We've just returned from a four-night stay here and loved it! The staff were so helpful and friendly. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well-appointed, and the beds were very comfortable. We paid extra for the breakfast, which turned out to be a very good decision. There was a lovely selection each morning, and it was a great way to start the day. Returning during the afternoon also meant we could sit and enjoy a coffee, piece of fruit, or tasty biscuit. We would definitely return here the next time we're in Sarajevo. If you're looking to book a tour, then we'd recommend Meet Bosnia. Their office is an easy 10-minute walk from the hotel.

Presidential is an understatement for this superior, modern hotel in the heart of Sarajevo’s attractions, restaurants and pedestrian streets. Our Overseas Adventure Travel tour group was assigned to this hotel. The tour company could not have made a better selection. The room I occupied overlooked the river and the base of a mountain range. The room is beyond spectacular, especially considering less expensive rooms are generally assigned to tour groups. The bathroom features an entire glass wall with curtains to close for privacy. But why? Many of the rooms overlook a busy street and the river. Besides, who’d want to look at a 71-year-old geezer shaving?☺ Windows are insulated blocking cold and street noise. The room is spacious, clean, modern, and has all creature comforts. But beware of the minibar prices. There are small grocers nearby that sell wine for about 6 euros. Buffet breakfast was included for tour group members, so I don’t know if there’s a separate charge for other guests. The hotel staff are amazing and courteous. If only Orlando area hotels could learn from Hotel President Sarajevo.

We recently stayed at this hotel in the heart of the old part of Sarajevo and overall had a mixed experience. The location is absolutely fantastic, perfect for exploring the charming historic area on foot. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, and despite being in a bustling part of the city, the noise from the street was minimal. However, there are a few things to be mindful of. Parking is very limited and must be booked in advance, which can be a bit inconvenient if you’re driving. Additionally, while the breakfast buffet had a variety of options, both my companion and I experienced stomach pain afterwards. In summary, if location and comfort are your top priorities, this hotel is a great choice. Just be cautious with the breakfast and ensure you arrange parking ahead of time.

The Swissotel Sarajevo is truly a world class property. Built recently, the infrastructure is modern and the design sleek. Favorites include the privacy and size of rooms, the high tech lighting and service controls, and efficient valet parking. The spa was an actual spa, rather than a hotel with a jacuzzi calling itself a spa, and we loved our visit to the salt rooms, hammam, sauna, and indoor pool. The panoramic views from the room made us want to stay there all day! The breakfast was included and was also superb. The only downside, which is clearly stated on their website, is that the hotel is dry. I imagine that a cocktail bar and wine room offered to the same standard as the rest of the facilities that do exist would make for a truly exceptional destination. Will stay again!

I thought the breakfast was the best part of my stay. It was very tasty. Checkin and checkout were easy and service was good. The location was convenient and not far from the bus terminal. While these are all positives, the hotel itself needs some updating with more modern designs and better amenities in the room. Heat did not work very well. Nor the hot water and this is important during winter time.

Being born in the city and left a few years ago, I thought I should stay in the iconic hotel, being famous for nice accommodation. Bit of a let down. Room was clean, shower was leaking in a big puddle, towels are all frayed and shouldn't be used at all. Just very bad. Overall furniture very old, unkept and used. Bit disappointed that the icon of the Sarajevo is fading away.

服務：工作人員的態度都很熱情，熱心解答出行問題，英語交流沒有問題，早餐廳10:30結束，食物種類和同價位的酒店比算多的，但是10點左右會開始收攤，如果去晚了，可以詢問工作人員幫忙從後廚拿一些食物出來。
總體來説，性價比非常高，適合第二天趕早飛機出行的朋友。

The room was huge - but my evening meal was amongst the worst I’ve had in a hotel. Service was very slow - and the burger I received was inedible. I did complain - but rather than react to my complaint - it took ages to be able to pay my billl. I would not eat here again.

I made a reservation at Boss Hotel. I needed accommodation for one night before heading back home, so I wanted to find a hotel close to the main old market. Additionally, I was keen on a hotel that provided free car parking, not due to cost concerns, but rather to ensure easy car accessibility as I prefer not to drive within the city. I decided on Boss Hotel with the expectation of complimentary parking. Upon my arrival at the hotel, the staff informed me about the available car parking options. However, visualizing the arrangements was a bit challenging, especially since I had a lot of luggage and was uncertain about the security of public parking. Finding the hotel's location proved to be a struggle, as it was situated in a hilly area. Despite this, my initial feelings of being overwhelmed were quickly replaced by a sense of comfort and belonging, thanks to the exceptionally supportive and responsive staff. Although the hotel's location required navigating some stairs from the city, which was a bit of a challenge for me due to my physical condition, the warm and welcoming ambiance made me feel right at home. Despite having stayed in over six different hotels during the past couple of weeks, the breakfast experience at Boss Hotel, with its views of old houses and charming narrow streets, stood out as a highlight. As for parking, I eventually learned that it was permissible to park in the public area nearby, and the parking was complimentary. Additionally, I was given the option to park at the hotel for a fee of 10 euros per day.

DDljiang評論很少，就為了離老城近和可以停車盲訂的。導航到了根本找不到，小山坡路也好難停車，下來找人打聽半天繞了一大圈才找到門牌號，鐵門緊閉，按門鈴很久出來一對父子，很茫然的跟我們確認訂單，同時也不斷地跟我們説“沒有問題，沒有問題”，然後再去接我們的車，停進他家院子裏的車庫。其實導航就導在他家後門，從後門出去去老城遊玩非常方便，父子倆的笑容和熱情安撫了我們的焦躁，安心住下來，用他們提供的廚房燒了中餐，還是比較滿意的。

Arrived approx 10:30am was met with a really friendly female at the reception… although we were early was informed as soon as one room became available we would be allowed to check in early… was given a room downstairs, room was bit tight, and toilet in this room was very tiny however because of the way we were greeted and the early checkin we ignored the fact that this was a small room… we had 4 rooms the others on the first floor were really nice plenty of space bigger bathrooms too.. Location is probably one of the best you can get for the price of the hotel. Literally 5 mins from the centre where there are plenty of restaurants night life etc… Breakfast was included and honestly could not complain Velna made breakfast for us and when I needed anything different at breakfast she would go out of her way and accommodate of possible.. she use to clean our rooms daily too really friendly went above and beyond if and when required… Female at reception again exceptional service, explained everything thoroughly and really welcoming her name was Amna she was one of those gems who I know had an issue risen she would go out of her way to sort out… one example one of the rooms had faulty air conditioning, once we told her she made sure the issue was sorted as she couldn’t get the air conditioner fixed she got another room cleaned despite it being late and give us another room. Thankyou Amna We went with a group of 8 lads and 100% we would go back again…. Finally met one of the owners of the hotel Arman had a brew with him any major issues speak to Arman or Amna recommend this hotel to all. But try and get rooms on 1st floor as larger bathrooms.

PPengguna TetamuHotel Berr is just an exceptional hotel in the heart of Old Town Sarajevo! I really enjoyed my stay here. Location couldn't be better - the hotel is a stone's throw from Pigeon Square (maybe 100 metres at most) and about a 10 minute walk to all of the main attractions in Sarajevo - City Hall, the various mosques scattered throughout the city and the main artery of Old Town (the pedestrian area). There are restaurants, shops, money exchange bureaus (watch out for those with high commission!), cafes and souvenir shops as far as the eye can see. There is no lack to choose from. There is also a medium sized supermarket on the corner across from Pigeon Square, open early and stays open quite late. The yellow fortress is about a 15 minute walk from the hotel and the white fortress is approximately 20-30 minutes uphill on foot. Note that the white fortress is closed indefinitely for restoration but the views of the city from the top of the hill is well worth the walk! The hotel owns 3 buildings - the result of expansion and buy up of other hotels over the years. So your room will be in one of the building adjacent to the main reception areas or it will be in the primary building. This was not at all an issue, but just so guests are aware of it! Note also that there is no lift/elevator in any of the buildings and the stairwells are rather narrow. I travel with only a small backpack, so for me, it wasn't even a concern, but for guests with large/heavy luggage or with mobility issues, be aware that you will need to climb the narrow stairs. Some of the rooms are in an almost ”attic” which might be a problem for some guests. The room was spacious and very clean! Although I was in a single room, there were two twin beds in my room. I believe all rooms have the same setup, regardless of how many guests you are staying in the room. The room was equipped with a desk, a small coffee table, two chairs, a large cabinet to store your luggage and a little electric kettle for boiling water (though no tea or coffee were provided in the room, I would nab instant coffee packets from the breakfast buffet to use the next morning). There were two mugs, a glass water bottle and two glasses. There was no air conditioning in the room, but there was a small fan which was sufficient for my needs. There was a flatscreen tv also in the room with approximately 30 channels available. Mostly local channels, however I was able to find about 5 in English. Some rooms have a mini refrigerator, but mine did not. It would have been a nice perk, but I managed without. The bathroom was very large and ample towels were provided (2 hand towels, 2 massive fluffy bath towels and a bath/floor mat). The bathroom had a large dispenser of hand soap as well as a dispenser of ”shampoo” (it was exactly the same as the hand soap), but I used it on my hair and I didn't have any issues with residue. My only (minor) complaint would be the lack of an enclosed shower (only a very thin shower curtain) wh

Hotel Astra has a very good location, right in the heart of Sarajevo. Old town, good food and museums are all in walking distance. Breakfast is good, there is plenty to choose from and the coffee tastes great. Our room was clean, had a balcony and we never experienced any noise from the busy street where the hotel is located. The staff is the best part of the hotel. Extremely helpfull, friendly and funny. We would definitely stay here again when we visit this beautiful city!
