate regularly without any issues. I would not recommend eating in the main tourist center, where food hygiene complaints are common. The concierge team helps with luggage upon arrival and departure; when arriving by long-tail boat they meet you at the beach and deliver bags directly to your room. The standard tip is 100 THB, which I found reasonable considering the heat and the distance across the sand. The hotel has a swimming pool, though I chose not to use it, as I wasn’t sure about water replacement frequency. Breakfast offers a wide selection, consistently good coffee, and fresh fruits—usually dragon fruit and watermelon, or pineapple and watermelon. The continental options are solid, with a few Thai dishes available. Breakfast was excellent and kept us full until late afternoon. The beach is outstanding, with beautiful water and a peaceful atmosphere. I recommend buying water shoes, as sea urchins are present; I saw them while snorkeling. The water quality, sand, and overall environment are exceptional and fully worth the stay. We visited the central area once and immediately understood that it was not for us: loud, crowded, chaotic, and unpleasant. I would not recommend staying anywhere near the central streets. Long Beach offers everything needed for a perfect stay. I highly recommend this hotel and advise future guests to explore reviews of this specific area, as they will be helpful.

I chose this hotel after walking past it earlier and seeing the pool from the outside. It looked nice enough to convince me to stay here. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a mistake. It seems that this hotel and next to it the Phi Phi Andaman Beach Resort Is the same hotel with the same management just with different name To start with the positives — the staff are polite and helpful. Someone waited for us and other at the pier when we arrived with the ferry ⛴️ and helped transport the luggage to the hotel (about a 15-minute walk). Reception staff were friendly as well. That’s appreciated — but also fairly standard service in this area, Breakfast is acceptable there is enough variety to satisfy basic hunger. However, there is no proper coffee machine and the bread selection is disappointing. The baguette, for example, was dry. On the positive side, the dining area has a beautiful sea view. Honestly, the view is more satisfying than the food itself. The hotel itself is clearly neglected. The grass is burned and not maintained, trees and bushes are not trimmed, and the overall property looks like it hasn’t been properly cared for in a long time. The room lighting in the room is very poor. The bed is acceptable but the bathroom lighting is extremely weak I couldn't see myself shaving and the water pressure is barely enough for a normal shower. The air conditioner also works weakly and noisy Honestly, it’s hard to understand how management feels comfortable selling rooms in this condition. If the hotel doesn’t care about its guests, why should guests care about the hotel? Luckily, I booked only one night to test the place first. I’m leaving and moving somewhere else. And the pool the reason I chose this hotel in the first place was the biggest disappointment. The water is very warm and smells strongly of chlorine, tiles inside the pool are missing or broken, the internal steps feel unsafe, some chairs are torn, and some areas of the synthetic carpet are ripped. So yes — the pool looks nice from the outside. Just don’t make the mistake of getting closer.

The best part of the hotel is the location. If you take a house with sea view you will be in the first line and the views are amazing. We really enjoyed this. The shower was pretty bad, water is partly salty and the water pressure is very very low, butt off course it is functional and you can shower. Breakfast was normal, nothing special, quite repetitive. There are many lovely cats around. In general is a good hotel to enjoy the contact with the nature and the sea.

I recently stayed at The Hotel and it was a delightful experience! The staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient. My room was spacious, spotless, and offered a stunning city view. The bed was super comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The dining options were excellent, with delicious meals and attentive service. Highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay!

The hotel was lovely, the view from my room was stunning ! Very dreamy !! a bit of a walk to the main area but still quite doable. The pool access was wonderful. Cons: The bed wasn’t quite comfortable and the walls are bit too thin. The staff that was stationed in the evening was quite rude to us.

This hotel stay was very nice. The pool view is stunning The hotel owner is very helpful and friendly. She even upgraded our room without extra cost . She even organised someone to pick us up and carry our bags from the pear and from hotel to pear at check-in and check out . She even keeps our bags in a place near to pear for us to pick up in the afternoon for our ferry trip. Staff is very friendly too. We really enjoyed our two days stay and definitely recommend this hotel stay Will come back again with my family See view villa was the one we stayed it was the best
