We had a lovely stay at Değirmenburnu Residence in Bodrum. The staff were incredibly friendly and even gave me a free upgrade, which was a wonderful surprise. The room had a fantastic view of the sea, and there’s good parking available—very convenient. It’s also just a short walk to the centre of Bodrum’s old town. While the furniture could use a refresh and felt a bit worn, the place offers great value overall. Would definitely recommend for a comfortable and scenic stay!

I was very disappointed with my stay. Sunlight entered the room from several areas, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. There were also constant and disturbing insect noises, the bed was uncomfortable, and the room felt quite small. Overall, the price was too high compared to the room and the services provided. On the positive side, the location was excellent, and the staff were very kind, helpful, and professional. Unfortunately, despite their good service, the accommodation itself did not meet my expectations.

Fresh, generous, and lovingly put together every morning. The authentic traditional Turkish tea served at the table was a true delight, and the simit — that gorgeous sesame-crusted bread — became my personal favourite way to start the day. What truly elevates Lugga above other hotels is the people. This is a family-run hotel, and you feel it in every interaction. The warmth here isn’t rehearsed — it’s genuine. The hand-made Turkish coffee offered at reception was an unexpectedly lovely touch, the kind of small gesture that stays with you long after you’ve checked out. We left already talking about coming back. Lugga isn’t just a hotel — it’s an experience. Highly, highly recommend. Amazing! The hotel staff are professional and friendly. All our needs and requests were met promptly and with a great attitude. The room itself was stylish, clean, and comfortable. Location is a comfortable walk to the marina. Perfect distance for comfort and convenience. Had the best stay! Highly recommend.

Ich bin mit meiner 15 jährigen Tochter angereist. Die alleinige Lage des Hotels, die naturnahe Ausstattung, der enorm schnelle und zuverlässige Service, das Essen, das Meer und waren einfach Spitzenklasse. Man lag am Strand, hatte keine Probleme mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen- alles war ausreichend verfügbar. Der Ausblick: nur grüne Hügel (wie es der Name des Hotels schon genannt wird). Keine anderen Hotels aneinander gereiht mit einem Blick des Massentourismus. Das Essen war unbeschreiblich gut und gesund. Auf jeden Fall einer meiner Favoriten die bleiben. Schon allein aufgrund der naturnahen und alleinigen Lage….

缺點：房間比較小，配套硬件一般，滿足基本需求。洗漱台很小，沒有辦公桌。護膚品和化粧品都沒地方放。光線也不好，化粧看不清臉。 優點：位置不錯，走路五六分鐘可以到海邊。十來分鐘可以到城堡和碼頭。酒店早餐挺豐富，可以在天台吃，天台可以看到大海。 服務挺好的，比較熱情

С трудом нашли на машине отель. По адресу навигатор приводит к нижней части отеля, а заезд в паркинг и ресепшн находятся наверху. Указателей там нет никаких, только случайно увидев букву ”J”, подъехали туда и нашли. Внизу же есть указатель, направляющий к закрытой намертво калитке без вывесок. Сам отель хороший. Бассейны открытые на разынх этажах. Есть бесплатные закрытый теплый бассейн, сауна, хамам. Сотрудницы-индонезийки могут платно выполнить различные виды массажей. Заказывали аппартаменты с одной спальней. В гостиной раскладывающийся диван. Муж храпит, поэтому думали, что он будет спать в гостиной, а я в спальне. Но постельных принадлежностей для дивана в шкафах, увы, не было. В аппартаментах предусмотрены два санузла. В одном унитаз и раковина, в другом унитаз и душ. В одном из них невозможно было сходить в туалет - крышка унитаза не держалась и все время падала на спину. В другом не закрывалась дверь. Даже при условии, что вы пара с многолетним стажем, весьма неприятно ходить в туалет с открытой дверью. Кровать удобная, мягкая в меру. Телевизор с выходом в интернет. Большие панорамные окна на внутренний бассейн. Не очень далеко находятся мельницы.

Не буду говорить, что отель плохой, немного уставший. Но несмотря на это, хороший чистый номер, идеально подходящий для семьи с детьми. Завтрак средний, но вкусный. Бассейн с горками на территории, недалеко от центра, но доставку еды муж заказал с трудом на этот адрес, в остальном всё было замечательно, спасибо.

Выбирали отель день в день , подтвердили бронирование очень быстро. Приехали заселили в 14:00. Персонал очень отзывчивый, стараются все сделать , чтобы было комфортно отдыхать. Управляющий отелем Эльхам,, всегда идет навстречу , каждому уделить внимание , пытается, сгладить любой негатив. Отель маленький , уютный, я бы сказала семейный) Территория компактная) Новые номера. Тихо. Из минусов : Номер дали без балкона, просили поменять не сложилось ((( хотя на фотографиях балкон присутствует , сушить вещи проблематично Много комаров в номере , на окне нет москитной сетки . Еда особенно на обед очень скромная, зачастую выбора нет ((( нет названий блюд Касательно лежаков, первые два дня все было норм, затем отель заполнился полностью , занимали лежаки в 7:30 , а потом дальше спать . Внизу первая линия пляжа общественная. Анимация есть , но в тоже время ее нет( Девушка аниматор вообще ничего не делала, постоянно была в телефоне, парень еще что то пытался изображать. Из Активити дартс , водное поло , и все ((( Дартс переодически забывали проводить .Водное поло проводили в самый солнцепек могли начать в 14 ( сразу после обеда ) крайняк в 15. Отель твердая тройка , 4* не тянет .

Not the most friendliest people. There are no elevators and no one offers to carry any luggage up or down the stairs. It’s quite a dirty looking hotel, we walked through an overflowing drain and we couldn’t see it because there were no lights. Also, there is only one person at the egg and pancake station for breakfast, so it took almost 30 minutes to get them. The snacks at 3-4pm were finished when we got there at 3:40pm. There were 2 of us in the room and they wouldn’t give us two cards. My friend came home later than me and she had to get someone to open up and they tried to come into the room with her. It was a good price for all inclusive though and it’s really close to the beach and party areas.
