Cari Hotel 4-Star di Dongyang

入住時，是兩大一小，前台小妹很勉為其難的送了我們一個價值38的早餐，所以要表揚一下寫個好評。 這是本次假期旅行的最後一站嗯，定的時候被環境吸引，想不慌不忙的喝個茶拍個照，結果在清明上河圖耍晚了，到酒店晚上10點了，管家有熱情的等我們，房間準備小點心和一壺玉米漿床品舒適，被單柔軟。 酒店硬件環境沒的説，裝修用心，用色大膽，復古與時尚的對沖，但是到離店逛了一圈沒有看到大家説的負一樓收藏品，管家也沒有介紹。酒店外圍是個莊園，大環境也是很到位的，不過介意房產酒店的慎選啊。 軟件服務呢。。。確實很值得表揚，有踐行節約環保啊。。。碩大的房間衹有一個床頭有一盒抽紙，房間和衞生間兩頭有垃圾桶（隔着十萬八千里，讓愛衞生的我們被動運動），洗漱台沒有垃圾桶。。。洗漱間沒有插座無法第一時間享受戴森吹風機。。。房間有4瓶黃山礦泉水，因為我們玩了一天，太渴了，請管家多送幾瓶礦泉水到房間，管家很快的響應，用漂亮的愛馬仕黃口袋裝了4小瓶農夫山泉，讓我們電解質平衡。。。早餐配不上1000多的房價和環境，我們是山裡來的接受半自助定餐，但是太摳搜了吧，麪包5片放在餐盤中，問了管家等烤好的麪包都冷了才拿出了黃油和果醬，黃油是切片的很小一塊（説怕化），咖啡機壞了衹能做純咖啡，對不起dior杯子，餛燉還可以，發糕已經蒸太久了底子也化了。。。還有還有高檔環境的餐廳小管家看不上大胃客人啊，看到有其他客人來想要一碗餛燉，用大點的碗多煮點，管家各種溝通不暢不耐煩。 總的來説是好的酒店，希望更好，畢竟下次來橫店，我們還想住這的～😍😍👍👍👍

The hotel facilities is top notch and location is perfectly centrally situated to visit the Hengdian Studio locations. The staff were super friendly and helpful as well, I would like to compliment all the reception staff for their excellent service. The staff even helped to give us extended 30 mins checkout time so we could have our lunch before leaving the hotel. Would definitely stay at this hotel again when we return to Hengdian 👍

I stayed for 3 nights and chose a hotel that would be most convenient for exploring the Hengdian studios. Whilst the room could do with a bit of upgrade (eg adding a mini fridge that actually works, cleaner carpets etc), the whole experience deserves a 5 star because of the excellent support of all the staff members. They were really helpful and WeChat worked perfectly on this occasion, especially as my Chinese is very limited. The staff was especially helpful in making me feel as welcome as possible and to take special care of me. I would like to mention Edina who was always there over Wechat, if I had a question. I didn't use the restaurant nor any other facilities, but I'm already missing the quiet and relaxed surroundings of this Grand hotel. It was only a few minutes walk to one of the major Hengdian studio attractions. I also appreciated the free fruits served every day. I can recommend this hotel to anyone who appreciates good service and proximity to the relevant Hengdian studios.

Spacious room with easy check-in. Daily house keeping to ensure bottled mineral water is available. Comfortable pillows that I hope to buy from online stores. The best pillows I have ever experienced. Can't find any fault with the amenities. Clean sheets and clean towels with nothing to hide. Daily breakfast buffet is served at 7am and supper starts at 9pm. Nothing to complain but more praises to mention for the people preparing the meals. The people from the reception are very helpful. I added the hotel’s WeChat and they responded to my queries immediately. There’s a seafood restaurant next door and prices are pretty reasonable. There's a park with a small lake next to the hotel where I can have my evening walks after meals. Interesting park where people gather around to watch young performers singing and dancing while live streaming on Douyin platform. Will definitely stay at this hotel again when I plan another trip to Yiwu, China.

The hotel was inside guang Zhou xiang gang jie It was a bit far from central but was a quiet place You need to take didi for go outside there was no metro or bus station here Overall staticfied for this trip

Wonderful Stay, Highly Recommend! My family and I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is perfect – just a short walk to Dream Bund, which made it so easy to explore. The hotel is spotless, and the rooms are comfortable, making it a great choice for families. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring everything was perfect during our stay. There are many restaurants nearby, offering a wide variety of dining options, so we never had trouble finding a good place to eat. The special price for Dream Bund tickets was an added bonus, which made our visit even better. We felt that this hotel provided excellent value for the price. My family absolutely loved it here, and we’ll definitely stay again the next time we visit Hengdian!

Hotel room is very clean and well maintained. All items are in good working order. Very comfortable stay. Staff at counter and at entrance is helpful and nice. However in f&b section for breakfast, the staff service attitude could be better. The staff cooking noodles gave my noodles to other customers and didn't even apologise after I asked her where's mine. She just said plainly she will cook again. The main hall area has no seats for guests to sit while waiting for taxi or friends. Only 3 seats at the side of the hotel counter. Its really inconvenient for guests who are waiting for friends or taxi. The hotel needs to place more seats for guests at the main hall area.

Our room opens up into two spacious smaller rooms with one king bed and one queen bed each. There's one toilet and a cloakroom for makeup. Room is new and bright, and sleeps three adults very comfortably. Hotel has many eateries nearby. Easy to hail rides to Hengdian studios. Hotel's entrance up a dedicated driveway makes for pleasant boarding and alighting. Friendly front desk staff help to book studios tickets with 15% discount. Breakfast with Western option is adequate but avoid the early morning crowd on Saturday. Responsive room service. Free laundrette and small gym on lobby floor.

Super fun! This was one of the theme hotels that were hidden on the Guangzhou Street and Hong Kong Street set. Appropriately, the Rosslyn Hotels' brand icon is the Landlady from Kungfu Hustle. Upon arrival, you check in at the North Gate's Tourist Services Desk. The concierge welcomed me with a complimentary bag of fresh fruit and asking me to add their butler (Housekeeper Xiao Xiao) to my WeChat. If I needed anything, I just had to text the Housekeeper Xiao Xiao (who was super helpful with all my questions (in English) during my stay). Then the bellhop whisked me away, via golf cart, to my hotel. There were several hidden hotels, with different themes, throughout the set. The bellhop took me through an unassuming door among into what looked like an empty set, and up an elevator to the room floors. The walkway offered a lovely view of the Ming Qing Palace set next door. The rooms were supposed to be themed as Guangzhou and Hong Kong in the 70s and 80s, but could easily pass for old Shanghai. The room was immaculate. The bed was very comfortable, the shower has nice and hot and with fantastic water pressure. The room has some of the largest closet space that I have seen in any hotel. The WiFi worked without the need to register a local cellphone number (I've found that many other hotels, in China, offered free WiFi, but you need to verify with an ID code text to you. The texts never come through to my U.S. phone number, so I have never been able to take advantage of free WiFi; that is until I got to this hotel.) The little details were delightful surprises around every corner. They always refer to guests as ”laoshi” (an honorific of teacher, or master, bestowed to actors) or as ”starlet”. Not gonna lie, I really wanted to take home the pair of the room's bone china cups. The stay also comes with very decent breakfast buffet that had both Chinese and western dishes. They will even make you fresh wontons and noodle soups to order. The restaurants in the park are not great and quite expensive by China's standard. I recommend loading up at the more tasty free breakfast to power through the day. The hotel's location was very convenient for touring Guangzhou Street and Hong Kong Street; which had very lively evening shows. (As you walk through the streets, look at the stores' signs and test your TV shows and movie knowledge by finding the Easter eggs.) The Qing Ming Palace Set is across the street from the Guangzhou Street and Hong Kong Street's South Gateon the other side of the park (don't worry, it's not that far). To access the other sets, you can take their shuttle, but it does not come around very often. It's more efficient to get a Didi. Overall, it was a magical stay of being in the movies.

I stayed 3 nights at the hotel which has a superb location right across from the Qin Palace. The hotel is undergoing some upgrade renovations from level 3-5, therefore we could hear the drilling and knocking sound at Level 7 (highest is level 8). The lady at the reception counter wasn't very useful with giving information, i.e. nearest convenience store, where to eat. She pointed us to a convenience store that was far away when there was a convenience store located next to the hotel across an alley. There was plenty of restaurants near the hotel, but couldn't recommend any of it. Instead, she told us to take an e-hailing ride to the Wansheng South Street. The laundry facility is on level 2 which was one of the level partially closed due to renovations. One of the housekeeping staff was using the limited laundry facility for her own clothes. I bumped into her twice, once around 5pm when both washers were in use, and I waited at the seating area outsite the laundry room for my turn. She told my children and I to move over to another side of the seating area as if I was trespassing into her space. Then when one of the washer started beeping to signal that the washing was completed, she told me it was hers when I started transferring those clothes (only 2 pieces) to the dryer so I could use the washer after waiting for more than 10 minutes. Another time was on the morning at around 7am. I bumped into the same housekeeping staff and she was again using the laundry facillity. It makes me wonder if hotel staff are allowed to use the hotel facilities for their personal gain. Overall, I'm happy with the location, but nothing else to shout about considering that this is an international hotel chain. Even the bedroom slippers are so thin compared to other hotels that I've stayed during my trip to China.
