Hotel was clean, nice and everything is working well. You can even request for a kettle and can put your luggage in a room but i think it could be trust system since they dont actually have a specific tag to your luggages or a lock.

One of good hotel in Zermatt! Nice people, very good service, best of location.

At the center area of the Zermatt resort - pretty convenient. The room is a little old but clean - fair to say. Breakfast was not wonderful - compared to most of the hotel I stayed with in CH. My wife burned her fingers with the egg steamer - Hm, a warning / tip should be at the side of the steamer.

Near Zermatt train station is the best. Have elevator. Very clean. Breakfast is simple. There's a balcony but not a great view. No view of the Matterhorn. Walls & ceiling of the hotel room is wooden so it's not very soundproof.

啟問乾淨整潔，外面有個大陽台，雪景很美。離火車能很近，步行7分鐘左右就到了，上山坐火車也方便，值得推薦。

新婚旅行で訪れました。部屋が広くて、綺麗で、快適でした。また訪れたくなりました。

Room was clean and comfortable. The decor was a bit dated. But, the price compared to surrounding properties made this place a steal. The included breakfast had a nice selection of options, and made for a great start to the day. The surrounding area had shopping and dining, with in a very short walk. Only think we felt was missing in the room was cups or glasses. We had a bottle of wine, and nothing to drink out of. Check in as at the neighboring hotel.

Very clean and simple, but had everything one could ask for. Breakfast was great and the room even had a nice balcony. Amazing value for the price

Very friendly front desk and housekeeping staff. Reasonably priced and had a nice breakfast included. Close to everything in Zermatt including the train station and ski rental shop. Having the ski room was convenient, too.

Great place to stay for skiing! Breakfast was included which is a huge plus for staying in Zermatt. Staff was very friendly as well
