入住時，是兩大一小，前台小妹很勉為其難的送了我們一個價值38的早餐，所以要表揚一下寫個好評。 這是本次假期旅行的最後一站嗯，定的時候被環境吸引，想不慌不忙的喝個茶拍個照，結果在清明上河圖耍晚了，到酒店晚上10點了，管家有熱情的等我們，房間準備小點心和一壺玉米漿床品舒適，被單柔軟。 酒店硬件環境沒的説，裝修用心，用色大膽，復古與時尚的對沖，但是到離店逛了一圈沒有看到大家説的負一樓收藏品，管家也沒有介紹。酒店外圍是個莊園，大環境也是很到位的，不過介意房產酒店的慎選啊。 軟件服務呢。。。確實很值得表揚，有踐行節約環保啊。。。碩大的房間衹有一個床頭有一盒抽紙，房間和衞生間兩頭有垃圾桶（隔着十萬八千里，讓愛衞生的我們被動運動），洗漱台沒有垃圾桶。。。洗漱間沒有插座無法第一時間享受戴森吹風機。。。房間有4瓶黃山礦泉水，因為我們玩了一天，太渴了，請管家多送幾瓶礦泉水到房間，管家很快的響應，用漂亮的愛馬仕黃口袋裝了4小瓶農夫山泉，讓我們電解質平衡。。。早餐配不上1000多的房價和環境，我們是山裡來的接受半自助定餐，但是太摳搜了吧，麪包5片放在餐盤中，問了管家等烤好的麪包都冷了才拿出了黃油和果醬，黃油是切片的很小一塊（説怕化），咖啡機壞了衹能做純咖啡，對不起dior杯子，餛燉還可以，發糕已經蒸太久了底子也化了。。。還有還有高檔環境的餐廳小管家看不上大胃客人啊，看到有其他客人來想要一碗餛燉，用大點的碗多煮點，管家各種溝通不暢不耐煩。 總的來説是好的酒店，希望更好，畢竟下次來橫店，我們還想住這的～😍😍👍👍👍

We stayed at the Floral Hotel beside Dream Valley during Chinese New Year, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable hotel experiences we’ve had anywhere in China. While the location is already a major advantage being just steps away from Dream Valley and close to the other Hengdian attractions - what truly sets this hotel apart is the heart and personality behind it. This is not a typical boutique hotel. It’s a place shaped by the owners’ passion, taste, and genuine care for their guests. From the moment you arrive, you can feel that the hotel is a labor of love. The architecture and interior design are beautifully curated, with many pieces collected by the owners over the years. Walking through the courtyard and hallways feels like stepping into a different era, almost like entering a scene from the Song dynasty. Yet the rooms themselves are fully modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. It’s a rare blend of historical atmosphere and contemporary convenience, and it creates a sense of immersion that you simply don’t get at most hotels in the area. Even though we didn’t stay in the hotel’s best room, we were extremely comfortable. The beds are very firm - something to keep in mind depending on your preference - but we slept well. The room features a large, modern soaking tub that’s perfect after a long day of walking through the film sets and a separate bathroom and shower. And one of our favorite touches was the smart projector in the room, which turns a simple movie night into a cinematic experience. It’s small details like these that show how much thought has gone into making the stay enjoyable. But the true highlight of our visit was the hospitality. The owners are warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making guests feel welcome. On one rainy day, when there wasn’t much for us to do outside, they invited us into their main hall for tea. They set up a traditional tea table with a heated brazier, creating a cozy, intimate atmosphere that felt like visiting old friends rather than staying at a hotel. They kept bringing local snacks: seeds, small rice cakes, and even freshly cooked sweet potato - all offered freely and with genuine kindness. My wife and kids loved every bit of it. What could have been a dull, rainy afternoon became one of our favorite memories of the entire trip. Their kindness extended beyond that moment. At one point, we accidentally made a mess in our room (entirely our fault) and the owners helped us clean up without a hint of frustration or judgment. It’s rare to find that level of patience and understanding, especially during the busy holiday season. Breakfast each morning was another highlight. The hotel has a local cook who clearly takes pride in her craft. The dishes were fresh and simple but full of flavor, prepared with care and attention. You could feel her pride in everything she served. It’s the kind of breakfast that makes you slow down and appreciate the home cooked moment, rather than rushing through a buffet line like at larger hotels. All in all, this hotel was a true win for us. The personal touches, the warmth of the owners, the passion of the cook, and the unique atmosphere created by the carefully collected antiques all come together to create an experience that stands out among the many boutique hotels in the area. In fact, I would say it’s probably better than any other hotel around Hengdian. It’s rare to find a place that feels both deeply rooted in local culture and fully equipped with modern comforts, but this hotel manages to do exactly that. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Hengdian, whether for the parks, the film sets, or simply a relaxing getaway. And if we ever return to the area, we would stay here again without hesitation.

The location is good. The hotel interior desires really nice or decorate by antique furniture and the lighting is very nice. You can take a lot of photo in the ground floor and corridor. The room is the same as what I see in the website decoration is nice and clean. We went in May and the weather is hot and the hotel air condition is this is good enough. We got upgraded to bigger room and the washroom is very big. The receptionist and or the hotel butler ( I forgot adked her name) is very friendly and helpful. I would like to said thank you to her. The hotel provided free breakfast. It tastes good. We lived 2 nights and they very early in the morning that we cannot catch up the breakfast time. The hotel butler prepared takeout for us so that we can have it in airport. The breakfast included congee, homemade sausage, fruit, milk. It all tasted good. I definitely will recommend to all my friend. I will book again when I come back..

Very friendly and great hospitality by the owners. They are friendly and helpful and gave us a food and attraction strategy guide which was very useful as our purpose in Hengdian was to visit the major filming studios. The estate was located deep in a neighbourhood area and we have a small problem locating the front entrance desk. Currently they are still doing upgrading to the estate with gardens and swimming pool (refer to photo). I'm sure it will look amazing once completed. The estate was built in 2023 from the ground up and was designed by the same designer who did the Qin Palace. No wonder this homestay has this ancient building look. The room was pretty nice but I find the bed to be too stiff. I'm used to a soft and cushy kind of bed back home and couldn't sleep well for the 3 nights we are there. My family members have no such problem though. Homemade breakfast was provided everyday by 1 of the cleaner cum cook lady. She was super friendly and the food are fantastic and healthy. This is definitely worth a look if you are looking for accomodation in Hengdian and want to experience a more localised feel compared to a standard hotel stay.

We had a wonderful time at the this amazing place. The crew was really friendly and helpful. The bed and shower was great. We did BBQ at our balcony which was very conveniente. Breakfast was full of ingredients. Hot springs are relaxed and warm. Want to say a special thank you to the crew : The team leader, Ah Fang, the front desk staff, Xiao Ye, and Xiao Chang, as well as Xiao Zhang, the shuttle bus driver. 我们在这里度过了非常美好的时光。 工作人员非常友好，也很乐于帮助我们。房间的床和淋浴都很棒。我们还在阳台上烧烤，非常方便。早餐食材丰富，温泉非常放松而且温暖。 特别感谢以下工作人员： 团队负责人 Ah Fang， 前台工作人员 Xiao Ye 和 Xiao Chang， 以及接送车司机 Xiao Zhang。 谢谢你们的热情招待！

這家4星級明星酒店的性價比，超預期！首先，酒店餐廳的麪食好好吃！我趕時間，就隨便點了一個當地的麪食，沒想到超大、超好吃！一家人或者人多的話，一定要點它嚐嚐喔～酒店一進門，大堂還有小朋友喜歡的超大魚缸！酒店位置很好，出門就是飯店一條街，街邊還有攤頭小吃。打車到哪個景點都很方便。我是在**團購的3天2晚的酒店+門票套餐，算了一下，比自己訂酒店+買6大門票還划算！而且還多送2個景點的門票呢！還有，2天1晚的酒店+景點門票也有，1天純玩的熱門景點套票也有。建議3天2晚的酒店+景點套票最划算，要不然吃不好玩不好，那才虧大發了呢！好好吃、好好玩、還要來！看我圖，景點+幾天不同玩法，讓你玩的不累又開心噢～～最後，祝酒店：生意興隆！和“煙火人間”一樣紅紅火火喲！

Spacious room with easy check-in. Daily house keeping to ensure bottled mineral water is available. Comfortable pillows that I hope to buy from online stores. The best pillows I have ever experienced. Can't find any fault with the amenities. Clean sheets and clean towels with nothing to hide. Daily breakfast buffet is served at 7am and supper starts at 9pm. Nothing to complain but more praises to mention for the people preparing the meals. The people from the reception are very helpful. I added the hotel’s WeChat and they responded to my queries immediately. There’s a seafood restaurant next door and prices are pretty reasonable. There's a park with a small lake next to the hotel where I can have my evening walks after meals. Interesting park where people gather around to watch young performers singing and dancing while live streaming on Douyin platform. Will definitely stay at this hotel again when I plan another trip to Yiwu, China.

It’s an amazing hotel with nice decoration, very friendly staff and everything you need at your disposal. Parking is for free and staying at this hotel gives one free entrance to the neighboring theme park. Definitely worth it!

We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel's location is near to many of the worlds studio scenary areas. Although the rooms are a bit old but it's clean. The breakfast is relatively simple but decent. As part of the gift for hotel booking, you will also get discount for the worlds studio tickets. The senior lobby receptionist, i think her name is 万德菊, who served my family is very friendly and helpful. She also told us that the hotel will be doing upgrading renovation next year. Hope to revisit after the hotel's renovation.

I stayed 3 nights at the hotel which has a superb location right across from the Qin Palace. The hotel is undergoing some upgrade renovations from level 3-5, therefore we could hear the drilling and knocking sound at Level 7 (highest is level 8). The lady at the reception counter wasn't very useful with giving information, i.e. nearest convenience store, where to eat. She pointed us to a convenience store that was far away when there was a convenience store located next to the hotel across an alley. There was plenty of restaurants near the hotel, but couldn't recommend any of it. Instead, she told us to take an e-hailing ride to the Wansheng South Street. The laundry facility is on level 2 which was one of the level partially closed due to renovations. One of the housekeeping staff was using the limited laundry facility for her own clothes. I bumped into her twice, once around 5pm when both washers were in use, and I waited at the seating area outsite the laundry room for my turn. She told my children and I to move over to another side of the seating area as if I was trespassing into her space. Then when one of the washer started beeping to signal that the washing was completed, she told me it was hers when I started transferring those clothes (only 2 pieces) to the dryer so I could use the washer after waiting for more than 10 minutes. Another time was on the morning at around 7am. I bumped into the same housekeeping staff and she was again using the laundry facillity. It makes me wonder if hotel staff are allowed to use the hotel facilities for their personal gain. Overall, I'm happy with the location, but nothing else to shout about considering that this is an international hotel chain. Even the bedroom slippers are so thin compared to other hotels that I've stayed during my trip to China.
