My room was very spacious bcs it was wheelchair accessible. Room is clean, well cooled. Equipped with adjustable AC. Check in to check out process was great. Very friendly agent Pedro was calm and courteous. Location is favourable for my asylum office interview on 1501 Biscayne. Service and room checks all five stars!

Room: Large and spacious, well maintained and clean. Room was cleaned on a daily basis, and fresh towels given daily. We were staying next to the gym and pool area, and unfortunately it was quite noisy at time. We were happy to have a balcony, however, there was no view from it at all as it was blocked. Room was quite dark, could have done with some more light fixtures. Big TV in room, however, even though it is a smart TV, it doesn’t connect to devices. Bring a HDMI cable if you want to stream shows. Pool and gym: Larger than the images, quiet in the morning but busy around midday to afternoon. Not very many sun loungers, but pool area and pool itself was clean and there were plenty of complimentary pool towels, although they run out when it is busy. Limited facilities at the gym, just a couple of treadmills and weights. One of the treadmills was broken, but gym towels were provided, and the area feels new and clean. Staff: Front desk were always very helpful, and available. We did have to ask twice about replacing toilet roll and towels, however it was sorted, even though it was late at night. Location: Very central, walking distance to all the Brickell city centre cafes and restaurant. Close to transport links which take you around Miami from Brickell Station. Surrounding area felt safe, especially as two young women travelling. Bar located on the 24th floor has great views and a great area to work or grab a drink. Although it is part of a different hotel, staff were very happy to give us access to visit it. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Indigo, would really recommend, and it is great value for money.

Close to the Miami airport and has free shuttle service. Room is large with microwave,glasss top stove, coffee machine and large fridge , king size comfy bed and sofa. Nice swimming pool by the ponds The only problem is poor wifi and breakfast just okay.

The hotel was totally renovated. The room is very spacious, nicely decorated with a sofa, small table and a desk. The bed is very comfortable. Coffee and tea are provided. It is located near the airport with shuttle. Very convenient for a.short stay upon arrival or departure

Rooms were not available at check in time. It took a long time. Staff could be a little friendly, it will go a long way. Overall hotel was beautiful, location was great, room was amazing. I had ocean view and it was so therapeutic. I didn’t use their shuttle service though it is offered. Will book again in the future.

Very nice place very friendly and kind, came down for surgery had to call the desk numerous mornings asking to please stop the bagging from the gym I had had surgery and was resting. Please keep in mind room 811 is very noise from the gym. Took very good care of us cleaned my room when asked to, always was promo with towels when needed, the washer and dryer was a huge help for being there 11 days, a lot of choices for the breakfast bar. Very nice stay besides the thump thump, in the mornings. Thank you for sharing your time with us , I think the parking is a little over priced as well,

Hotel ini murah dan menjimatkan kos. 10 minit memandu dari pusat bandar. Milik hotel pangsapuri. Tidak ada lobi besar. Ada sambutan hangat. Ia hanya biasa-biasa sahaja, terutamanya berhampiran bandar. Sarapan termasuk dalam harga, tetapi ia hanya begitu-begitu sahaja, dengan mentega kacang pada roti dan sedikit sos manis. Mereka yang mahukan hidangan penuh mungkin sedikit kecewa. Tempat letak kereta di tingkat bawah. Sebaik sahaja kad bilik dileret, pintu pagar tempat letak kereta dibuka. Perasaan keseluruhannya seperti tinggal di pinggir bandar. Harganya tidaklah mahal. Kaca di bilik mandi adalah kegemaran saya. Bersih dan bergaya. Jika anda ingin merasai sedikit lagi fesyen dan kemewahan, anda boleh menambah berpuluh-puluh ringgit untuk tinggal di bandar.

Review: I arrived at 7:00 AM and found no staff, no reception, and no check-in instructions. My wife and I had to wait outside until another guest happened to come out and let us in. Inside, I met someone who I thought was staff, but he was just another guest. He tried to help me contact the hotel, but no one — not even other guests — could reach the manager. There is no real lobby, just a yard. I waited three hours outside until someone finally responded. Then I was told I couldn’t check in until 3:00 PM unless I paid $100 extra. That’s way more than most hotels charge for early check-in which is about 20$. I asked for a refund so I could leave — they refused. With no choice, I left my luggage with the housekeeper (the only helpful person) and had to walk around the city with my wife for six hours before coming back. When I finally checked in, I just got a text message with a door code — no person, no welcome. The room had lots of bugs, and both of us got bitten badly overnight. There were even cockroaches in the kitchen. This is not a real hotel. It’s overpriced, poorly managed, and has no customer service. Avoid if you care about basic hospitality.

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Got a room on 6th floor with a nice side view. It is a very busy hotel, so the 2 lifts get really busy in peak hours. Very comfortable beds and good daily servicing of the rooms - good hotel overall
