This hotel is conveniently located right at the heart of the island, only 200m away from Tonsai Pier, Loh Dalum beach, McDonald's, etc. The hotel owner and his staff is very friendly and helpful. We were even surprised to receive coupons for free lunch buffet at a nearby restaurant. The rooms were a bit smaller than we expected and without windows but it was no big issue since we got all the basic amenities and they were very clean. I highly recommend this place for anyone planning to visit Phi Phi

The restaurant area, parts of the resort, and even the beach did not feel as well maintained as they should be. • The beach directly in front of the hotel tends to get crowded, with many sunbeds occupied by towels for hours without being used. • The food is average overall, and the breakfast in particular is quite bland and uninspiring. That said, the sea itself is beautiful and almost makes up for the shortcomings (swimming surrounded by fishes is amazing). It’s worth staying for a couple of days to enjoy the view and the water. You can also head to the nearby, more secluded stretch of Loh Moo Dee for a quieter and more pleasant beach experience.

Great stay at Coco Bella hotel . The location is ideal if you enjoy nightlife and being close to the action, with plenty of restaurants, tours, massage places and activities within easy reach. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety and quality. The pool area was also a highlight—very relaxing and well maintained. We stayed in a pool access room, which was fantastic and made the experience even better as we could step directly into the pool from our room. Overall, a very enjoyable stay with great facilities and a lively, convenient location.

I had an exceptional stay at Phi Phi Long Beach Resort Villa. In my experience, this is the most balanced and comfortable location on the island. Other areas tend to be overcrowded and noisy, especially considering that Phi Phi receives massive daily traffic from Krabi, Phuket, and other nearby destinations. Most visitors are day-trippers or short-term guests, while only a small number stay for a week or longer. For a 5–6 day holiday, this area is ideal. I found a very good deal for this hotel and paid 60 USD per night, which is an excellent price for the overall level, location, and quality of breakfast. The rooms are spacious, though some construction materials are visibly exposed—cracks, chips, unpainted surfaces, and panels that could be better finished. I booked a twin room with two single beds, but such a room was not available upon arrival. The hotel provided an extra bed free of charge, resulting in a king bed plus a single bed. Space was sufficient, and cleanliness was consistently maintained. Housekeeping does an excellent job, working daily and attentively. The air conditioning performs well. The shower is basic, just an open floor without separation, but for this price and for an island with limited logistics, this is acceptable. Electricity works reliably. Wi-Fi exists but only functions near the reception area. Rooms are located higher up the hill, and in my unit the signal did not reach at all. This was the biggest disappointment, as I had to rely on mobile data. Reception and restaurant staff are friendly and welcoming. The hotel provides a free transfer from the main pier during check-in and check-out hours. We preferred not to rely on the schedule and used long-tail taxis instead: 120 THB per person during the day and 150 THB in the evening. Around the hotel there are many good cafés; walking to the right side of the beach you can find a small, cozy place where we ate regularly without any issues. I would not recommend eating in the main tourist center, where food hygiene complaints are common. The concierge team helps with luggage upon arrival and departure; when arriving by long-tail boat they meet you at the beach and deliver bags directly to your room. The standard tip is 100 THB, which I found reasonable considering the heat and the distance across the sand. The hotel has a swimming pool, though I chose not to use it, as I wasn’t sure about water replacement frequency. Breakfast offers a wide selection, consistently good coffee, and fresh fruits—usually dragon fruit and watermelon, or pineapple and watermelon. The continental options are solid, with a few Thai dishes available. Breakfast was excellent and kept us full until late afternoon. The beach is outstanding, with beautiful water and a peaceful atmosphere. I recommend buying water shoes, as sea urchins are present; I saw them while snorkeling. The water quality, sand, and overall environment are exceptional and fully worth the stay. We visited the central area once and immediately understood that it was not for us: loud, crowded, chaotic, and unpleasant. I would not recommend staying anywhere near the central streets. Long Beach offers everything needed for a perfect stay. I highly recommend this hotel and advise future guests to explore reviews of this specific area, as they will be helpful.

The The bungalows are cozy and well-situated, offering privacy and beautiful sea views. Falling asleep to the sound of the ocean and waking up just steps from the beach makes the stay feel special and refreshing. The beach is peaceful and uncrowded, perfect for swimming, snorkeling, or simply enjoying the calm surroundings. Good place , perfect pool with a view , good bug and varios breakfast. There was even a Russian olivier salad for breakfast) Small but clean room. If you book the room near to bar , you will hear music and songs to the morning 😂 however When booking such rooms, they are marked and warned about this. The hotel grounds are beautiful and green

The highlight of the stay was undoubtedly the location—the view from the room was stunning, with beautiful beaches right in front of the property, accessible only to hotel guests. The resort also provides complimentary beach bags for in-house guests, which is a thoughtful touch. Breakfast was excellent, offering a good variety and quality. The staff were courteous and helpful, making the stay comfortable. However, the washroom facilities felt outdated and could benefit from renovation. Additionally, the main market is a bit far, so walking may not be convenient for everyone.

The hotel was lovely, the view from my room was stunning ! Very dreamy !! a bit of a walk to the main area but still quite doable. The pool access was wonderful. Cons: The bed wasn’t quite comfortable and the walls are bit too thin. The staff that was stationed in the evening was quite rude to us.

This hotel stay was very nice. The pool view is stunning The hotel owner is very helpful and friendly. She even upgraded our room without extra cost . She even organised someone to pick us up and carry our bags from the pear and from hotel to pear at check-in and check out . She even keeps our bags in a place near to pear for us to pick up in the afternoon for our ferry trip. Staff is very friendly too. We really enjoyed our two days stay and definitely recommend this hotel stay Will come back again with my family See view villa was the one we stayed it was the best
