Hotel dengan WiFi di Stavanger

這家酒店在幾個平台上都是斯塔萬格評價最高的，入住當天發現價格是這兩個月以來最低的，於是取消了之前訂的換成這家，價格差不多，但機場巴士和去佈道石的大巴就在這家酒店樓下，方便很多；入住時在前台申請了會員送了兩天的早餐；酒店設備在北歐同檔次酒店中算是齊全的；酒店對着湖，景觀很好，不錯。

Das Hotel ist per Flybus (FB40) sehr einfach vom Flughafen aus zu erreichen (Haltestelle DNB-Arena). Es fahren eine Menge Busse in Richtung Zentrum (ca. 20 - 30 Minuten). Sehr zu empfehlen ist das Kunstmuseum, das man zu Fuß vom Hotel in 10 Minuten erreichen kann. Mit dem Hotel waren wir sehr zufrieden, die Rezeption ist fast durchgehend besetzt, die Ansprechpartner sehr freundlich und geduldig. Englisch ist kein Problem. Frühstück ist super und es gibt eine sehr große Auswahl an Speisen. Wir mussten an einem Tag sehr früh los und es ab ein sog. Earlybird-Frühstück ab 5:30 Uhr! Auch das anfertigen eines eigenen Lunchpacketes (EUR 14,50) ist kein Problem (Verpackung, etc. wird gestellt). Alles in allem ein recht empfehlenswertes Hotel. Wir waren absolut zufrieden.

Es war im Zimmer ein wenig warm aber ansonsten war es Klasse. Die Lage ist sehr zentral gelegen und man kommt überall hin. Das Hotel ist sehr schön und das Frühstück war klasse.

Overall it’s really nice! Just that the hotel is located on top of a slope so going to the hotel with a big luggage is not a nice experience. Good breakfast!

Breakfast was the best so far out of all the hotels we had stayed in Norway(Stavanger, Lofoten, Narvik, Tromsø) Location was good as well. Short walk out and there will be a lake and park.

The hotel provided great service, I particularly like the delicious Norwegian food it catered for the guests, and I wish to extend my compliment to the staff Miss Pen, a sweet lady from Thailand for her friendliness and warm service.  Perhaps the room for improvement is the hotel house keeping in term of cleanliness and tidiness.  Thank you.

Breakfast was great and we liked our room. However, less than 24 hours after we checked out, I realized I’d forgotten my new North Face jacket in the closet in our hotel room. I called the hotel and they told me to email a picture of the jacket, which I immediately did. Since we were still in the area, we returned to the hotel. The ladies at the front desk said my jacket had been found and they were just trying to locate it and asked us to wait. We waited for an hour. They said they couldn’t find my jacket. Several of the ladies contradicted each other each time we asked them what was going on and why it was taking so long. They finally said the jacket couldn’t be located. They were supposed to follow up and tell me what they would do to make this right. The hotel never followed up. One of their employees called and said the hotel wasn’t going to do anything about it and told me she was calling from her personal phone. Sadly, there are some dishonest employees working at this hotel and someone took my brand new jacket that I’d only worn once since I bought it that week.

Excelente hotel, decoración muy bonita, habitaciones muy confortables, el desayuno es excelente, prácticamente hay de todo. Todo el PERSONAL, tanto de recepción, como del comedor, ha sido maravilloso, muy amables, atentos, diligentes y profesionales, en definitiva, GRACIAS por la estancia y FELICIDADES A TODOS.

Very nice hotel specially when they renovation for it. Staff are friendly and very good services from their side. Location is wonderful with nice view.

Hotel ini sangat bersih dan baru. Saya tinggal di sebuah bilik dengan dua bilik tidur dan ruang tamu. Ia sangat selesa dan harganya sangat berpatutan. Mungkin disebabkan wabak itu. Saya tidak menyangka bahawa Eropah Utara dapat menginap di hotel dengan persekitaran yang baik dan persekitaran yang baik!
