Ulasan Hotel Alphubel

Location is convenient, 5minutes walk away from zermatt station. The biggest turndown is that no kettle is provided in the room. We requested from reception desk but she mentioned that they will bring it to our room ONLY IF available, as expected the kettle never arrive.

Close to train station. Walking distance to Coop supermarket.

Toilet is too small. Location is very good . Reception girl at Hotel Simi is very friendly. Balcony with good views.

Do not choose this hotel, it will make you regret! First of all, he doesn't have his own reception, but shares it with three other so-called hotels. Secondly, the whole house is made of wood, and the noise of the floor and wall is very loud and unsafe. Thirdly, his elevator is very narrow, and it is old-fashioned, without car doors, so it is easy to have accidents. Fourth, his room is very small.It was impossible to open the trunk. Fifth, his bathroom is so dirty that you can even see insects crawling. The most important thing is that because of their poor business, they will try their best to deduct the room fee, in their eyes only money.

The place is not far away from station and city centre. But neither kettle nor source of hot water for tea were provided. Hotel room is more basic.

The supérior room with balcony is big, but no Matterhorn view. Narrow range of breakfast options. Need to check in at another hotel reception. Amenities are old, but clean. Very close to Zermatt train station. But will consider another hotel next time by adding a little bit budget.
