Ulasan Hilton Garden Inn Statesville

Rooms were nice, large bottles of nature friendly shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash. They had a really good hot breakfast. Hot scrambled eggs, bacon sausage patties or links ham, potatoes o brien. The staff was super friendly and inviting at all times. Bar drinks were pretty high priced, and only one bartender for a whole fanily reunion of people, but she still kicked ass. All in all pretty nice facility would stay there again.

Good location for what we needed. The heat would start blowing cold air at times. But the room stayed warm for the most part. We would stay here again.

Parking spaces narrow. Room had issues: shower dripped and splashes onto floor. Splashes on sink counter wicked up tissue box, causing all tissues to be wet.

Staff was pleasant. Restaurant/bar is only open 5-10. Woman running it was very good & friendly. Hotel was not busy. Pet fee is $50 & should be stated in your information. Room was comfortable. Didn’t eat in restaurant. Not much other food options close by.

I like everything, almost everything, it hurts that the dark-skinned people who are at the breakfast buffet are a little rude to Hispanics.

The hotel was dated but clean and the staff were passionate about Statesville. While I waited for food downstairs, a lady gave my daughter a Statesville coloring book and explained the town's history. The food was basic but good. Can't go wrong with the burger. The pool looked clean with towels stocked. I will definitely stay here again.

We got in late at night. No room service and nothing around except for a Waffle House for food that was still open. Hungry and crabby. Otherwise, it was decent enough.

They charge for wi-Fi if you don’t join their Hilton group. That’s outrageous !

Properry was fine for an overnight stay. Hallway was creaky but room was not. The only complaont i have is that there were no clean towels in the pool area at 7pm and it was open until 10. We were told ypon entry that theu would being some in but we swam for an hour and still no towels. The walk back to the third floor soaking wet and freezing ruined the visit for me. The on site restaurant food was good althpugh service was slow (took an hour for 2 hamburgers and a grilled cheese to be made) just fyi, order early.

I was traveling with my daughters. We stayed one night but got to enjoy dinner in the dining room. The room was very nice, very clean. Wish we could stay again.

Staff is fantastic, very kind. Restaurant/bar and breakfast is average.
