I only had a brief 1-night stay at this hotel, but the reception staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful and my breakfast was delicious and traditional. I could walk to Wenyang Street for dinner which was handy too!

第一眼就被整棟古風建築驚艷到，青磚木構、庭院迴廊古色古香，走進去像住進古裝劇裏的大户宅院，隨手拍照都特別出片，氛圍感直接拉滿攜程。 這次入住的輕奢大床房超出預期，房間收拾得乾乾淨淨，空間敞亮不壓抑。最滿意兩個配置：自帶超大浴缸，逛完秦王宮、夢幻谷玩累了，晚上泡個熱水澡解乏特別舒服；還有高清投影，洗完澡窩在床上追劇看電影，度假感十足。 古雅裝修搭配現代設施，住起來雅緻又自在，服務也貼心周到，來橫店玩選這家真的不踩雷，下次來還住這兒！

This hotel is beautifully designed with exquisite architecture. The finishing, furniture and decoration makes you feel that you are living inside a heritage home. The service provided by the staff is top notch. The owner has a very extensive collection of artifact and we were given a tour of his museum. We will also recommend the teppanyaki dinner which was very well done and professionally presented by the young chef. The setting of the villa is romantic and very restful. We will love to come back again!

This hotel is located in the heart of the main attractions, making it extremely convenient to get around, with several famous sights within walking distance. For travelers, this hotel is undoubtedly a very cost-effective choice. Although the price is affordable, the service and facilities are by no means lacking. There are a wide variety of dining options nearby, or you can visit the pedestrian street not far away, which is very lively at night. The hotel rooms are spacious and bright, with good soundproofing, allowing for a quiet and comfortable sleep every night. The front desk staff are warm and attentive, and the check-in process is quick and efficient. From booking to checkout, the staff provide thoughtful and professional service throughout. The breakfast selection is abundant, and meals can be customized according to personal taste, making you feel truly at home. It was a very satisfying stay!

I received a warm welcome from the staff, and while my Chinese is very poor, we managed to communicate well. One of the staff helped me to my room with my luggage, and I was offered a cup of tea on arrival. The room was amazing, and very clean. I chatted with the staff on my 3 days and found them to be very friendly and welcoming. I really enjoyed my stay here - I love the area too! And would definitely stay again (I loved this seating area!)

We had a wonderful time at the this amazing place. The crew was really friendly and helpful. The bed and shower was great. We did BBQ at our balcony which was very conveniente. Breakfast was full of ingredients. Hot springs are relaxed and warm. I stayed another 4 nights again because I find the hotel is peaceful when I am in my room all day. The weather is hot in the summer and what better way is to spend peaceful quiet time working from the room. The hotel has an intelligent robot that delivers foods that’s ordered from outside restaurants, delivered to the room. What surprises me was the robot will call the room phone to inform that it’s outside the door waiting for my collection.

Wonderful Stay, Highly Recommend! My family and I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is perfect – just a short walk to Dream Bund, which made it so easy to explore. The hotel is spotless, and the rooms are comfortable, making it a great choice for families. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring everything was perfect during our stay. There are many restaurants nearby, offering a wide variety of dining options, so we never had trouble finding a good place to eat. The special price for Dream Bund tickets was an added bonus, which made our visit even better. We felt that this hotel provided excellent value for the price. My family absolutely loved it here, and we’ll definitely stay again the next time we visit Hengdian!

Hotel room is very clean and well maintained. All items are in good working order. Very comfortable stay. Staff at counter and at entrance is helpful and nice. However in f&b section for breakfast, the staff service attitude could be better. The staff cooking noodles gave my noodles to other customers and didn't even apologise after I asked her where's mine. She just said plainly she will cook again. The main hall area has no seats for guests to sit while waiting for taxi or friends. Only 3 seats at the side of the hotel counter. Its really inconvenient for guests who are waiting for friends or taxi. The hotel needs to place more seats for guests at the main hall area.

I stayed 3 nights at the hotel which has a superb location right across from the Qin Palace. The hotel is undergoing some upgrade renovations from level 3-5, therefore we could hear the drilling and knocking sound at Level 7 (highest is level 8). The lady at the reception counter wasn't very useful with giving information, i.e. nearest convenience store, where to eat. She pointed us to a convenience store that was far away when there was a convenience store located next to the hotel across an alley. There was plenty of restaurants near the hotel, but couldn't recommend any of it. Instead, she told us to take an e-hailing ride to the Wansheng South Street. The laundry facility is on level 2 which was one of the level partially closed due to renovations. One of the housekeeping staff was using the limited laundry facility for her own clothes. I bumped into her twice, once around 5pm when both washers were in use, and I waited at the seating area outsite the laundry room for my turn. She told my children and I to move over to another side of the seating area as if I was trespassing into her space. Then when one of the washer started beeping to signal that the washing was completed, she told me it was hers when I started transferring those clothes (only 2 pieces) to the dryer so I could use the washer after waiting for more than 10 minutes. Another time was on the morning at around 7am. I bumped into the same housekeeping staff and she was again using the laundry facillity. It makes me wonder if hotel staff are allowed to use the hotel facilities for their personal gain. Overall, I'm happy with the location, but nothing else to shout about considering that this is an international hotel chain. Even the bedroom slippers are so thin compared to other hotels that I've stayed during my trip to China.
